We purchased a package that included the photographer for the wedding day, engagement photos, printed albums and a guest signature picture. The engagement session was full of many laughs and jokes out in the Bosque, Guillermo truly captured our personalities in the pictures. On the day of our wedding, he met me at the hotel to take “getting ready” photos with my bridesmaids. He then met us at the chapel and captured amazing candid photos of my reactions to my niece arriving, my nephews waiting, my soon-to-be husband and his party and the first look with my father. He did an amazing job capturing the ceremony with the many laughs, tears and kisses! After the ceremony he worked through the large number of family photos and then captured some amazing photos on the UNM campus of the wedding party. At the third and final location, he worked his way around the room to photograph our guests, he worked in tandem with our DJ and he stole us away to take breathtaking sunset photos. We waited on pins and needles for almost exactly a month for the link of our photos and it was definitely worth the wait! h for my wedding and we had emailed back and forth for a few weeks or so . I kept asking him if he did a contract and if so when can he meet . For some reason he kept avoiding the question regarding the contract. My venue had to call Guillermo regarding the space which they did and my venue was going to find the space I let Guillermo know what time I wanted the photo booth to start . Which was 630 so it gave everyone enough time to get there and enjoy the booth . I sent an email asking when I can can stop by to sign a contract and once again he doesn't respond and today 04/28/18 I sent another email letting them know how very disappointed I was and i have never been treated so rude before until now . Yes I get you guys do a ton of wedding but to treat me like that because I'm not spend more then 1k is ridiculous.he didnt have a problem responding to my very last email and for him to say that I didnt ro my part and letting my venue know and letting the photo booth know what's going on is not true at all I keep in contact with my venue all the time and that I dont do my job is just crazy I have kept on top of all of this . The first time I emailed you guys Supposably they forgot to send the email which I think is all bs .he says he is giving me a $500 discount when that's a lie he says he charges $100 per hour . And this is what he tells me Brittany, You are not my only customer – I photograph 8 weddings a week and I do not have time to answer questions that I have answered time and time again. After the initial gap in response which I explained to you, I replied to you to your every question for three weeks on and on and on! I gave you a price break of $500, called your venue, explained what was needed, changed the hours to what you wanted me to – I told you I needed to hear from the venue about the space and you did not follow through. It is a photo booth – you are not hiring the space shuttle. So don’t be inflexible and unfair, learn to deal with people in a polite manner and if you are not getting a response, pick up a phone and call. Also, do not threaten people. You can leave any review you want – you are a bad customer. Read the emails below and stop emailing me.

Our wedding pictures are also amazing. We waited a little longer than I expected to receive our pictures and they were posted on Facebook before we got the chance to see them as a couple first. We called Guillermo about this and he took them off Facebook right away.

ince we had a bit of a time constraint between the wedding and reception. They traveled back and forth to Sandia Casino without charge as well to take getting ready photos before the ceremony. Guillermo did a beautiful job on our engagement photos. He new all of the perfect places in Old Town Albuquerque for great shots. For the wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Chris. He was wonderful!! He was friendly and easy to work with. He also knew all of the right shots to take. After the wedding, he was was polite and efficient while taking family photos. I would work with Natural Touch again in a heartbeat.

so professional but still had a great time with us. Guillermo was our main photographer and we were instantly able to put our trust into what he was going to offer to us. I (Bride) had met him and his team at a bridal show and I knew I didn't want the usual photos or pose-type pictures that you see all your friends have. They were fun to talk to and this translated to all the interactions we had with them from phone conversations to our engagement photos and finally to our wedding. Even more so than our event coordinator they were accommodating and ready for anything. Literally at one point they were running and jumping on top of trashcans in Old Town to capture pictures because we were on the move!! That is dedication to the shot!
