We worked with Nectar&Bloom for our wedding in Oct 2023, and I am so thrilled we chose them. From the get go, Lisa and Ann-Marie were easy to work with, super responsive, and cognizant of our budget and vision. We went through multiple iterations and they were patient as we made edits on the quantity and the designs. It being an Indian wedding, we had a few particular floral arrangements (the garland etc), and Lisa and Ann-Marie were quick to learn about there arrangements and provide excellent feedback. Come the wedding day, they were amazing! They took care of all the arrangements, had the best and most beautiful flowers, and were so thoughtful about their presentations. I highly, highly recommend Nectar&Bloom - you can't go wrong with them!

Their ability to create such enchanting and romantic arrangements was nothing short of magical and more than one guest told us we should preserve as many of the pieces as possible for years to come. Absolutely amazing -- I can’t say enough nice things about Lisa & Ann Marie! I had a few calls to get estimates, but no one seemed to be as genuine and interested in what I was saying until I spoke with Lisa & Ann Marie. I originally wanted to do only dried flowers. Instead, Lisa & Ann Marie worked with me to incorporate dried elements into the florals. They took my scattered vision, limited flower knowledge, and really turned it into something so beyond my imagination and expectations. To my surprise, orchids were in the front of my bouquet. These weren’t requested, it didn’t even cross my mind to ask. But it was so nice because orchids were my mom’s favorite. They also took exceptional care with adding my charm in memory of my mom and dad. For centerpieces, I wanted to do clusters of amber apothecary bottles of different sizes with dried flowers. Another request that other florists seem disinterested in. Knocked them out of the park. They looked amazing on the tables and really tied everything together. My one regret of the night was not grabbing one to save.

Nectar & Bloom was a great choice for our wedding. They really listened to our vision and helped it come to life while staying within our budget. All our guests were so impressed with the flowers and some even took then pieces home with them. I would highly recommend Nectar & Bloom!

We cannot recommend Nectar & Bloom enough for your big day and for all of the important days leading up to it as well! We came to Nectar & Bloom with no more than a framework of a vision (colorful jewel tones, organic, fits our rustic industrial space, oh and add a succulent please!). Lisa & AnnMarie took that very loose framework and turned it into a beautifully detailed vision. Then they took the vision and transformed it into a floral arrangement masterpiece on the big day. I still have dreams of my bouquet! It was so beautiful we're getting it pressed and my husband is getting a tattoo so we can remember it forever! There was no detail too big or small for this team! From the florals on our sign, to bouquets and boutonnieres, to the floral arch and table arrangements, each detail was more perfect than the next! They checked in on us often along the way and were always dependable! If you want a dependable team with a personal touch, you should absolutely book Nectar & Bloom - you will not regret it!

Anne Marie and Lisa were absolutely delightful to partner with for my wedding day. I was supposed to get married in May 2020 but we all know what happened there so I had to reschedule twice and finally made it down the aisle in May 2022. N&B were very accommodating and assuring during the pandemic. They allowed for last minute additions and truly put a lot of effort into understanding your taste in flowers, how you want the flowers arranged, and how you envision it displayed on tables. Their ability to transform what was in my head made it one less vendor to worry about on the day of. Added bonus is I love that they are female-owned local small business.

Nectar and Bloom are such a wonderful team of women who supplied the flowers for my Wedding on June 4th. They worked with me to create the vision I was looking for and I even changed my mind a few times. They were able to source flowers easily that others couldn’t, such as Ranunculus, which were my signature flower. I would definitely recommend N&B for your event. They supplied all the flowers for our wedding including the ceremony arch, boutonnieres, bouquets and centerpieces and cake flowers. They were all beautiful and arrived on time! They are wonderful to work with also!!

