Luke and Lex at Natural Focus Films are AMAZING!! The cinematic film they made for us from our wedding was truly perfect. It captured our special day better than we could have imagined or hoped for! The documentary film was also amazing- we love being able to re-live all the big moments of the day from the ceremony, to the dances to the speeches. Not only are Luke and Lex incredibly talented at what they do, but they both added such a calming, kind and fun presence to our day! They fit in with our wedding party seamlessly and are true professionals. We cannot recommend Natural Focus Films more - hire them for your wedding videography and you won’t be disappointed!!

Luke was amazing to work with from start to finish. I first met him at one of my best friend’s weddings and knew right away I had to hire him for my own. He was so easy to work with, very responsive with communication, and brought such great energy and positivity to our wedding day. I found Luke and Lex through the knot and was very impressed with their online samples of their work - their final product lives up to everything you can see on their website and instagram! Luke and Lex did a phenomenal job capturing all of the little and big moments on the day of the wedding. They are both so fun to work with and our entire wedding party enjoyed working with them. They are so good at being present during the day without you actually realizing you're constantly being filmed. The final wedding videos, both cinematic and documentary lengths were so perfect! The music and splicing of videos on the cinematic video are so professionally done. Several family friends commented that they have never seen such quality videos from a wedding videographer, and I 100% agree. We also paid extra for the raw footage clips which are fun to watch. I would not hesitate to hire Luke and Lex again. They are extremely talented and have given us the perfect video footage to look back on from our wedding day!

Luke and Alexis were the absolute best to have as part of our special day! They were able to capture all the best moments in the best possible way. You will not regret using Natural Focus Films as your videographer! From the very start, Luke was so great to work with. He immediately set up a call to understand what we were looking for with our wedding video(s), what were the most important parts of the day to capture, etc. Leading up to the wedding, the communication process was effortless. Luke and Alexis were flexible, too, in accommodating our last-minute request to see if they were available to film our Rehearsal Dinner as well. On the wedding day, Luke and Alexis were absolutely amazing to work with. They literally felt like close friends/family – making us, our wedding party, and family feel comfortable having a video trailing behind us/them the entire day and night! And while they were there capturing every moment, their presence did not get in the way. They blended right in despite being able to capture every single moment. They worked extremely well alongside the photographers we had hired as well, and we truly felt like we had the best team capturing our day. Post-wedding weekend, Luke delivered the promised videos that were a part of our package on time and with excitement. We are so grateful and appreciative of Luke and Alexis’ involvement in our wedding weekend from our initial planning call to finishing the final videos for us! Luke and Alexis produced a documentary film for our wedding at the Boston Public Library - the film was even better than we expected. We were on the fence about a videographer given the cost, but after having these two wonderful folks at our wedding and seeing the video they produced for us, we know we would be so regretful had we not decided to make the investment and to do so with Natural Focus Films. They were easy to work with before and during the event and during the wedding itself we knew we had entrusted the right people to be responsible for documenting our special day. They are very down-to-earth and willing to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for from their work. Luke and Alexis were everything and more we could’ve wanted for a videographer. We Love their raw natural talent. How elegant and authentic their style of film was is what drew us to them to originally speak with them but their personalities is what made us book them. They are so open, flexible, and willing to adjust to really give you what you want. Not to mention their willingness to pack up all their equipment and hop on a ferry to film on an island they have never filmed before. You would’ve thought they have been filming on Nantucket for years with how well they picked up the lay out of the island and captured all the specials spots to us. Having luke and Alexis on there the day of really helped calm nerves. I am a shy person and was worried about being filmed all day but it felt as if We just had our friends there hanging out. They are absolutely fun, calm and great to be around while simultaneously keeping their professionalism about them. Luke and Lex were over the top amazing in so many ways. Right from the start Luke was responsive, well-organized, and genuinely wanted to know what it was we were looking for. On the day of our wedding they made us feel comfortable, were fun, had super creative ideas about how to film our video, and worked really well with the photographer and venue. The actual content they produced was unreal. It truly captures what it was like that day for us and we have gone back and watched it over and over again. I highly recommend using natural focus for your wedding, I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else!

