NDavis Music | DJ - Live Music - Lighting

we didn't even think about. He did a great job at making sure our officiant was miced up properly for the ceremony. He absolutely nailed the music selection for our reception! Our guests raved about how much they loved the music and overall vibe. We also went with one of his uplighting packages and it definitely made the reception space pop! It was so nice having that as an option so that we didn't have to look elsewhere for lighting. Thank you Nathaniel!

he music selection and how the lighting would work at the venue. His attention to detail was amazing and sat down with us for an hour to go over the entire timeline from start to finish and ensured he understood what kind of music vibe we were going for. The day of was perfect, he made sure all the moving parts were moving in the right direction, from the ceremony, with all of the different sound aspects and microphones, the great background music at cocktail hour, to the bumping dance floor at the reception (seriously everyone was out there jamming out!). We even requested a special surprise spotlight dance for my parents and he pulled it off without them knowing. Truly cannot recommend Nathaniel enough, if you're looking for a great DJ he's the person for the job!

A consummate professional, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

e been a better night. The lights were incredible too! Highly recommend!!!

taste. We chose the package that included three different location set ups. He had music playing during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Nathaniel was also very accommodating as we had a last minute family member who was going to sing the mother-son dance. The two were in contact to ensure this was perfectly set up. After the wedding, our family and friends raved about how great the music was. We highly recommend NDavis Music for your wedding day!

the cocktail hour. Then, for the reception, the dance floor was live the whole night and everyone raved about how good the music was! His flexibility, positive attitude and energy really made such a difference on our wedding day and we cannot express our appreciation for his expertise enough! It was such a pleasure to work with him, from our first conversation to a more detailed meeting to the wedding day itself! Our wedding would not have been the same without the presence and expertise of NDavis Music!

oughout the process. He played live acoustic during our cocktail hour and DJ'd our reception as well. He read the crowd and played exactly what was needed all night!!

was he an amazing DJ, but he was also an amazing MC. He gave us great advice on the special events that take place during a wedding. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend Nathaniel for any event!

normally plays at weddings these days for people our age -- and he nailed it! I received many comments from our guests saying how great the DJ was. We got the monogram package, live music, and mood lighting which were really cool on the walls of the white tent that we got married in. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding to ask us a bunch of questions so we didn't really have to interact with him the day of the wedding. His performance was seamlessly integrated throughout the day. He also played live acoustic music and singing during the cocktail hour which the guests really enjoyed. Overall would highly recommend.

make our night special and memorable. He is also reasonably priced for the quality of service you receive. Thank you to Nathaniel and his team for everything they did for us! 10/10 would recommend you hire them for you wedding DJ services!!

es for our cake cutting to playing the most amazing ceremony music ever, we are so grateful to have had Nathanial as our musician. I used to photograph bands for a living and am pretty picky when it comes to good music and I can honestly say that Nathaniel is amazing!

pt everyone dancing and my family aren’t huge dancers! I would recommend to anyone in the area who is having a special event! 1000 stars guys!

ing celebration, and when Covid19 impacted our plans, we were so incredibly grateful to have such an amazing team of people to make our wedding happen! Nathaniel was incredibly flexible as plans evolved helping us plan the ceremony, putting us at ease, and learning special songs we wanted. He even traveled over 2 hours to our ceremony when we had to move it and plans to be there for our postponed reception in 2021! The day of, everything went smoothly and everyone was raving about the music (we went with mostly live music for our small/shortened ceremony). It just added such a comfortable and fun feel to a day I will never forget! Honestly, I think NDavis was the best choice we made in this whole process. I highly recommend NDavis-a wonderful person with a beautiful talent!

felt manner! Nathaniel took care of all the ceremony and processional music, and even sang a live music interlude during the service. NDavis music also turned my parents patio into a lovely first dance dance floor complete with mood lighting and later transitioned it to a full-on dance floor with party lights! When Nathaniel met with me to go over the order of events and playlist, he saw that I didn’t really know what I was doing, and ended up helping me plan the entire evening going off of the music schedule...Cannot recommend enough. Thank you, Nathaniel!

