Naturally You Makeup Artistry

I loved working with Naturally You for my wedding hair and makeup. Melissa was amazing with communication and accommodating a last minute tweak to our plan of adding one more person into our group for makeup. Kayla was my makeup artist and Brittany did my hair, and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! I just showed them a couple inspiration images and they truly hit it out of the park!

I could not be happier with my decision to book Naturally You! Melissa (owner) was so sweet and accommodating. As for the artists themselves, they were able to create my vision perfectly. I absolutely loved working with them - not only are they very talented, but they made everyone feel so comfortable and so beautiful. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Kayla and Brittany were amazing to work with! They worked with me to make my bridal beauty vision come to life. My bridal party all loved their looks as well! They were on time and added to the fun of getting ready that morning. Melissa always responded promptly and was able to help with any concerns!

Melissa and her partner did an amazing job! We had a group of 6 for makeup and 7 for hair, and everyone was extremely happy with their work. They were both highly professional, and fun to have in the room with us when we were getting ready. I booked Naturally You Makeup Artistry for my recent wedding and had a fantastic experience. Melissa (the owner), Kaitlyn (the hairstylist), and Bailey (the MUA) were considerate, kind, and professional from start to finish. I have naturally curly hair and don’t wear makeup in my normal life, so I was nervous that I would be uncomfortable having so many unfamiliar products on my face/in my hair. But both Kaitlyn and Bailey did an amazing job of making sure I both looked great and felt comfortable on my wedding day. (I genuinely forgot I was wearing false eyelashes! That’s how skilled Bailey is as a MUA.) Both of them styled me in a way that drew out my best features and helped me look like the most naturally beautiful version of myself, which was exactly what I wanted. They also worked some sort of magic to ensure my hair and makeup stayed put ALL DAY—both hair and makeup still looked perfect when I went to bed at 4 am on my wedding night, despite all the walking, crying, dancing, eating, drinking, and sweating I did that day. On a different note, I was amazed by how efficiently Kaitlyn was able to style my entire bridal party’s hair (including my 5 bridespeople, my mom, and two groomswomen—9 women total, plus she trimmed my husband’s mustache!) while still making sure everyone got the style they wanted and looked gorgeous. Same goes for Bailey’s talents with my two bridesmaids who chose to have their makeup done. Finally, Melissa was great about communicating clearly and promptly and taking care to get all the details right, from the initial consultation all the way to the wedding day itself. I could not have asked for a better hair and makeup service and wholeheartedly recommend Naturally You to any bride!

Melissa and her team did a fantastic job! From my pre-hair and make up trial to the wedding day. Everything was 10 out of 10. Brittany was my hairstylist and Melissa did my make up. I have never gotten so many compliments on my make up or hair ever! All kudos go to Brittany and Melissa! They were professional, kind, receptive, and, did everything to make my day perfect.

The Naturally You Makeup Artistry Team was professional, organized, and super great to work with. Their communication was proactive and clear. Their team was very open, collaborative and focused on giving you the look you want on your wedding day. They welcomed and accepted feedback during the makeup trial - this gave me the confidence that they would do a great job on the wedding day. Their team showed up promptly on our wedding day to set up and was efficient with our time. They made all of my bridesmaids look like their best, natural selves. They handled a range of skin tones, sensitivities and freckles, which was important to me when I selected them. Our makeup looked flawless all day and required little to no touch-ups! I considered doing my own hair and makeup, but I am so glad I didn't. They gave us all makeup looks that were fit for photos and longlasting wear.

I had such a great experience! They communicated really well, the brisk trial was very helpful, and the girls really helped me look my best and just an upgraded version of myself. I felt so beautiful on my day because of them. It was a great experience all around.

My bridal party and I had the privilege of having Skylar do our hair and Kayla do our makeup. Both of them did such a great job of making each of us feel so beautiful. They asked each of us what our vision was, if we had any inspiration pictures and made any changes that we wanted. Skylar also did three of my nieces hair and she made a point to make each of them feel extra special. My hair trial also went well and both Kayla and Skylar were very responsive to what I envisioned for our day. I wanted to tweak something with my hair in particular, and Skylar was quick to make that change. Like most people, I have a full time job so I was worried that I would have to take time off from work to have a hair and makeup trial, but that wasn't the case. Naturally You Artistry offers hair/makeup trials during the evening hours on Tuesdays which is perfect for those who work and made the process that much easier. Melissa, the founder of Naturally you Artistry, was also wonderful to work with. Although I was unable to formally meet her, we communicated often via email and Melissa was quick to respond, answered any questions I had and she lets her team know if there are any changes you might have before the big day. I can't recommend the Naturally You Artistry team enough to anyone getting married or needing special event hair/makeup. Thank you, Melissa, Skylar and Kayla!

Melissa & Madee did a fantastic job on the hair and makeup for my wedding! They were so much fun to work with and made us all feel and look beautiful. Around the time of my trials I sustained a back injury that forced me to reschedule my appointments. They were so accommodating and kind. This meant so much to me as I was near panic mode. This is a fantastic business, one that cares about you and really wants you to feel beautiful and loved! I highly recommend!!!

