Wow. I mean, just wow. We did not experience a single worrisome moment during our wedding weekend. We hired Nectar de Fete for day-of coordination and they went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding took place a week after most (if not all) large event restrictions in NY state had been lifted. In the months leading up to the date, Nancy & Neila were very informative on sharing the latest updates in the events community, transparent on detail adjustments, set clear expectations and most importantly made sure our vision came to life. Nancy & Neila both seamlessly executed a perfect wedding and made it so incredibly special. Everything from the table details to the last-minute guest count changes to the way they handled hiccups on the spot - it was done with such poise, professionalism, and kindness. They were truly fantastic. Nancy & Neila were the perfect partners!

After getting engaged in 2019 and postponing our wedding date twice due to COVID-19, we brought on Nancy and Neila to help with coordination 6-weeks prior to our wedding. Honestly, it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Nancy and Neila are extremely responsive, their attention to detail is second to none, and honestly took all the stress off my husband and I so we could truly enjoy the day. The coordination across all of our vendors was no easy feat, however Nectar de fete handled it seamlessly from rentals, caterers, venue, florals, etc. On the day of the event, Neila even ran out to get milk for coffee. They truly went above & beyond! I am so grateful for both Nancy and Neila.

Nancy and Neila were responsive, professional, helpful, and accommodating -- everything you would want in a wedding planning team. We didn't think we would need a wedding planner, but when we ended up decided to hire Nectar de fete, we were glad we did. It helped give us peace of mind in the midst of an otherwise hectic endeavor.

I highly highly recommend Nectar de Fete for wedding coordination! Nancy went above and beyond the entire weekend of our wedding (offering to help with things that were far outside the original scope of work!) to make sure everything was properly in place. Not only does she have great taste and is able to execute it beautifully, she brings a calming presence and energy to the actual festivities that, as a bride, I could not have appreciated more. She is a rockstar, and any bride is lucky to have Nancy as her right-hand-woman for her wedding weekend. Highly recommend!
