I am so honored to be a part of your special day! I have been in Guest Services with Neroli Salon & Spa for 15 years and in the Wedding Concierge position for half of my time here. My job is to support all of your beauty and wellness needs leading up to the big day, help organize your timeline, and answer any and all questions. When I'm not working to make your wedding and celebratory visits special, I love spending time exploring area parks, visiting farmers' markets, and seeing live music with my wife and our 2 kids.

Neroli Salon and Spa exceeded all expectations for our off-site bridal hair service! Choosing Neroli Salon and Spa for our bridal hair services was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the initial consultation to the final touches, my stylist, Grace, delivered exceptional service and stunning results. Relying on an off-site bridal hair service can be daunting, but Neroli Salon and Spa made the process seamless and stress-free. They were incredibly accommodating, working with us to create a schedule that fit our needs and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the big day. Grace took the time to listen to each member of the bridal party, understanding their individual preferences and visions for their hair. The results were nothing short of spectacular—from elegant updos to flowing curls, every hairstyle was executed with precision and skill. Our hair held up beautifully through all the dancing and celebrating. We received countless compliments from our guests, all thanks to the incredible work of Grace from Neroli Salon and Spa. Not only did Grace make us look beautiful, but she also made us feel pampered and special. Went for a no-chip manicure the day before my wedding. Originally was supposed to be for me and my maid of honor, but woke up Friday morning to a text from Neroli saying one of our appointments was cancelled due to someone calling in sick. After some back and forth my MOH decided to just do her nails at the hotel and I went to get a manicure. The experience there was good, but about 3 hours after half of my nail peeled off in the middle of our “rehearsal dinner”. I glued it back on for the wedding day but by Sunday half of my nails had peeled off portions. Wish I’d just painted my nails myself or gotten press ons with how much of a pain it was before my wedding.

This review is only in relation to hair, my makeup was wonderful and held up very well throughout the day. The hair on the other hand….only three of us needed an updo which was done by two different stylists. However the examples we showed them did not match up at all. All of our hair looked the same, side part with a twist on each side and a tight low bun in back. My one bridesmaid requested a braid on the side for a more whimsical look but instead the stylist gave her the same as myself (the bride) and the other bridesmaid. Altogether the experience level of the hair stylists for an updo was poor. I would stick to cuts and color at Neroli downtown, do not waste you money for an updo.

Neroli was my choice for updos and nails, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. I worked with Grace at the downtown location for my updo, and she is AWESOME. I showed her a couple of photos of what I was looking for prior to my trial, and she was able to interpret it into exactly what I dreamed of. She convinced me to schedule a blowout the day before prior to my rehearsal dinner so she could prep my hair how she wanted, and I am so glad she did. My hair held all wedding day without worry, and my hair then looked awesome for my rehearsal dinner. My nails were done exactly how I wanted them - they take such care during manicures and pedicures! Looking back, I would definitely have considered using them for makeup as well. However, I had already booked a makeup artist to help us get ready at the church. What an awesome experience working with Neroli was!

The east side location is the best for wedding day prep cus how small it is and my group of 9 had the whole place to ourselves for most of the day. They were so accommodating to my many needs and changes months before the big day. My girls had the best time getting ready at the salon, feeling very pampered and beautiful with our hair and makeup done. I was hesitant about makeup since I don’t wear any day-to-day but was blown away by how pretty and natural it turned out (I chose not to do a trial run on makeup but that service was offered to me). My hair stood the rain that day, too. I go here for my hair regularly and would recommend it to any bride to be!

Neroli's in Brookfield, WI did such an amazing job on our hair and makeup for my wedding! All of my bridesmaids, plus my mom and mother-in-law got our hair and makeup done (7 in total) and they were so prompt and stuck to the schedule without losing anything in quality! Everyone looked so beautiful and I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day!

I used neroli in the third ward for wedding hair and make up. They were able to accommodate myself, my 8 bridesmaids, and 2 moms. The team at neroli handles all the scheduling, which was very helpful. The majority of the girls seemed to like their hair and make up and I thought they all looked absolutely beautiful. As for my bridal hair and make up, Sepideh was my artist. She was absolutely incredible. My hair and make up looked even more beautiful than my trials. She is so detailed, creative, and talented. She also colored my hair before the wedding and it was so perfect for my up do. I would absolutely recommend her to any brides getting their hair and make up done.

They helped me plan my consultation appointments as well. They provided an itinerary and made any needed changes very quickly. I would highly recommend them for large bridal parties.

My bridesmaids and I all had our hair and makeup done at the Neroli Salon and Spa in Brookfield. I worked with Helena for most of the booking and she was great. She was pretty difficult to get in touch with through phone, but emailing her worked well enough. If I had questions, needed to change things or add people, she updated the spreadsheet right away. When we got to the salon we checked in quickly and they had an open table with a cute sign waiting for us. I had the same people on my wedding day as I did during my trial, which was fantastic. The people who worked with us were great and made it a relaxing start to our day. It is a little pricey, but I got exactly what I wanted and they were easy to work with at the salon.

