We had a great experience with Nebraska Diamond! We worked with Jordan from purchasing the engagement ring all the way through wedding bands. Jordan was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. I’ve loved being able to go back to Nebraska Diamond to get my rings cleaned whenever I’ve needed. I’ve had to get the bands resized and it was done so quickly!
The communication that we experienced at Nebraska Diamond was superb! The selections were wide which didn’t lock us into a specific look for BOTH of our wedding rings but cast a net from lots of unique and special rings. There was no rush, no pushing, just relaxing conversing with our expert while searching for our rings. Thanks again!

Nebraska Diamond provided my now fiancé and I the best possible experience we could have ever asked for. They take the time to educate you about the different cuts, sizes, and clarity scales of diamonds as well as show you how your specific diamond will look under natural lighting, not jewelry store lighting. Jordan Walker was our diamondologist and he helped my fiancé customize the perfect ring from scratch. We will never use another jeweler as nobody else will ever compare!

I ordered an engagement ring and a wedding band, and my fiancee ordered a wedding ring for me. With FOUR DAYS to go before the wedding, and after over 4 months of planning and working with our sales agent, she calls to tell me the wedding band will NOT be ready! Hmmm...oh well, what are you gonna do, right? Ha ha ha ha. NOT! My family and fiancee are devastated. Who knew that you needed over 4 months to make a wedding band? We had to cancel the wedding and start over from scratch. I won't give these scammers a second look. I recommend you go elsewhere, to someone more professional. Fortunately, there are LOTS of places which meet this description. Good luck to you.

WE LOVE NEBRASKA DIAMOND! Will never, ever purchase jewelry from another jewelry store again. Nebraska Diamond customized my wedding ring and band, as we were unable to find exactly what I wanted at any other store. They were very professional in our meetings and got the work done promptly. It took a week to order and receive both my rings and my husband's band, which I feel is very quick. The salesmen and women here are very knowledgeable and offer solid suggestions to help us save money (it's not all about making $$, it's about making couples happy!)
The service we received at Nebraska Diamond has been impeccable each time we have visited the store. We love our rings and they had so much more selection than other stores we visited. They will be our first choice for jewelry moving forward even though it's an hour drive away. It's worth it! I highly recommend them.
I'll start off with the fact that I love my ring! It took me a little while, as they said they would duplicate it as the ring that I was wanting was in 18k white gold and we wanted 14k. I also added pea-a-boo diamonds from my grandmothers ring to it. The duplication was close, but not what they said it would look like.
They also said that they would set the side diamonds high enough as to not to interfere with picking out a wedding band. So when we went into pick out a wedding band, I was really shocked when the band that I had in mind would not work with my ring. We had to pick a different band from what I had my heart set on. Really frustrating, but in the end, I do have a very nice and original ring.
we walked in and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. we ended up waiting nearly an hour and still hadn't been helped, so we left. from what we heard from the sales people you could only see 12 of their supposed 3500 rings at a time. if you want to look and see what catches your eye, not the place to go!

