Neltner's Farm & Event Venue

I had my wedding and reception here on 9/1 and couldn’t of been happier! Even with a little rain it turned out amazing, everything was beautiful we had SO many compliments on the venue the entire night. The Neltner’s were amazing through the entire process and answered any questions we had and responded to emails very quickly! I also highly recommend getting the loft as well it’s great for getting ready with your bridesmaids and I had easy access to my run across the street when I needed to help set up and it looks amazing in pictures!

I cannot recommend Neltner’s Farm enough as a venue to host your celebration! We had our wedding party here on 8/4 and it exceeded all expectations! Booking the venue was simple and straightforward and I love they give you the option to plan your own event and bring in your own vendors. They were quick to answer any and all questions I had leading up to my event. They even offer a lot of great, fairly priced add on services. The farm is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept and there is so much room! It was easy working with Advantage Tent Rental in getting the tent set up on the concrete slab there and Kevin was there to make sure all things were going smoothly. Day of the party, Kevin was there in the morning as we set up and made sure everything we needed was there and was so helpful! Come party time we had everything we needed and everyone in attendance complimented on how beautiful the venue was. It was serene and beautiful and we felt a million miles away in the country yet we were still so close to AA and not far from the city. My wedding party was everything I hoped and wished it could be and more and Neltner’s Farm was a large part of that. I cannot thank their staff enough for all of the help and assistance and for being so easy and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend their services and venue to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. They are the classiest of people who want to make everything perfect for every one of their couples. The venue works for all weather scenarios even though it is on a farm. They also just recently added an AMAZING bridal suite that we used and seriously LOVED. They are responsive and were there for me and my family throughout the entire process. I would get married here over and over and over again.

We fell in love with this venue immediately! The pasture, the barn, the beautiful covered bridge! We had really hoped for gorgeous spring weather to have our events outside, unfortunately it rained, but the barn was perfect and beautiful! Aside from that, everyone at Neltner’s is beyond kind and helpful and made us feel so comfortable and in good hands! Highly recommend.

My daughter and new son in law had their wedding here 4-14-18. From the time they booked this venue a year ago the entire Neltner family was amazing to work with. They don’t typically even have the venue ready by this time of the year but promised they would (meaning fresh flowers planted in all the flower boxes over the open bridge and covered bridge, mulched and tidied from the winter).It all looked beautiful. My daughter’s wedding was the first since the new barn renovation. It was unbelievable! Even though we had to move the ceremony from the pasture to inside the barn last minute (due to weather) it was as though it was planned that way all along. It was a seemless transition. The site is gorgeous with all the options you have here. We used the small barn in front of the venue for the bridal suite which was a perfect setting to get ready and enjoy everything before the ceremony. The Neltners have great relationships with all the vendors we used. The tent (Advantage Tent Rentals) was absolutely stunning and is perfect there on their property. Even though it rained (one of the guest said it was added ambiance) it was an absolutely magical night that we’ll never forget. Thank you Neltners for all you did to make it seem less and special! Neltner’s Farm was absolutely amazing! Kevin was on sight all day and helped us with anything and everything we needed. Kevin ensured that everything ran smoothly and assisted in any way he could. Everyone that attended the wedding told us how beautiful the venue was. We couldn’t have done it without Kevin! We were so happy with how amazing our wedding turned out! This place was absolutely AMAZING. I feel like my wedding was from out of a movie because of how absolutely gorgeous the venue was! The location itself is absolutely stunning. They have two creeks, corn fields, animals grazing in the background--it feels like you are a lot further away from Cincinnati! There are two barns as well, and a charming, relaxed feeling in the air. It really is magical! My family and friends keep telling me how beautiful it was, and what an amazing place it was to get married! The owners are fantastic to work with as well. Rick is extremely responsive. He would answer all my random questions and never seemed to mind. Kevin does a lot of the work on the grounds, and he is amazing as well. I think I went to the farm 4 or 5 times before the wedding to meet with various vendors, etc., and Kevin was always happy to show me around and help any way he could. Kevin was there the day of the wedding, as well, which made me feel so comfortable! One gigantic, massive cost saving at the farm is that you can bring in your own alcohol. We ended up paying about $10/person less with a FULL BAR to what we were getting quoted for beer and wine only at other places. One added cost here is that you need to rent a tent (in case of rain). Overall the price of the tent rental and venue is competitive, however. One massive added benefit of this location is that there is so much color and beauty in the surroundings. That color and vibrancy will bring a lot of life to your pictures. Another cool thing about the farm is that they have fall festivals, so you can go back to the farm and remember your wedding day! They also have a "lock of love" that they send you, that you can lock on a big wheel on the farm. They send it a month early so you can get it engraved, which was such a nice gesture! We locked it together and then had my nephew throw the key into the stream nearby. It was such a neat, cool experience. Go check this place out. The staff and location were a total class act and I am so happy I got married there!

We can not say enough great things about Neltners Farm. This was the venue of my dreams and I was lucky enough to have found it. Neltners was SO easy to work with and always answered my calls and questions. They made the planning process easy. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality.

We got married at Neltners farm in July and it was perfection! They were so helpful and accommodating, making it easy for us to plan our day. Location is beautiful and we were able to use all of own vendors, though they did recommend a few that we used and they were great too! Would absolutely recommend!

Just had my wedding last night at Neltner's and working with the family was amazing. Kevin was so helpful through the whole wedding process and was completely committed to making my day perfect. All the guest went on and on about how beautiful this place was. Rain or Shine (we had rain) this place is perfect and I am so happy we chose Neltner's for our big day!

We had our wedding at Neltner's Farm a year ago and it was a wonderful experience. Working with Kevin was so easy and he was so communicative and invested in our day! It was so nice to have a venue that was willing to work with our vision without giving us a lot of parameters. The day of coordination was great and the whole feel of the reception was perfect! There was enough room for people to roam a little but still felt connected to everyone without feeling cramped. We would certainly recommend this venue.

I can not say enough about this place. It is totally amazing. All of our guests raved about how spectacular it was. You would not even need to decorate it's so beautiful! The owners are 110% wonderful. They go above and beyond for everything. This is literally a venue for a dream wedding!!

My event company, Social Design and Events, coordinated a wedding at Neltner's this past weekend, and we cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have an event at their property. Kevin was incredibly helpful, and more than accommodating. Their venue is perfect for weddings, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Kevin Neltner and his family run the farm. He is a true gentleman with a lovely facility. His price was fair, he oversaw the entire reception and had anything on hand which we might need to make sure the evening went well. We had a wonderful time. If you enjoy an outdoor event, the place is perfect. We had 300+ and there was plenty of room under the tent and around the grounds. The barn can be used for food and bar or for dancing and there is another bar and kitchen in the front barn. It was great!
