Amazing little Distillery. We went in December when the distillery itself was down for the holidays, but the tour was still very interesting.

The tasting was amazing. Try not to drink water between tastings. We left the tour with several purchases and will gladly return to make more.
If you can get a table, I recommend eating at the Greenbrier as well. Food is delicious. We had a burger and the eggs Benedict. So good. Drinks are good and strong! If you order a coke it comes out in a glass but you also get the remainder of the bottle. It is a lot. Our neighboring table got the hash, it looked amazing.
Definitely make this a stop on your Nashville trip.

The food, drinks, and staff were all outstanding. One guest raved so much about the food that he said he’d trade a family member for the mushrooms! Every bit of feedback I received was glowing.
And Phillip, what can I even say? He’s simply the best human around. I’m so thankful for all the hand holding, patience, and dream making he poured into this event. He took my vision and somehow made it even more magical!

It takes a lot to impress a New Orleans native with food! First our server, Autumn, was spectacular and upbeat. Went for brunch, ordered the eggs, Benedict and the No. 5 burger. You’re very rarely get eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes and...
ham. You usually have to make a choice which is hard but not here you get both. The hollandaise sauce is super Duper incredible. And not only do you get fried green tomatoes and ham, but you also get a salad with homemade vinaigrette and duck fat french fries. The Tennessee mule was so very delicious as was the smoked old-fashioned. Date the holiday old fashion was offered for a holiday seasons as well as other holiday drinks. The atmosphere is very nice. You can see the that’s in the distillery and take a tour which runs every 30 minutes.. The kitchen is wide open, very clean and welcoming has a very urban Ohio sea vibe and if you research the story behind Charlie Nelson, you will be amazed. It was tastefully decorated for the season highly recommend the food and the waitress and the drinks. They even have embossed ice cubes that actually say whiskey on them.
