During the planning process, Michele proposed that we actually check luggages all the way to our guests' room, and have them pre-checked into their hotel rooms, both of which were fantastic ideas which really improved the experience for our guests and allowed them to have a great time. She made sure the shuttling of luggage to the right hotels and rooms happened without a hitch. We had tasked her with designing the reception so it had a mid-century lounge vibe, and she and her team went above and beyond, procuring special plants that spoke to the Southern California locale, as well as finding niche suppliers for various details.
All in all, Nation Event Design was the team player we needed in orchestrating this complex and successful event.

To save money, I went to COSTCO armed with only a MasterCard and put $400 worth of wedding stuff on the conveyor when I realized they only accept VISA. I almost melted. Michele saved my butt when she covered the bill and let us write her a check!
I didn't listen to Michele when she warned me about taking on too many DIY projects. I ended up wigging out when I didn't have enough time to complete everything and Michele saved me again.

The theme for our wedding was Rustic Mexican and Michele knew exactly how to make it not only fun but also tasteful. She put together an inspiration board based off the photos my husband and I had found and honestly on the day of my wedding it was like watching my inspiration board come to life. From taco tasting to table décor, every detail was spot on! She is so creative and not to mention has amazing artistic skills which is a plus. ay. They have respected our budget and have kept us within those parameters which is really important to the two of us. They have accompanied us to every single vendor meeting. They do not take over the meeting they are there for your benefit. They make sure your vision is being understood and take care of all the confusing logistics that this industry entails. Michele and Suher are very easy to reach even when it is 1AM and you have an idea, either one of them will get back to you in a matter of seconds. There are times that no words have to be said for them to understand what we are thinking. We love the relationship we have developed with these two amazing ladies. I would definitely recommend Savvy Soiree LLC for your next event especially if it's to make your "Once Upon a Time" into a "Happily Ever After."
