I feel compelled to share my experience. It all began with what seemed like a minor issue, but over time, it has grown into a source of significant frustration. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve the matter, progress has been slow and unsatisfactory. When I first booked, I was so excited to hire this team for my wedding day. Two months after our wedding day, I asked for our wedding video and did not receive a response. I emailed them again after three months, and they said I should receive it soon. Then came October, six months after my wedding, and I emailed them asking for the video. Instead of giving me an apology or anything, they sent me the video. After receiving the video six months late, I was so disappointed and saddened that I did not receive the same quality of work I hired them for. I emailed them mentioning all my issues with the video, and they responded two weeks later in November that they would redo it. It is now January, nearly a year later, and nothing. No update, no response from their team. The money does not matter, but to say you are a luxury service and not to receive that service is so disappointing. I really wish this had gone differently. Everyone was great on the day of the wedding and professional but the quality of work for the video was not up to par. I believe constructive feedback is essential for growth, and I hope this review will be received in the spirit it is intended. I remain hopeful that a resolution can be found and that future customers will have a more seamless experience.
