:30pm crying in my bed because an element of my dress wasn't the way I wanted, and I was lacking confidence in it. Kelsey messaged back quickly, reassuring me that what I was worried about sounded like an easy fix, and we made arrangements for her to look at the dress. When I got there, she acknowledged what I was talking about, came up with a solution, and because it was actually a simple fix (thankfully!) she fixed my dress on the spot putting my mind at ease! Kelsey is amazing and I'd definitely reccomend her to anyone!
I can’t express how amazing Needle & Thread Alterations Co is at sewing and alterations! I watched her over the years fix any clothing issue someone has ran into, including myself....
When it was time to have my wedding dress altered the first person I thought of to do it was Kelsey. She went above and beyond on my dress. She is quick and efficient while making it absolutely perfect! She gives advice and listens to every detail you want altered. Then, she also explains what she is doing and how she is going to do it to make the item exactly how you want it. My dress was altered perfectly for my wedding! Leading up to my wedding, the one thing I didn’t have worry about was my dress being done. I highly recommend her to everyone for alterations and sewing projects!

ned out great as well), but made sure the whole process was smooth for both experiences with her. She is extremely fair priced, honest and gets the job done in a timely manner. She will drive to you for a consultation, which most seamstress's don't do! She also is the best of the best at what she does because she not only makes you feel beautiful for whatever occasion you need her help with, but confident that everything will work out great. For example, she is willing to make a step by step video on how to bustle a wedding dress for your MOH who may have no idea what they are doing haha I will be going to Kelsey for years to come!! Thanks for all your amazing help this past year... you're serious the best!
