We first met Nelda at a local wedding show. At first, Nelda seemed very professional, friendly and played beautifully. A week before our wedding we contacted her to confirm details...
. A day before our wedding we received a call from Nelda cancelling our Violinist. Our package consisted of a harp/violin duo. She insisted on changing to a flute/violin duo. We agreed due to short notice. Day of the wedding Nelda was to arrive at 2:30pm to begin playing music prior to ceremony as well as when my wife walked down the aisle. Nelda went to the wrong venue. The correct venue was clearly listed on our contract. Long story short she arrived at 3:40pm, ran down the aisle to set up, looked very unprofessional and to top it off played the wrong song while my wife walked down the aisle. Our ceremony waited on Nelda to begin which she delayed 45 minutes. We do not recommend Nelda and hope this does not happen to any future couples.

Although a medical emergency came up and Nelda was not able to play at our ceremony, when she called me about the situation she had already found a replacement for us. The replacement harpist was on time, knew the music, and played beautifully. We appreciated how professional Nelda was!
