We can’t recommend Navarre highly enough! They did a wonderful job catering our wedding weekend cocktail hour and reception at St. Mary’s. We were planning from a distance and had to rely on email and phone, but there was excellent communication from all the different staff we interacted with at every step in the process. Chelsea was ultra organized during the reception itself, she made sure we had a tray of appetizers just for the bride and groom so we wouldn’t miss the chance to try any of our selections. We had put out the table numbers ourselves, and when I noticed some of them were in the wrong spots, Chelsea jumped right in and got it all rearranged so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The staff did a fantastic job serving, and the bartender was so friendly and great as well. During the weekend, we had to work with a different events company for a different function, and the hassle we went through with them was a stark contract to how smoothly everything went with Navarre. Do yourself a favor and don’t go with anyone else for your wedding!

I typically dread wedding or event food, but this felt farm to table and five star. I have never received so many complements with many stating it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding. Several guests requested their information so they could book them for upcoming events. Bekah was especially helpful, personal and had an excellent attention to detail. She is AMAZING! The wine and alcohol was also delicious. They worked with us on a signature cocktail and mocktail that also felt special and unique. Navarre truly made our dream wedding dreamier. Look no further and book Navarre! They are the BEST!

before booking them to be our caterer for our on campus event this January. If you're having any event at Notre Dame (or in the South Bend area) and are looking for a caterer whose food is second to none and also brings a luxurious elegance to your event, look no further than Navarre. Christine and her team completely crushed the event - all of the staff the day of were poised, professional, and kind. Our guests all adored their meals (which is one of -if not the most important parts of a catered event!).
Even at the end of the event Christine and her staffed proved their incredible integrity and corrected a counting issue for an on-consumption piece being incredible detailed to get to the bottom of it, ultimately crediting us for the mis-count. Not all caterers or events businesses execute such honor in dealings with their clients.
If you are wondering whether it's worth it to book Navarre... IT IS!
