NCR Country Club

NCR was the perfect place for our wedding reception! Beautiful scenery, great service, and indoor/outdoor options. Lisa was so easy to work with and made wedding planning easy!

Our July wedding reception at NCR Country Club was truly spectacular and would not have been possible without the help and expertise of the event coordinator, Lisa. From the first day we met, Lisa was friendly and listened attentively as we described the wedding reception we envisioned. She consistently demonstrated professionalism and exceptional customer service each and every time we met with her. As our guest list grew, Lisa was very patient with us as we went back and forth in discussions about meal selections and floorplans. She even invited us to see the room set ups at several different NCR weddings so we could better visualize how the room would be set up. Having many years of experience in the wedding industry, Lisa was extremely helpful in selecting the best companies and most appropriate vendors to work with. All in all, we contracted with more than 6 vendors and Lisa worked diligently with each of them to coordinate all aspects of delivery and set up so we did not have to worry about a thing. In addition to working closely with the various vendors, Lisa also went above and beyond to engage the NCR in-house catering and facilities teams to ensure our every request was granted. When we arrived at NCR and saw the banquet room on our wedding day we were overwhelmed with joy and awe. Lisa, the team at NCR and our vendors had not only transformed the room, they exceeded all our expectations. The bar and food service throughout the evening was fantastic and we were able to keep all 180+ guests cool and comfortable despite it being the hottest day of the year! We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and have heard rave reviews from those who attended. Everyone at NCR Country Club was incredibly friendly and helpful on our big day and the time leading up to it! The coordinator, Lisa, was very responsive to calls/emails, provided lots of support and assistance during the planning process, and understood my "vision". The room was set up exactly as I pictured and was beautiful. All of the staff at NCR were very professional and friendly to us and our guests. A number of guests commented on the service, venue, and delicious food. Thank you NCR for a perfect reception!

NCR was the perfect place for our wedding reception! They staff was amazing and took care of everything so we didn't have to worry about much the day of or the week of really. The coordinator Lisa personally made sure everything went off without a hitch and it did. I would highly recommend them for wedding receptions, not only is the location beautiful but you won't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding!

I fell in love with this venue right away because of the beautiful scenery from the hilltop and the many windows that filled the room! Also, working with Teresa was an absolute treat! She was so professional and you can tell that she has many years of experience. Teresa constantly checked in with my husband and me during the reception and she even made sure we were given some hors d'oeuvres and drinks between the ceremony and start of the reception. It was everything we could have ever wanted in a venue and we wouldn't change anything about our day! I highly recommend NCR :)

I will try to review the venue as a whole, but to tell you the truth, it all comes down to Teresa. Teresa is the event coordinator who works with brides to plan and execute their big day. I cannot sing her praises more loudly or from a higher mountain top :o) She is the face of NCR Country Club from the bride's perspective, as she is the one who will tirelessly answer your questions (regardless of frivolity or frequency). She will work diligently to help you achieve your vision for the day while staying within your budget. She makes things happen- finds you the answers- does what ever it takes to execute a flawless event! She will hold your veil for you during pictures and even bring you drinks when you are too busy enjoying your day to stop and sip the champagne! I look at it this way- as a bride, you go into wedding planning blind for the most part- never having planned a wedding before, never having coordinated the logistics for an event of this scale- and you get ONE chance to make it your perfect day. That is a little overwhelming. The experience, creativity, resources, and expertise she brings to the table rocket you right up the learning curve with her. She knows what works, what doesn't, what is going to be a waste of your budget, and how to most effectively make a statement to your guests:o) She made the day a stunning success for me. Now- as promised, the venue as a whole- They said "Yes" to almost every crazy idea I came up with- which made things really fun. Everyone was responsive, professional, and well informed. The food- hors d'oeuvres: excellent- great presentation! Dinner: the steak was great; the chicken was dry- both great presentation. Timing was pretty good- didn't have to sit around forever to eat. Bar- awesome; they made my signature "Strawberry Basil Smash" and everyone loved it. Wait staff- no complaints; water glasses were kept full and plates cleared timely. Aesthetically, everything was beautiful- perfectly manicured grounds with picturesque adirondack chairs , breezy clean patios, perfect setup of the place settings/chargers/napkins/menus etc. Price- no surprises; everything came in right where it was supposed to. I thought that I received a good value. I give it 5 stars and recommend it highly.

Teresa the banquet manager was so easy to work with. She offered great references to other vendors and suggested great ideas for during the reception. I truly enjoyed the experience before, during and after the event

NCR was great. They work with you on exactly what you want and make sure all of the details are taken care of. I was so happy with how it turned out, it was wonderful. The service was great.

Great service & people to work with at NCR. They were very helpful with the planning. They make it real easy to plan and coordinate with other vendors. Beautiful view, great place for pictures, delicious food!

We had our engagement party here and the venue was beautiful! They staff was great and very easy to work with. They made our event run smoothly and perfect!

Jodi was the best wedding planner for NCR. She made our wedding so at ease. Everything was perfect and the food and service was amazing. NCR is beautiful and I was very impressed!

Beautiful site, plus a wonderful and accommodating staff. Working with Jodi was great. I personally do not care for the main room's decor, but the linens and flowers were done so well that I didn't even notice the green carpet!
