Everyone in this family owned business was incredibly accommodating, NOT pushy outside of my budget, and kind. They all went over the top to ensure I got the dress of my dreams and the alterations I needed to feel perfect.

The Natty Bella team blessed me with 2 special appointments -- one with my bridal crew and a special reveal appointment with my daughter. I tried on around 20 dresses between the 2 appointments. The first appointment was a last minute walk in appointment during their White Friday sale. The selection of dresses was spectacular. In the end, Evelyn picked the dress for me. She was patient, positive, and accommodating to my needs. She was calm through my ups and downs in the process. I remember putting on the dress and I got the chills. She let me take my time to decide between 2 dresses. During the appointment with daughter, she spent 2 hours playing "beat the dress" I cried with my daughter when we revealed the dress I fell in love with. They let my daughter try on a bridesmaid dress and accessories. She felt special in the moment with me. Im so grateful for this team making my dreams come true.

I could not have even DREAMED of a better dress shopping experience than I had with Natty Bella Bridal. I had my first ever bridal consultation with Evelyn and she made me feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for each step of the way as I was unsure of styles I wanted to try. My mom, grandma, MIL, and MOH and I all could not stop gushing about her service and there wasn’t really that care/attention at the other shops I visited afterwards. When I found “the dress” at another shop (even holding the sign), my entire family and I kept saying we wished it had happened at Natty Bella. My mom encouraged me to reach back out and send a link of the dress in case they carried it and the next morning Evelyn sent me similar styles if I wanted to try them out. We all giggled like little girls coming back to the shop, excited to be back inside Natty Bella. While in the dressing room, Evelyn encouraged me again to follow my gut, and that she was happy for me no matter what dress I chose. That’s the type of shop this is, pouring love to ALL brides even if they don’t end up with a dress there. Turns out THE DRESS was hidden under our nose the whole time! Tried it on and we were all shocked to find we loved it EVEN more than the other. We all said it was meant to be! Evelyn made the entire experience incredible for not just me but for my whole family and I cannot thank her enough! Can’t wait to meet the rest of the Natty Bella team through my alterations process!

All of the ladies at this Bridal shop are amazing! I came here for my dress alterations since I bought my dress in NorCal. I waited until the month before to get them done but Tina took me in no problem. She is absolutely incredible! She made my dress look so perfect on me, I LOVED it. And not only did she help with my wedding dress but also my welcome party dress and reception dress, all of which looked STUNNING. Highly recommend going here!
