Neomonde catered my wedding in March and were absolutely fantastic! Saida was AMAZING to work with. My family did a tasting at Neomonde in Raleigh in January and I spent the next 3...
months dreaming about the food being served at my wedding. Quality, delicious food was a priority and Neomonde did not disappoint.
We had about 80 people and served a buffet spread that accommodated a wide variety of dietary restrictions (we have several vegans/vegetarians but also some southern-loving carnivorous). Everyone loved the food. We had appetizers including cheese trays, flatbread (called man'ousheh), and hummus. For the mains, we had 3 delicious side salads, kabobs, and falafel. We also had 3 trays of baklava to serve as an easy dessert for people to snack on while they danced. At the end of the night Saida had all the leftovers packaged up for us to bring home.
Not only was the food fantastic, it ended up being one of the only parts of the wedding to come in under-budget.

t, and the pricing was very reasonable for wedding catering. We were also able to accommodate our vegan and gluten free guests with ease. Neomonde delivered the food right on time, and we also had a ton of food leftover. We had so many compliments from our guests about the food as well! We highly recommend.
Neomonde catered our wedding and were amazing!! Throughout the planning process, Saida was a rockstar—so patient with all of my questions and menu changes, and willing to advise on...
all of our menu choices. The food was presented beautifully on the day of, and all of our guests loved it. We had a decent number of dietary restrictions (lots of gluten-free guests, a few vegetarians/vegans, and various allergies), and it was easy to craft a menu so that everyone had a full plate. Saida and her team were also very careful about cross-contamination, which was important to us as we had a guest with Celiac’s attend. Their service was impeccable throughout the night. We ended up overordering on a lot of the food (our fault, Saida had suggested that we order less), and they packed up all of the food for us to enjoy the next day. Even with the overordering, we were able to stay in budget as well—not an easy task when feeding 100+ people! Highly recommend!

any different options for food. We especially loved the Pomegranate Salad, Chicken Kabobs, and Mjadarah. At times, it was difficult to get in contact with the catering team, and there were some miscommunications during the contract process on what was included and what was not included. We were originally under the impression that plates, dinnerware, napkins, drinks, and cups would all be provided by Neomonde, but this was missed during the contract process. This resulted in a surprise during our wedding reception when our day-of-coordinator realized we didn’t have dinner plates or dinnerware. Neomonde was very adaptable though, and sent someone to bring plates and dinnerware immediately. Neomonde ended up bringing a third team member free of charge, but we didn’t have enough tips for a third server, and would have liked to know beforehand. The service through the entire wedding reception was stellar, and everyone thought the food was delicious! Our drinks were kept stocked throughout the whole event, cake was cut and served efficiently, and tables were cleared and taken care of. They boxed up all of the remaining food for our friends and family to take home, and cleaned the kitchen. We love Neomonde, and were ultimately very happy with the food!