It was so wonderful working with Neroli artists in the third ward Milwaukee leading up to and on my wedding day! Aseel is so talented! She did my spray tan, eye brow wax and makeup. She was so great with listening to what I was looking for and made me into a princess. My makeup didn’t wear off at all - didn’t have to worry about a thing all night! I got airbrush and it all stayed on great even through my happy tears. Shane creates masterpieces - she was my hairstylist. She was great to listen to what I envisioned but then made it into her own. It was so beautiful and stayed in all night long, even through all my dancing. Everyone we worked with at Neroli was so wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about our experience!

I have been getting my hair done by Liz for over 7 years so there was no question that I would be coming to Neroli to see her on my wedding day. She took the extra time during our trials leading up to the wedding so that on the day of we knew exactly what we were doing. It was no surprise when it turned out beautifully as I am never disappointed by her work! Neroli even had a cute sign to welcome all of my bridesmaids and everyone was happy with how their looks turned out too!

Neroli was a great choice to get my bridal hair and makeup done. The hairstylist was really attentive even though she had a full day of appointments after me. The makeup artist really helped me figure out what looked best for the big day and did a great job. The day itself never felt stressed and they even gave us some bagels to much on while getting our hair done. I had many compliments on both my hair and makeup that day!

I worked with Sepideh at the downtown/Third Ward location to create my wedding hairstyle. Even though the first hair trial wasn't quite what I wanted, a second one went much better, and my hair looked amazing on the day of the wedding. Throughout the process, she worked with me to get my curly hair to cooperate! My bridesmaids worked with other stylists and liked their hair, as well, and working with Helena to coordinate our appointments was very easy. It was also helpful that they were open on Sunday morning. We downgrade them slightly because we had a scheduling issue with the groom's mom the day before the wedding - her appointment was somehow canceled, and they were unable to accommodate her. But otherwise, we liked their work and would recommend!

I, along with my bridesmaids, mom and mother of the groom, all got our hair (and some got makeup done) for my wedding at Neroli in the third ward. Everything was set up by the wedding coordinator, Helena. She made everything easy and was very responsive. On the day of, everyone's hair and makeup looked fantastic and all 9 of us were done within 2 hours. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Neroli for a large group event!

My regular salon is Neroli Salon & Spa on the Eastside, so I knew they'd be my go-to on my wedding day. Our party had the entire salon to ourselves that morning, which made it so relaxing and intimate. Sam, Lexi, Kirstin and the team did an amazing job on our hair and makeup - everyone looked beautiful. My cousin, who typically dislikes her wedding updos, LOVEd how her updo turned out, even saying she needed a picture to help her stylist recreate it. We also had lunch delivered, and the catering did not disappoint - tasty and light. Highly recommend Neroli for your wedding day AND your ongoing beauty needs.

We all went to the East Side Neroli to get beautiful for my wedding! Helena was super helpful leading up to the big day and once we got to the salon for the appointments everything went smoothly. I was able to prepay for the services which was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about Aseel, my makeup artist - she is the BEST for brides and made me look and feel absolutely beautiful! Rachel did my hair and she was incredible too!

Even though there was an issue with my hair stylist the day of my wedding, I have to give Neroli Salon & Spa five stars still because they handled the situation so well and everything ended up turning out better than I had expected. My stylist didn't show the day of my wedding and Neroli immediately figured out an alternate stylist to do my hair and I ended up liking it even better than at my hair trial. They even comped my hair and makeup for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to make sure that everything else was perfect. I want to emphasize that this is not something that ever happens at Neroli and despite this hiccup, I would still recommend them and I think they were the right salon choice. I really appreciate everything they did for me as the bride as it totally put my day back on track.

I have been a customer of Samantha's at the Eastside Neroli location for many years, so when it came to selecting who would do my hair and makeup for our wedding day, the choice was easy! I have always had great experiences at Neroli and our wedding day experience was just as wonderful. They helped organize food and beverages for myself, bridemaids, mother and MIL, which was nice way to start our day. The talent these ladies have is much to rave about! All of the bridal party looked so great when we left the salon, photo ready and feeling good! They were flexible in who had what services done, but I think everyone opted to have both hair and makeup done and everyone looked flawless! I started going to Neroli in January simply because I knew I'd need to find a salon for my wedding. I was immediately happy with the setting and stylist I had, and am glad we were able to secure a date and time for the wedding party. My bridesmaids, mom and I all had our hair done and all looked like models. Literally some had their pictures taken in the salon! We had a wonderful little hub set up for our party and it was so inviting. My hair stayed the entire day and evening, even through all the dancing. Special shout out to Nik who did an outstanding job!

