Few months later we received an email where to go to download all the updated pictures. We were told that we should receive the wedding book in about 2 to 3 weeks. A month and half later we asked where it was. We were told a different time frame. By then my wife was upset and mentioned it to Nina about what's going on with the time frame. The next day she sends a tracking number all of a sudden. When we received the wedding book a week later we asked where the USB drive was, she said it's also coming from the publisher separately. Weeks later we asked again and she mentioned that she was moving to AZ and would look into it when she gets there. Another week later she sent a text saying she went in to order the usb and box (which we were previously told it was already ordered with the wedding book) and now it’s no longer made. So she said she would offer us a 14x11 portrait instead. WHAT? Now we are appalled so we asked for a refund of the $250. A week later we sent another txt with a copy of the contract showing the 250 that was charged for a USB and box. Basically she said there are no refunds. We were told and sold one thing at consultation and the end result it was another… Very disappointing for our special day.
