Chef Juaninne has worked in restaurants exploring different cuisines and learning ever-expanding skills. She then followed her passion and enrolled into San Francisco's Northern American Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu where she received her Associates Degree then started N.D. NIK OF THYME CATERING with her husband and loves to make her clients happy with her delicious dishes. She and the team can make food in a variety of cuisines such as French, Caribbean, SoulFood ,Mexican, American, and various Asian . They can also cook for various dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose-free. N.D. NIK OF THYME CATERING can provide starters, entrees, hor d’oeuvres, and desserts. They serve their food buffet style and in stations so you and your guests can make your perfect plate. They can also arrange a champagne toast.