From our first phone call with Luke, we had the feeling that he was going to be the perfect fit for our wedding. From the start he was so kind and understanding of us trying to plan our wedding in the midst of the pandemic. We had a difficult time with not meeting any of our vendors in person, but Luke took the time to explain the process to us fully, so we really understood what we were getting in our package as well as asking us important questions so that he understood the vibe that we were looking for and the most important moments to capture. From viewing his work, we could tell that Luke was tremendously talented, but it was so reassuring to know that he was going to be a good fit for us personality wise as well. The day of the wedding, Luke and Alexis arrived at the same time as our florist and photographer, just as I was getting my hair and makeup done. I was so stressed out, but both Luke and Alexis were calm and just started working with our photographer to set up the room, get the perfect shots and overall keep me sane. Throughout the night it felt like they were just part of our wedding party, Alexis was the hype woman I needed during our photo and video session when I was fading and just wanting to get to the reception. I don’t love being the center of attention, but both Luke and Alexis helped to put us at ease, so it wasn’t so awkward. Towards the end of the night, Luke came up and said they were still going to hangout to get some photos of us dancing, which made me realize the night was almost over and I hadn’t even gotten on the dance floor yet! That portion of the video was some of my favorite parts because we are actually just hanging out and having fun and I don’t know if I would’ve realized that I was missing out on the party if it weren’t for Luke! Both our documentary and cinematic videos are awesome. I show the cinematic one to everyone I know. Luke and Alexis are awesome! Throughout the entire planning process they were kind, professional, and overall super easy to work with. On the day of the wedding they were so great, capturing everything but also being discreet (i.e during the ceremony and reception). They do such an amazing job capturing all of the big things as well as the small special details. The video editing that they do for the cinematic film/Instagram clip is so artistic and beautiful. The final product of all of our videos truly exceeded our expectations. Highly highly recommend!

Luke & Alexis are incredible to work with! They are so pleasant and make capturing video on your wedding day so seamless. The videos they sent us are absolutely amazing! We were so happy with the quality of the videos and their ability to capture the best moments of our special day to help us relive them over and over. They have some of the most affordable rates from other packages I’ve looked at and give you high quality well within a reasonable budget! They stayed pretty much the whole day at our wedding (from getting ready until just about when the reception ended), provided drone footage, a 5 min highlight reel and a 1 hr cinematic reel all for less than what other places charge for half of that. I highly recommend Natural Focus Films to anyone!! And YES, a videographer is worth the money to book!! But only if it’s Luke and Alexis ;)

Luke and Alexis did an amazing job capturing all of the best from the wedding day. Furthermore, Luke was the only videographer who was confident in being able to secure FAA approval for drone footage in downtown Boston at The Liberty Hotel, located in between Boston Logan Airport and Mass General Hospital. His shots of the skyline, birds-eye view of the venue, and "first-look" on the rooftop balcony were all one of a kind. Professional, enjoyable to work with and they delivered a polished finished video. Simply the best team to work with.

Luke and Alexis were wonderful, kind, and professional for the entire day. They were incredibly flexible with changing locations and dealing with a brief (but torrential) downpour right after the ceremony. Neither of us is comfortable being in front of a camera, but with Luke and Alexis it just felt like we were hanging out with old friends. They were simultaneously present and unobtrusive, and coordinated with our photographer really well. Alexis worked with me on various little surprises throughout the day, and even helped me switch outfits during the reception so I could let my bridesmaids continue celebrating. She and I had a lovely moment of decompressing and breathing together in the bridal suite (while she deftly dealt with difficult dress buttons) and I’m really appreciative of that moment and everything else they both did for us! Luke completely nerded out over the misty mountains and the amazing light that came out after the downpour, which was very amusing to watch. Would 100% recommend hiring these two, they work together seamlessly and they’ll immediately welcome you as friends and make you feel comfortable!!

We cannot say enough about Luke Shapiro and Natural Focus Films. They are not only easy to work with, 100% reliable in every way, 100% responsive to emails and questions, reasonably priced, accommodating to special requests for the day, incredibly nice and unobtrusive on the day of the wedding, but most importantly, their work is outstanding and the highest quality. They were able to capture the essence of the wedding in the 5 minute recap short video, and then follow it with the 45 minute ceremony and reception video. I would recommend them without reservation!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our wedding video! The cinematic video was perfectly edited to capture the beautiful moments of our day in a 2 minute clip. I was amazed how well they were able to carry you through the emotions of the day in just a 2 minute clip. The documentary video was also so well done. It was so nice to be able to relive this day in such a natural minimally edited video. Because the documentary video was so real and not super edited you really felt like you were there again. As one of my bridesmaid said when I shared with her, “I love how real and raw the documentary film is. It’s got this like old school movie feel to it that makes it all the more heart warming.”

