When we hit a few snags during planning, she stepped in with creative, practical solutions that not only resolved the issues but actually made our wedding even better than we had originally imagined.

this team. Natalie comes prepared from day 1 and provides you with many resources and communication channels that make it much easier to plan out your wedding day. She stayed in constant communication leading to the wedding to make sure you are making progress on all the minor and major tasks. And day of, on one of the hottest days of summer, she and her team proved strong and up for the challenge of hosting 150 guests on a 100 degree day with charm and grace. They helped with heavy lifting, driving the timeline, giving cues and placement, and coordinating with all the vendors on site that day. We had a seamless day due to the great work of Nathalia Rose Events and our incredible venue and Park Winters team. Myself, my husband, and my family really got to enjoy our favorite day. Natalie is hands down the craziest and most incompetent person I have ever worked with! She made countless mistakes, got upset with me about the decor I wanted for MY OWN DAMN WEDD...
ING, and constantly needed to reschedule.
She made a HUGE mistake with our tent rentals that would have left us spending $900 more than needed and with 3 extra tents! When I told her there was an error she said it was just inflation and I should drink a Diet Coke about it!!
I explained to her that I would NOT be spring more than needed and that I would be sending a follow up email for all of our virtual/phone meetings to and expected her to reply back with any additions or corrections within one business day. I did this because she said a lot of things one the phone and then they could be backed up when the rubber hit the road. Well she dragged this out to be and HOURS long ordeal and when she finally realized she did make a mistake she sent an email telling me to fire her if I felt like it but that she wouldn’t give me a refund. She was paid in full at this point and I definitely didn’t want to fire her! I didn’t hear from her for like 2 weeks after I told her I still wanted the services I paid for!
She hired an assistant for the wedding and told me I needed to pay for her because she just couldn’t do it with only her mom and husband helping. Then six weeks later emailed me to say she was no longer part of the team but that she had it all handled?
We went through 3 catering contracts under her council and when I asked to make a back up plan just in case she told me not to worry about last minute cancelations and that she would handle it.
I decided to fire her when my venue owner texted me to say she hadn’t been paid- Natalie was supposed to remind me! She had done such an awful job and made so many errors. Our catering quote had 60 prices of bacon for 100 people at a brunch wedding! She stopped replying to emails all together. She was a nightmare!
Finally I fired her, and within hours she had deleted EVERYTHING! the website, the RSVP list, the seating chart, the timelines, the vendor list, the to do lists, I mean everything. She told me I could either have $437.50 OR the work I had ALREADY PAID HER TO DO for the five weeks before my wedding.
Her payment schedule is half on sign on, half 2 weeks before the wedding. I had paid her in full like a fool and asked for 1/3rd back. This was totally reasonable.
I had to set up the day before my wedding and got the worst sunburn ever for it! I decided to sue her and she strung that out! The sherrif tried to serve her 3 times and couldn’t, so I had to hire a separate server. She went to her door 2 times, and saw her in the window once and still Natalie never opened the door.
Unfortunately, I was left with no choice. Using some information she had casually given me months before, I was able to track down a wedding I knew she’d be at (unless that bride fired her too lol!) and had the process server get her there. The serve was on time and Natalie was 45 minutes late to set up! She in a rush introduced herself to my process server and got handed papers. I am so sorry C and E, I didn’t want to do it this way. I hope she didn’t ruin your wedding because of it!
It took a LOT of back and forth but she finally settled and I got most my money back. Natalie, SHAME ON YOU.
Please do not hire her, this story could be yours! As for Natalie, I wish her nothing but uncontrollable liquid diarrhea at each and every event

limited communication and information provided to them. Each of them was very sweet, helpful, and understanding.
However, I’ll be honest—I would not recommend NRE company to anyone. In the final weeks leading up to my wedding, communication with our main wedding planner lacked. I felt lost and unsure of what was happening, to the point where I was searching TikTok for “how to plan a wedding” or “what do wedding planners do”
While I understand she was dealing with personal issues, the moment she realized she couldn’t handle my wedding, she should have been upfront with us. Instead, she continued to assure us that things were being handled. For example she kept telling me she was working on a mockup of the venue but to tell me later - she didn’t have a layout. So was never working on it. I did it myself. I wish, my experience was different working with her because I did read good reviews on her and I wish my wedding would’ve been handled the same like her other clients.
Additionally, I reach out to her before deciding to post this and she was dismissive about my feedback. Did not take accountability or ownership on her part. She should handle business better. I’m only giving 3 stars because of Alana and Laura saving my wedding day(they deserve 5 stars). Or she would’ve received 1 star. Her services felt more like a day-of coordinator rather than wedding planning. Don’t let her website fool you, she doesn’t commit to what it says she offers.

upposed to get ice and instead asked my father to do so (last minute) making him late to arrive at the venue on wedding day. She showed up an hour late and almost didn't have our decor set up prior to the ceremony. We were assured that one of her assistants would record all speeches and dances using the Groom's phone and the tripod we provided. This did not occur, and as a result, we have no videos of these significant moments—a major disappointment. Our wedding cake, which was very expensive, was thrown away at the end of the night. As professional wedding planners, it would have been reasonable to at least place it in a bag so that we could preserve it for our one-year anniversary as tradition allows.
Given the repeated issues, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, we would not recommend your services to anyone. The overall experience fell far below the standard we expected and paid for.

From providing feedback to reassuring us about all of the little last minute curve balls and potatoes, Natalie seemed to always know what we were thinking and what we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated clearly with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page the night of our event.
We could not have had the night we had without Natalie and her team. She is so incredibly kind, caring, and absolutely killed it when it came to helping us bring our vision to life on the day of our event. My guests also had nothing but good things to say about how well organized everything was, and I cannot recommend Nathalia Rose Events enough.

She provided us with resources, forms, and what to expect from Calder’s Creations throughout the process. She is also incredibly empathetic and intuitive to your feelings, which also makes her part-therapist which is something not all coordinators do. By the day of the wedding, Natalie had communicated so much with us it felt everything was taken care of. No wedding day is going to be perfect and you have to be prepared for anything. Natalie has “if this, then this__” of problem solving like 20 mph winds. Our day was the absolute most perfect day we could have imagined. We are so thankful for everything Calder’s Creations did for our big day, when we say they went above and beyond for us, we truly, truly mean it.
