person Rafalin to come down. He acted like he was taking photos but he was actually taking video coverage. The photographer took photos of all of us looking into Rafalins camera! Can you imagine, all of your photos with bridesmaids and groomsmen are not centered as we are all looking away to someone else’s camera!! He pulled one or 2 photos for me of us looking at his camera. I asked him for the video coverage during the cocktail hour where we all were looking at his camera and he never gave it to me. They realized that they barely took any pictures of us as a couple bc they were running out of time. They pulled us during the reception to take more photos. Then my bridesmaid came out to say everyone was looking for us and eating dinner bc I had to make my rounds to the tables. I was upset that cocktail hour time was not spent wisely by the photographer. When I got to the last table, Rafalin came up to me to ask if I wanted photos with the tables, I was upset that he waited that long to ask me that as I had just about finished my rounds. He also had a photographer come only during ceremony. I told him that I paid for a package with 2 photographers and 2 videographers for 8 hours and they weren’t all working or there for 8 hours. He told me I “didn’t need” them there. I’m like but I paid for it? I also had a Persian ceremony , a second part to the ceremony. The wedding ceremony video had multiple angles from different cameras edited together but the Persian ceremony just had one camera which followed us when we walked to the ceremony then they just put the camera in front of us. Another thing I am sad about, the western ceremony had me walk down the aisle alone and meet my father who was in the front row in a wheelchair. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and hand and then my now husband came over and gave him and my mother a hug and took my hand to walk me to the alter(as the father pass off) this was completely missed in the videography. They had to take pictures of me walking to my father from a distance and put that in the video. I paid $3000 for the videography and $2200 for the photography and I did not get what I paid for and I can’t get those moments back