had every single detail he needed to ensure that the set up, ceremony, and reception flowed smoothly. Nathaniel provided all of the equipment and arrived early to set everything up. The up-lighting was impeccable and made our wedding ambiance so romantic. He kept everybody on the dance floor throughout the evening and was very prompt when having to time out wedding speeches, processionals, and guest exits. We 100% recommend Nathaniel and will surely be using him again for future entertainment needs!!!

n how great the DJ was and how he kept us dancing. He was an awesome DJ at our wedding. A rock star.

it was AWESOME! Aside from being a tremendously talented musician (whose guitar playing and singing of songs you know and his own versions of songs are truly awesome), his professionalism, expertise and leadership when it came to determining a full wedding program was outstanding. He was very organized and had every aspect from the pre-ceremony reception to the ceremony to the cocktail party to the dinner to the dancing party and final song all planned out with different elements that we would not have thought of on our own -- including all the sound elements for ceremony, toasts, etc. He truly knows what he is doing -- and the timeline ran very smoothly that he put together. He did speaking parts, inserted cues when necessary, and executed our vision to a T. We didn't just hire a musician, we hired a production that catered to our specific needs for an intimate yet fun and unique event. He made suggestions when our ideas were not clear, and he followed our suggestions when we knew what we wanted. Also, he and his assistant added lighting elements to an already stunning venue that really took it up a notch and made the atmosphere truly magical ... in a rustic casual elegant way ... it was beautiful. He coordinated very well with our planner (who was also awesome) on the timeline and the flow. And his music was awesome ... he played guitar outdoors for our pre-ceremony reception, then guitar for some parts of the ceremony, then his own live music for the cocktail party, and DJ service for the party ... plus he was able to work in our play list for the dinner itself ... so multiple locations, multiple types and styles of music. We highly recommend NDavis. I can't imagine better, to be honest.

and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, he was flexible and worked with our schedules to meet us in person to discuss the details over a beer…a very fun and relaxed meeting, which was much needed during such a stressful time of wedding planning. He explained to us how the event would progress, thinking of every detail, and when we weren’t sure what song or music genre we wanted for a certain part of the evening, he was there with multiple recommendations and refreshing opinions that we could trust. He made it easy. He was in contact with our coordinator ahead of time to make sure everything would run smoothly day-of. He, and his assistant Joe, arrived to the venue early to make sure everything was set up and to run a sound check. He played acoustic guitar and sang for our ceremony, and DJ’d for cocktail hour and the reception. We have been to one other event that he worked, and we can confidently say he has an incredible talent for reading the crowd and playing what will get them on the dance floor! There was never a quiet or boring moment, even with the guest list being very diverse in age. Nathaniel was able to please everyone. In the weeks after the wedding, we received several compliments, specifically about the music and how much fun people had dancing. This meant a lot to us, especially now, as we have since been to multiple friends’ weddings, and have been able to compare Nathaniel to other businesses and have now realized the critical role that the DJ and their music plays in setting the tone and helping to tell the story of such an important event. Nathaniel, compared to many others, has such a dedication and love for what he does, which is clear to see. We would hire Nathaniel again for an event, without a doubt, 100%.

were taking too long so we had time for everything. We could have not asked for a better DJ to perform at our wedding. His assistant and him went above and beyond.

all - he played guitar and sang during the ceremony, played smooth music during dinner and got everyone dancing late into the night. Easy to work with, versatile, and knows how to spark/capture the moment through music. My husband and I had the best experience -- highly recommend!

it of ego. Nathaniel was recommended to us by our planner, and from our first meeting we could tell he was incredibly kind and the ultimate professional. He guided us through music selection, gave suggestions when we felt stuck, really truly listened to our musical tastes, and coordinated flawlessly with our other vendors on his own initiative. The day of, he and his assistant were set and checked with plenty of time to go. He provided live acoustic music for our outdoor ceremony (he brought his battery powered PA since there was no accessible power nearby) which flowed so seamlessly without overpowering or drawing focus. He then switched gears to DJ our cocktail hour and reception, both which he did flawlessly. Often, DJ's have a tendency to overperform - Nathaniel made his necessary announcements, but didn't feel the need to "put on a show". At the end of the day, we could not have asked for a kinder, more professional, or more talented person to trust the sound of our day to. As an event professional, he was a breath of fresh air, and we truly hope more couples get to experience his talents.