We loved working with Nebraska Diamond. They were so informative and we were able to really get what we wanted. They have non- jewelery store lights which helped us see what my ring would look like without the jewelery store lighting. Super informative. Would recommend to anyone.
While I designed our rings and during the design process it was a great experience. It seemed there really was little to service after the sale. And I love our rings but shortly after we got them I started seeing designs suspiciously similar to mine.
My husband and I had gone to a widely known jeweler in Omaha to check out engagement rings so we could get an idea of what we liked and what looked good but the prices were way out of reach. Without me knowing, my husband had gone to Nebraska Diamond and worked with Natalie. She helped him to create a custom ring for me that looks very similar to the one we saw in Omaha, with some additions/changes at a price that worked for him and it was beautiful! He had said that he had never felt more comfortable purchasing something. My husband proposed without the ring but drove me to Lincoln to go see the center stone and Nebraska Diamond was happy to help and it made me even more excited to see the final product! Natalie was able to work with us to have the custom matching wedding band as well, which looks beautiful together!
We bought my engagement ring and my husband's ring from Nebraska Diamond. They had a large selection to choose from for both engagement rings and wedding bands. They were also very cost-efficient and worked within our budget.
It was a great experience. My husband and I felt educated on diamonds and the process. We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of and everyone was so kind. We have had the ring for 18 months and it is beautiful!
We went here for my engagement ring. I was told I couldn't expect perfection when I asked for the center stone to be centered. After bringing it to another jeweler, I was told not only was the center stone loose, some of the channel set ones were loose. I was told that nothing was wrong with my ring by NE Diamond. After many efforts, we eventually got our money back. We went elsewhere and got a larger, clearer stone, and prettier ring for less.
Nebraska diamond was and is great to work with. It is a little different type of setting... you meet with the jeweler in their office and they bring different rings out for you to see. It would have been nice to be able to browse around the store, however, when we told them exactly what we wanted they even went to other Jewelry stores to look at that particular style. They ended up finding the perfect ring for me!
Nebraska Diamond is not like a mall jewelry store. You go in an office an d get to sit comfortably while they bring all of the rings to YOU! Their selection is huge. If you want it, they can get it. Their prices are very reasonable.
We got the engagement and wedding rings at the same place. They let us get the rings resized and put together for free.
Love my ring and everything went good until we went to go get my husbands ring and it was sized wrong. Thet were supposed to have it by the next day and it wasn't ready till the morning before or wedding. So my husband had to drive all the way to Lincoln
I absolutely love my ring from Nebraska Diamond. It is exactly what I wanted. The selection was outstanding. The only problem was when my fiance and I came back to purchase the "matching" wedding band. It didn't match at all! The diamonds weren't the same size and didn't go the same distance across the band as those on my engagement ring. And the saleslady seemed to think that I was being too picky! It was very frustrating, and we ended up purchasing a wedding band from a different store.
We started off here looking for an engagement ring. We ended up spending like 2 hours there and got nothing accomplished. I didn't really love any of the rings that I was seeing. Also, she kept going over our price range, which my husband did not like. However, my friend went here and found her ring-so it just depends on the person!
I loved working with Nebraska Diamond - it was a private setting and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything. We loved what we saw & the Seth was very knowledgeable and found exactly what we wanted! :)
My ring is absolutely beautiful and I love it! But...I didn't have it in time for my wedding, like I was promised (due to sizing issues). We had a great experience up until the last month when none of the promises made to me were kept and no apologies were made. Our salesperson was very apologetic and tried to be as accommodating as possible in the beginning of the last month when her first promises were not kept, but by the end, it was a nightmare. A week after our wedding was over, I had to meet the receptionist in a gas station parking lot after-hours to finally get my ring. I was not happy at all by the end and would not recommend Nebraska Diamond to anyone - at least not anyone who doesn't live in Lincoln, NE and can take as much time off work as needed to go into the store.
Loved everything about this place. You give them a price, they work with it, they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I found my ring and my husband's ring here. Love my ring, plus they worked with me when I wanted to make my ring an original, and didn't try to change my mind.

Cracked Diamonds are worthless however they try to sell them to you as if they are flawless and for the same price. Don't be fooled do your research, shop around and never sign a contract to buy a ring.

My husband bought my engagement ring from here, and it is, probably, the most beautiful ring I have ever seen (I might be biased, but still...)
They have a wide variety of styles to choose from, and you pick your setting and your diamond separately to fit what it is that you are looking for.
My husband had no idea what size to get me (I rarely wear any jewelry, so he had nothing to go off of), so they ordered the standard size six. It fit my pinky finger(!), so we went back in, and they resized it for free, and even put a rush order on it so that we got it back the next day since I live three hours from their location.
All in all, wonderful service, wonderful rings, wonderful store.

We looked all over at rings even out of state. Nebraska diamond had amazing service and the largest selection. they went out of their way to call vendors and order rings in the style you are looking for and in your budget if they do not have what you like. Also I liked the fact that you could pick out your own diamond.
