We first met Cheyenne two years ago when she did my older sister Emma’s wedding. After seeing the incredible job she did, I knew that whenever it was my turn to get married, she had to be there. We trusted her so much that when Drew and I were choosing our wedding date, we literally considered Cheyenne’s availability!
I was a bride with a VERY specific vision. I knew exactly how I wanted our wedding to look and feel, and I cared about every little detail. Our wedding included so many personalized touches for our guests, and Cheyenne was truly the only person I trusted to understand how important those details were to me and execute everything perfectly. Somehow, she made it even better than I imagined.
Her eye for design is incredible. She took everything I had pictured in my head and brought it to life beautifully. Every space felt intentional, cohesive, and completely “us.” Beyond the décor, she made sure every personalized item, placement, and tiny detail was organized and exactly where it needed to be. As someone who is extremely detail-oriented, the fact that I never felt the need to double-check anything says everything about how much I trusted her.
That confidence started long before the wedding day. Cheyenne’s communication, planning, and timeline sessions were incredible. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, I felt completely comfortable handing everything over because I knew there was a plan, she understood my priorities, and she would handle anything that came up.
On the wedding day, Cheyenne made sure I was calm, my needs were taken care of, our families and wedding party were where they needed to be, and everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly. At one point I casually mentioned wanting a Diet Coke, and I swear it appeared in my hand within 30 seconds. That perfectly sums up Cheyenne — she is always ten steps ahead.
I also have to give a huge thank you to Ashley from the NerdyFox team, who handled so many of the behind-the-scenes details throughout the day. She was incredible and such an important part of making everything feel effortless.
Because of Cheyenne, Ashley, and NerdyFox, I was able to actually be present and enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about décor, timelines, logistics, or whether every little detail was being handled.
If you are a bride with a specific vision who wants someone you can completely trust to execute it, Cheyenne is the person you want. I would choose her a thousand times over.

I feel like there is something for every desired style, and the prices are extremely reasonable! We used so many of their silk florals and everyone thought all the flowers were real! heir help; I barely had to buy any decor, I didn't spend any money on flowers, and their coordination services cost much less than most other planners. It was in no way a "you get what you pay for" deal -- they added so much more value to our day than they charged us in fees.
They have a wide selection of decor. As their name suggests, they have a lot of themed items (I saw lots of Doctor Who, Harry Potter, books, Alice in Wonderland, for example) but they have plenty of traditional and trendy items, as well. They're also constantly updating their inventory, so we were able to keep reserving new items leading up to the big day.
Kimi was on top of everything throughout the entire planning process and was always responsive with any questions I had. Our wedding day was incredibly calm (at least for us and our wedding party) because she had everything covered. Our makeup artist even commented that we were one of the most chill wedding parties she's ever seen.
Pretty sure this marriage is forever and I'll never need a wedding coordinator again, but if I did (or we if we do a vow renewal) I would hire Nerdy Fox again.

They've been in business only a handful of years, so when compared to some of our other vendors with 10+ years of reviews to read, there wasn't as much to go off of. But we're extremely happy that we chose them, and we recommend them to anyone planning a special event! Cheyenne was very friendly and fun to work with. She was very accommodating of COVID weirdness, which made in-person meetings tricky, and navigating parts of this process through Zoom absolutely necessary. She was always available to answer questions, and always patient. She was happy to accept décor items that we provided, and work them into the event design. And knowing that there was *someone else* handling all of the décor was a *serious* load off my mind. If you're planning a wedding and you're unsure about whether or not to hire a decorator, *absolutely hire a decorator*. They are 100% worth the expense.
And this is not only true specifically in the case of Nerdy Fox, but moreover, Nerdy Fox was very affordable. They even offer delivery! We cannot comment on their day-of coordination services, as we had someone else to handle that aspect of things. But we can say that from start to finish day-of, Nerdy Fox were right on time. Everything was completely set up just as it needed to be right in time for each portion of the day, and subsequently cleaned up and removed within the time limit of our venue contract.
We absolutely recommend Nerdy Fox Rentals & Designs. They may not have those 10+ years of reviews--yet--but they know what they're doing, and we're pleased to be able to add our voices to the chorus that is urging them onward!

et up or for our family and friends to have to worry about it either. With hiring Nerdy Fox we got just that. They handled everything and made our venue look absolutely stunning. They also handled any hiccups in the day that I probably still don’t even know happened.
From the beginning Cheyenne was great. She was so friendly and personable from our first meeting. One of the biggest selling points for us is that her services also came with getting to use any of her rental decor. I can not even begin to explain how much stress that took away and also financial wise saved us tons of money! She has such a wide and amazing amount of decor. She also encouraged us to make our wedding what we wanted not what we thought we had to do. It didn’t matter if everyone got it because my husband and I did and after all this day was about us. We are huge The Office fans and she helped us incorporate so many Easter eggs throughout our wedding while still making it look classy and beautiful.
I am not super great at staying organized but our every couple months meetings with her helped me stay on top of my deadlines and also things I hadn’t even thought of. She also sent us lists of vendors she recommended to reach out to and keep on me to make sure I had booked my vendors.
If you are still on the fence about booking Nerdy Fox I’m telling you to go ahead and jump on over it and book them! You’re wedding shouldn’t be a stressful time. I can honestly say I did not stress about my wedding from the beginning to end and I wouldn’t be able to say that if it wasn’t for booking them. I can not thank them or say enough good about them!

From the first meeting, I immediately felt all the stress of wedding planning being lifted off my shoulders. I told her my vision, and she made that vision come to life, and even better than I expected.
Cheyenne calmed me down when I got stressed out, (yes. even at 1 am.) She coordinated with all of my vendors, and kept everyone in the loop, including time lines which were super helpful during the planning period.
I could go on all day about how much fun she made the planning and decorating process, in fact, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Let me tell you why:
One Word: FLOWER CHANDELIER. ~ if you are like me, you will want to recreate every Pinterest perfect picture, and rest assure Cheyenne will make it happen for ya. Ya'll I am not even sure my wonderful husband would have gone through the lengths that Cheyenne did to hang this heavy (and gorgeous) flower chandelier, from a 20 ft pavilion while standing on a wobbly picnic table. she is the real MVP.
okay, moving on, day of: Every Brides worst nightmare: It down poured 20 minutes before my ceremony. Blew décor off tables, soaked everything in sight.
Wanna know the best part? I had no idea. When I arrived it all looked like a dream, everything was perfect.
The night flowed smoothly, if there were any hiccups I was not aware of them. Afterwards Cheyenne and her husband cleaned up, allowing our friends and family to really enjoy the evening and not worry about anything.
Long story short, her décor is beautiful, she will take your vision of your dream wedding to the next level, she is organized and truly has a talent for what she does.
I am so happy she was apart of our special day, and we made an amazing new friend in the process!

She has clauses in her damage deposit about returning everything clean, yet we got chalk boards that hadn't been erased and yard games that badly needed wiped down. Overall, I think its a growing business that need some work on professionalism still. I really like the unique products she supplies, so I hope she can grow in this area and other brides can have a better experience.
