king with our sales agent, she calls to tell me the wedding band will NOT be ready! Hmmm...oh well, what are you gonna do, right? Ha ha ha ha. NOT! My family and fiancee are devastated. Who knew that you needed over 4 months to make a wedding band? We had to cancel the wedding and start over from scratch. I won't give these scammers a second look. I recommend you go elsewhere, to someone more professional. Fortunately, there are LOTS of places which meet this description. Good luck to you.

They also said that they would set the side diamonds high enough as to not to interfere with picking out a wedding band. So when we went into pick out a wedding band, I was really shocked when the band that I had in mind would not work with my ring. We had to pick a different band from what I had my heart set on. Really frustrating, but in the end, I do have a very nice and original ring.

Our salesperson was very apologetic and tried to be as accommodating as possible in the beginning of the last month when her first promises were not kept, but by the end, it was a nightmare. A week after our wedding was over, I had to meet the receptionist in a gas station parking lot after-hours to finally get my ring. I was not happy at all by the end and would not recommend Nebraska Diamond to anyone - at least not anyone who doesn't live in Lincoln, NE and can take as much time off work as needed to go into the store.

My husband had no idea what size to get me (I rarely wear any jewelry, so he had nothing to go off of), so they ordered the standard size six. It fit my pinky finger(!), so we went back in, and they resized it for free, and even put a rush order on it so that we got it back the next day since I live three hours from their location.
All in all, wonderful service, wonderful rings, wonderful store.
