I think the problems stem from the top down here- unfortunately the owner when met with issues doesn't confront them. Don't expect to be reimbursed for poor service. I would avoid giving them your money until after the service has been completed or not book at all, otherwise you'll never see it back if you were unfairly charged for bad service. The owner acknowledged the bad service and didnt offer anything. I was 40 minutes late to my wedding and people were taking ubers because the driver who was supposed to be making "unlimited rounds" to a venue that was 8 minutes from the hotel was too busy on his phone to do his job. The owner acknowledged that he knew this driver had an issue but still stuck us with him and instead of reimbursing us has decided ghosting us x2 via email when asked for reimbursement, and we only got any short, curt response when he was worried about a bad review, when he should be worried about long-term success. I paid $1800 for a driver to make me late 40 mins, miss all my bridesmaids pictures and have people get ubers to our wedding. The unlimited trips for a wedding from 3pm-midnight probably totalled about 6 full trips back and forth which was definitely not worth the money. The owner doesn't understand that an immediate offer of compensation for bad service will result in more costumers long term. Instead he has opted for short term gain and opted to leave the customer unsatisfied and highly disappointed by ghosting them and keeping his money. Edit: sadly this was never resolved. He got his money and has opted to not respond to me.