Im leaving this review to follow up on my husbands 2-star review because the Nectar and Bloom team is not only unprofessional but they made a list full of mistakes for our wedding and didn't take accountability for a single one. And a note to the team, just because you have a few good reviews on the knot does not mean you haven't had unhappy customers another thing you won't take accountability for. I Had had my doubts about this team as soon as we booked them and they immediately began putting us on the back burner and taking WEEKS to respond to emails. While it was in our contract that they were able to change flowers, etc if there were inventory issues it doesn't mean they shouldn't have discussed with us first, that's just bad customer service and to not even attempt to find a close match flower is even worse. On top of that they put our cake flowers (which were also incorrect) in the wrong cake a ruined a cake for both our wedding and another wedding and didn't take an ounce of responsibility for it, luckily our venue was more than gracious enough to make it up to me and the other bride. And again my flowers along with everyone elses were not bright or fresh they were just sad looking and Nectar and Bloom again took no accountability they blamed the venue (who was nothing short of amazing from start to finish). Hoping our review help other couples because if you ask for blush peonies, Nectar and Bloom will give you dark pink roses and not even bat an eye about it, feel bad or take accountability. Every vendor we had was a dream apart from this team and its sad because we stressed to them how much our flowers meant to us and in the end, they couldn't even give us a genuine I'm sorry, all they did was say "well no one else has ever had a problem with us" HUGE red flag

Lisa and Ann Marie are amazing. From the very beginning they made sure everything was within our budget. They made sure to go over every detail with us and listened to every request. They even send you a entire breakdown detail of every flower they are going to be using, and more. I bought additional candles for the room and they were kind enough to set them up for us as well and add in there own candles for no additional cost! Anything we needed they were there to help with. When we walked into our reception room to see everything, we were taken away. I cried lol they brought my vision to life. The floral and set up was my favorite part of my wedding. They really made all of our dreams come true on our wedding day. Thank you so so so much! We can’t recommend nectar & bloom enough. You ladies are amazing!!!!

For some back story, my wife and I had a 2 year engagement to give us plenty of time to plan and book our top choices for vendors. Nectar&Bloom was what we believed to be one of those choices. At first, Ann Marie and Lisa were fantastic and very easy to work with/get in touch with. They were very forward thinking and at the time we thought they understood our vision saying how excited they were about our flower choices and inspiration photos. As the months progressed, it got harder and harder to get in contact with them, sometimes waiting 2 weeks or more for a response. When we managed to connect though things seemed to be on track. When it came down to the morning of, my wife and I could not wait to see our vision come to life. However, we were unfortunately met with maybe 1/4 of what we talked about, flowers that were not fresh and appeared to be dying, and color schemes being changed entirely. Blue hydrangea was either white or non-existent, blush pink peonies were swapped with dark pink roses. And bridesmaids bouquets that were supposed to be full of color simply looked like weedy flowers picked from someones yard. It felt like the hours we spent working together on a vision was thrown out the window and they did what they wanted to do. To make everything worse we had an unfortunate situation where we were served the wrong cake at our wedding and as it turns out after much detective work from our venue our cake was swapped with someone else’s because N&B decorated the incorrect cake so not only did we get the wrong cake but so did someone else and N&B tried to shift the blame everywhere else but on themselves. We partnered with N&B to try to at least get an understanding of what happened. We were met with out own words being tossed in our faces, the contracts being tossed in our faces, and no accountability or empathy being shown. Blaming the venue for the cake mixup, blaming the lack of peonies on being too expensive but never partnering with us on them AND the blue hydrangea’s not being available for us but never once discussing this with us at all. We understand that things happen, availability changes, prices change, but we were not given any option other than what they thought was best for OUR wedding. Their lack of customer service alone is lacking so strongly that it should have been a red flag and while we had the most beautiful day with smooth sailing from all of our vendors we unfortunately will never be able to get back the flowers we had hoped to have on our wedding day.

Ann Marie and Lisa did an absolute wonderful job bringing our color palette to life. The flower arrangements that they put together felt so playful, organic, and joyful! I absolutely loved my bouquet and my bridesmaids' wildflower bouquets. My husband was also very pleased with how everything came together, and especially loved their choice of seasonal bright flowers. We ended up drying several of the bouquets to keep as decorative keepsakes. From the first moment of the contact, Ann Marie and Lisa were very responsive, enthusiastic, and a breeze to work with. I would be happy to book them again in the future for another event or party.