Luke and Lex from Natural Focus Films were an incredible team who caught not only the natural beauty of the day but the intimate and romantic emotion that we never wanted to forget. Originally our day was going to be spent in a rose garden, next to a pond and an old rustic barn, which is why we were originally drawn to Natural Focus Films. However when our wedding day came, Mother Nature had other plans, but this wasn’t a problem for this team. In fact it was the opposite: they were able to take advantage of the storm and get some really beautiful and unique shots. Which is exactly how the day felt, beautiful, unique, one of a kind. They also worked closely with us leading up to the wedding. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well which added to the great experience overall. Our wedding flew by as the cliche goes but thanks to Natural Focus Films we can relive the moments whenever we want. A very special thank you to both Luke and Lex for capturing our day and connecting with everyone so gracefully.

Luke and Alexis are THE BEST! We were initially unsure if we wanted videography for our wedding — we weren’t sure it was necessary, and given we were having an intimate, garden wedding, we were worried having the extra cameras would be intrusive and uncomfortable for people. However, after talking to Luke and seeing some of his work, we decided to go for it, and we are so glad we did!! They have a large variety of packages to choose from, to fit a variety of videography needs. Luke understood our goals in videography really well, helped us pick the right package for our needs, and produced the MOST INCREDIBLE result. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, rather we wanted to capture the key moments of our wedding day and be able to share it with friends and family who couldn’t be there due to the downsizing of our event. Luke and Alexis captured all of the key parts of our wedding day AND the details of our venue so well, and put it all together in the most gorgeous way. Furthermore, during the day, they were incredibly easy to be around — they captured all the moments as they happened, it was almost impossible to tell they were there even with a 20 person guest group! And they were so very friendly, nice, and just overall a delightful presence at our wedding. They even set up the livestream for our ceremony for us! Everyone commented on how well that was done as well. Overall, we are so happy we decided to have videography at our wedding, and chose Natural Focus Films to do it for us. They are so talented, easy to work with, and just overall so incredibly good at what they do. We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did with the most wonderful video keepsake from our most special day — there really are a lot of details and little things that go by so quickly on the day of, and we’re so happy we hired them to capture all of it for us. Watching the video of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding is almost better than the wedding itself!! (all the fun and none of the day-of stressors!) Natural Focus Films captured the beauty, the emotions and the people of the wedding in such a way that we can relive it over and over! First--- the video is gorgeous, with the lighting (dusk to evening), the beauty of the place (outside in Maine), and the details (bride's bouquet, champagne flute glasses) all captured through close-ups, aerial views and right-in-the-action (dancing!) views. Second, the video recreates the emotions of the wedding: love, peace, inspiration, happiness...and fun, energy and playfulness (great reception!) Finally, NFF included everyone who was there in the video---so we have the faces of all the people we love, some whom we infrequently see, and who we can revisit via the video to remind ourselves of the wonderful time! Luke beautifully captured our wedding weekend in a video that felt authentic, sincere, and totally joyful. Loved Luke and Lex!! As the maid of honor and sister of the bride, I have watched their video several times. It brings me right back to the amazing day. They captured so many amazing moments where I did not even realize they were in the room. Photos are great but even watching the set up on film was fun! Luke made our wedding video for our summer 2019 wedding in Colorado. He was professional and efficient, with beautiful footage of our special day, capturing all of the right candid moments of our wedding party, guests, venue, and the special moments between my husband and I throughout the event. The video was absolutely perfect- honestly, our favorite decision that we made with our vendors/ services on the wedding day! The video he put together makes us feel like we are reliving the wedding over and over as we watch it. Luke was our videographer for our wedding in Williamstown, MA and was absolutely amazing. He was so professional throughout the entire process -- he made sure he knew what kind of shots we wanted before our wedding weekend, worked seamlessly with our photographer throughout the day, and followed up during his editing process about video music. I can honestly say that my wedding video is one of my most priced possessions now - Luke captured the day perfectly and included all of the details. His videos are creative, but not overdone.