Melissa and her team did an amazing job on our makeup! I had a great makeup trial as well but decided to darken my shadow and do a more flirty lash afterwards, and she delivered on wedding day!! I was very happy with my bridal look!! My makeup stayed put all day!! The only thing I regret was not hiring her team for our hair as well. It's crucial to hire professional vendors that have wedding day experience, and lots of it! Thank you soooo much, Melissa!! Everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and extremely talented, and they made the whole wedding party feel comfortable and beautiful. I really appreciated how flexible they were with accommodating our day-of schedule. When one of our makeup artists got sick a couple of days before the wedding, Melissa handled everything to make sure that we had enough artists to get everyone's hair and makeup done on time. I couldn't recommend more highly!

Absolutely loved working with Melissa of Naturally You Artistry. I really struggled to find a makeup artist that would provide full coverage but not look caked on. The talent of Melissa lives up to the name - she makes you feel so beautiful on your wedding day by enhancing your natural beauty! Melissa was amazing! She did such a great job, and my mom is still singing her praises weeks later. Melissa communicated what she wanted the bridal party to expect for the day of. She communicated her opinion when we requested it, and she gave an explanation of her process when any questions were asked. She truly made the day feel so relaxed and special, I couldn't have asked for a better getting ready session. I don't have any pictures from the morning of - so I will try to edit and add them later!

My bridal party and I loved working working Melissa and her team at my wedding! I loved how glamorous yet natural her make artistry was. She gave my bridesmaids and I am amazing glow for our spring wedding. I would recommend her and her team 100%.

We gave them a challenge and they rose to the occasion! We were having a Queer wedding, that included two brides, and two big bridal parties. We were really worried about timing but Melissa and Naturally You assured us their team could make it happen! Their team of Skylar, Melissa, Brittany, and Kayla split up between our two parties in two different locations. I’m a big dancing queen, if I do say so myself, and my hair and make-up lasted ALLL DAY, even with sweating (a lot) and crying (a lot) and jumping around (a lot). Kayla put this beautiful matte lipstick on me at 11:30am and it was still perfectly on my face at midnight! We both looked beautiful all day, and our bridal parties were happy with their hair and makeup as well. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Naturally You!

I was so impressed when Melissa did my trial because I loved how my makeup looked. More often than not I do not like how others do my makeup, but Melissa was able to do practically the impossible for me! She was professional and did a wonderful job on all my other ladies too!

Melissa and Bailey were great! Initially I was scheduled to have Madee do my makeup and she did my trial but the night before my wedding, she had an emergency completely out of her control. Melissa worked hard to find other artists to cover me and ended up coming herself and bringing help! Bailey did my makeup for my wedding and it turned out great despite not doing a trial. My makeup and my bridesmaid’s makeup lasted all day (11am- 11pm) though sweat and tears. I would highly recommend Melissa and her team at Naturally You!

Naturally You Makeup Artistry did my makeup and all of my bridal parties hair and makeup. Melissa worked with me so well in preparation for the wedding. I got the opportunity to have Kevyn do my makeup and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed on my wedding day. She also made me feel so beautiful. I remember Kevyn giving me the mirror to look at myself and I literally teared up because I had never felt more beautiful. They were professional, and very efficient. We made the best decision asking Naturally You makeup to do our wedding hair and makeup! We had a trial run a month prior to the wedding and we’re able to plan our looks as well as meet the artists who would be with us that day. Day of, they were punctual, made minor adjustments as needed, and made us all feel perfect prior to walking down the aisle! Wouldn’t change anything with our interaction and communication with Naturally You MUA!!

Naturally You was willing to step in and help my bridal party of 8 people last minute. Alyssa absolutely knocked it out of the park. The booking process was very professional and easy. Melissa was great to work with. She was very helpful and attentive! Kaelee did an amazing job the day of my wedding. She was so fun to work with! Melissa’s team was so much fun to work with, they blended in with my bridesmaid group and we had a blast with them at 6am when they showed up! My trial was great, with them asking questions about what I liked and disliked so that my hair and makeup were absolutely perfect on the day of my wedding. All of my bridesmaids agreed that this was the best makeup they’ve ever had. We all got a natural look (hence why we went with Naturally You); it looked so pretty and wasn’t underdone or overdone at all. Communication is easy with Melissa, too. It was nice to have a one stop shop to make planning that much easier. I would use them again!

This was an amazing team of artists. I used Naturally You for both hair and makeup for myself and my 7 bridesmaids. I loved how I looked on my wedding day, and both the hair and makeup lasted the entire day (and this was a hot August wedding)! They were so kind, relaxed, and easy to work with throughout the process. I felt like I knew them forever after the first 5 minutes. The trial was really fun and they asked me lots of questions about what I wanted, and while I thought I was really happy woth the trial hair and makeup, they somehow managed to do an even better job on the day of the wedding. Melissa and her team were wonderful! My bridesmaid, mother, and my own makeup looked beautiful! It was so windy the day of my wedding and my hair stayed intact. A couple of my bridesmaids and I jumped into a pool at the end of my reception and my makeup completely stayed out, eyelashes and all! The trial was great and Madee listened to everything i wanted. And then on wedding day she remembered things I told her about wear and durability. Madee did an amazing job on myself and all of my bridesmaids. She was more than professional and fun to work with. Every person she touched looked beautiful.