I selected Nectar & Bloom from my wedding venue's preferred vendor list. I was very overwhelmed at first but the owners Lisa and Ann Marie eased my nerves and completely walked me through the selection of my flowers. Their proposal was clear and detailed and we even met right before the wedding to further discuss the details. The flowers for my wedding were absolutely stunning! Even better than I had imagined. I can't thank these ladies enough for helping to make my special day so magical. I highly recommend Nectar & Bloom!!!!

Lisa and Ann Marie could not have been easier to work with! I came to them with very little direction and they put together a mood board/proposal that completely spoke to me! They were very flexible with requests. Given I lived very far from the venue we were able to do all meetings and walk throughs virtually. They were extremely knowledgeable of my venue (MyMoon) and I loved every bit of what they created.

Ann-Marie and Lisa are the absolute best. Super communicative, flexible and went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful snd amazing. Our tables were stunning and everything was just perfect. We had to reschedule our large wedding and instead had a small family celebration but their floral design made it so special and beautiful.

AnnMarie & Lisa are the best! they were very accommodative with all of the changes and were a pleasure to work with. The palette I chose was very specific and they didn't disappoint. Even with the changes in time, they shifted their schedules to make it work and took a lot of stress away. I was able to communicate with them on set up and everything was perfect. I'm so happy they were in charge of the flowers and decorations because it's probably one of the most important pieces for the day!

We worked with nector&bloom for our wedding at Jamesport Manor in September and couldn’t have been happier! Ann Marie & Lisa were so easy to work with and really brought my vision to life- even when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted! The communication back and forth was seamless and no detail was spared. Everything from the centerpieces to my grandma’s corsage was perfect- I can’t recommend them enough! Their eye for florals is something to envy, they truly are a talented duo!

What an incredible job Nectar & Bloom did at our wedding! Ann Marie was so thoughtful and communicative as we picked our preferred arrangements. We got married in Brooklyn and everything was better than we could have imagined. The tables, the bouquets, everything. We had initially asked them to make a metal frame for the ceremony which they would wrap flowers around. They had it specially made for us. Then we realized that it would not work in the venue space and they completely understood and re-worked everything to come up with a new plan that was beautiful. They put a lot of love and care into the arrangements and we could tell how much they cared that they got it right. They got it right times a million. It's hard to overstate how much we loved working with Nectar&Bloom for our wedding. Lisa and Ann Marie were so pleasant and responsive every step of the way. Long story short my husband and I had only 2 months to plan a whole backyard wedding with 180 guests. Luckily when I was in a scramble to figure out flowers a friend referred Nectar & Bloom. Right from the beginning Ann Marie and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and I knew I was in good hands. These women are not just regular florists, they are creative and talented floral designers who were able to take my color palette and ideas and turn them into pure perfection. Tropical boho was the style I was going for so I wanted a lot of greenery with tropical flowers for pops of color. They completely transformed the backyard covering a 6’ x 8’ arbor and a full 10’ bar with lush tropical greens. Everything from the center pieces right down to the flowers on the cake were excellent quality and arranged so perfectly. The flower crowns they made were so beautiful and comfortable that we were able to wear them the whole entire night. When I walked outside and first saw everything set up in the backyard It was mind blowing how perfectly they turned my vision into reality. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and even better than I imagined. Nectar and Bloom are my forever flower people and I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!!!

We are so thrilled we picked Nectar & Bloom NY to create the flower arrangements for our wedding. The flowers were beyond our expectations and all our guest commented on how gorgeous they were. They were so much fun to work with and are reliable. No calling to make sure they are on top of it like the other vendors because they will be. I can't wait to order again to just tell them to do what they want because I'm positive it will be above and beyond any idea i would ever have. We love, love, love everything Nectar & Bloom NY!
