Nataliia isn't just a photographer, she is an artist, a photographer with an artistic flair. The pictures turned out to be AMAZiNG!!! Nataliia was full of energy, extremely professional and creative. I am absolutely looking forward to other events and an opportunity to book Nataliia as our photographer:))))

the location and we exchanged cell phone numbers to settle it the day-of). When we arrived, we called her many, many times (13 phone calls, three voicemails and 2 texts, to be exact.) She did not respond or pick up. Yes, we, a family of 5 were running a few minutes late and needed to communicate that to her. Then when we arrived at the park, it was enormous and unclear where to enter. We searched for her to no avail. She FINALLY returned my text at 5:40pm with simply, "I left". We paid for an hour of time 5pm - 6pm, so I pressed her further via text - and kept calling. I told her we were still there! We just needed to find her and that we still had 20 minutes left to have a short shoot. I'm a reasonable person. I just wanted a picture of my family - which included three kids (2, 5 & 7) and a new puppy. We all had on new outfits and had our hair done. We wanted this picture! We invested money to be there! Several bizarre texts ensued. She complained that we should have used Google Maps (instead of Siri AND our car's nav, both of which didn't register this place). She said via text that she couldn't call us because her call phone service didn't work at that location. Yet, she was able to text me? And as she's texting, I'm calling, yet she can't pick up? Then she texts me a picture of the "empty parking lot" that she took at 5:30, before she left, in an effort to prove we didn't show A) We were TRYING to find that parking lot or wherever she was at this obscure place, so a better use of her time would have been to return my frantic communications and B) We paid for the full hour, so why she left at that time and refused to answer our calls or texts or return to the site once we were in text communication is a mystery. I'll spare you the details where she got a bit histrionic in calling kharma into it and insisting emphatically that it wasn't her "fault". I highly recommend you choose another photographer. This one has poor communication skills and is dishonestly trying to keep our deposit. She is not professional. We do not recommend.
