Justin and the team at Nelson's Jewelry in Crystal Lake are phenomenal! I went to Nelson’s for my wife’s engagement ring and both our wedding bands. Justin was there to help me and genuinely cared about finding the perfect rings for our engagement and wedding. He was honest throughout the whole process and delivered a truly amazing quality diamond and stunning bands. Finding rings can definitely be stressful and it can be hard to find someone to trust, but Justin made it so easy and I was able to put all my trust in Nelson’s. I would highly recommend using Nelson’s for engagement rings and wedding bands!

We used Nelson's for both of our custom wedding bands for our wedding on 6/22/13 and were very happy with the rings. The engagement ring was a custom ring from Chicago and we had no luck finding a wedding band to match. After going to all of the jewelry chains and having every last one try to convince us that whatever they had in stock was 'perfect' even though it was not what we were describing to them, we decided to try Nelsons since it is a family business. They of course tried to see if anything in stock worked or looked like what we wanted, but instead of pushing a ring we didn't want, we were told of all of our options, including having a custom ring made exactly how we wanted. After ensuring that no other place had such a ring, we went ahead and had it made. It came in, and after one modification it was exactly as my fiancé wanted! I too didn't like the limited selection of men's rings everywhere, and decided to also have a custom band made, one that was made out of white gold, but in the design of a tungsten ring I liked. Best of both worlds! The personal service was great (we worked with Sue Nelson) and they try their best to keep you happy. The rings aren't the cheapest, not too pricey either, but you pay a little for the extra care and service, so we would still recommend them very highly!