I used Neroli downtown in the third ward for myself and my entire wedding party. I would say the experience was great, they provide food options, you can bring in champagne, just a great easy experience. Lovedthat. As far as my hair, I really loved it. The reason I selected four stars instead of five was for two smaller reasons. For my hair, I had my hair trial and my sytlist asked me to monitor it and see how much it fell an that would let her know of how much hairspray to use. It had fallen a lot so I had let her know, and she really sprayed it well, but to the point it was sticky. My make up artist had to fix it a bit later that day because the hair was sticking together. The other note is two of my bridesmaids did not really like their hair and had to fix it a bit. The pictures they showed did not match what they got. All in all it was a great experience,just a few small things.

I am so glad I went with Neroli for my hair on my wedding day. I had a different salon scheduled and did 3 trials with them, I was just not happy but didn't really know why. My maid of honor suggested Neroli and it was the best decision ever. I LOVED my hair, Helena was amazing. It was so nice to have someone to go to for coordination. I highly recommend choosing Neroli. They had a cute area set up for us and we just had a blast.

Myself and my entire bridal party (5 bridesmaids) had a wonderful experience with Dez and Kirstin at Neroli East Side!! For my hair and airbrush makeup trial, they were open to ideas, looked at all my tagged Pinterest photos, and created the perfect natural yet elegant style that lasted! On my wedding day, the girls and I were able to take over the entire salon for the morning with breakfast and lunch sandwiches (and champagne!) coordinated by Helena. Everyone looked and felt fabulous with hair and makeup styles that lasted the entire night. Highly recommend Neroli East Side and Dez & Kirsten.

I had Sepideh from the third ward location do hair and makeup on site for my wedding day. She was so incredible to work with. I showed her pictures of my dress, and described my vision and she made it come to life. She did my eyelash extensions, hair color, cut and blow out before the big day. And then for the big day she gave me the perfect bridal hair and natural looking makeup. It photographed brilliantly. I can't recommend her enough!

I had my nails done at the 3rd Ward location before my rehearsal dinner, and then my bridesmaids and I had our hair and makeup done at the Brookfield location. We had outstanding service at both locations. Everyone from the customer service reps to the nail techs to the stylists was so friendly and fun to be around in the moments leading up to the wedding. Our makeup looked and felt great - not too heavy or overly done, but it lasted all day and night. It's nearly two weeks later and my nails look perfect still. Communication leading up to the appointments was clear and timely. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time and looked outstanding. Thank you!

I went to Glendale Neroli on my wedding day and they did a fantastic job! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They even helped one of our flower girls put on lipstick so she could match me. My hair was everything I imagined and my makeup was flawless. What I loved most about the makeup, is that I still looked like me when she was done, but more polished. The manager helped us with our champagne and they even provided us glasses because we had forgotten. Not only would I recommend for bridal, but this is going to be my new salon!

We received the best treatment and service! Bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and future SILs all had a combination of hair and/or make up done at the downtown location. Everyone looked gorgeous! We were so happy with everything. Only disappointing part is that you pay full price for trials, perhaps they could consider creating a bridal package or discount?

Did a make-up trial and it was $100. Then find out that she is not available day of event! why wouldn't they ask before hand as that is the point of the trial. I loved my hair trial and loved my hair the day of the wedding. we booked off site services and I felt that they took advantage of that and charged me for longer than needed -4 hours for 2 stylists and 6 people including the bride. So 8 hours? no way they would have taken that long in the salon nor was I quoted that long. In the end, I loved my hair and so did my bridesmaids.

Helena was great at booking our arrangement and was very flexible when we had to add or change services. They have several locations so try and get one that is closest to your venue/ceremony. We booked one that was 40 minutes away because the one in downtown was already booked 10 months in advance. They do a really nice job with mimosas and fruit/muffins for breakfast for getting ready. Prices can add up when you do hair, make up, and nails. They do not offer bridal packages and the cost varies based on the technicians skills. It can also be a long time, for 9 total people we were there from 8:15am-12:45pm. They include the gratuity in the cost as well. They did an amazing job with hair design and makeup!

My bridal party and I used Neroli-Downtown for our pre-wedding services and everything was perfect. Helena and Alexandra were so helpful with all appointment arrangements and were very accommodating to changes. Communication was excellent and organized. Our services (massage, hair, make-up) were top notch and our service at the salon was wonderful. The staff knew our names and schedules and simply made everything seamless. I recently got married and booked bridal/bridesmaid hair and make up with Neroli Brookfield. The team did a wonderful job making sure we were all set for the big day. I had Allison for my bridal hair and make up and she did an OUTSTANDING job. Everyone was blown away by how gorgeous it turned out. You could certainly tell she takes pride in her work as she worked to make sure it looked absolutely perfect. Allison, including the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant and were fun to be around! The location is always clean and a nice atmosphere. Couldn't have been happier!

My mother, mother-in-law, bridesmaids and I all got our hair and makeup done at Neroli downtown. Helena and Alexandra were fantastic to work with leading up to the wedding. Both were super helpful when answering my many questions and putting together an itinerary for us (even with last minute changes)! Everyone on the day of was great as well. We had our own table and our food and beverages were all set when we arrived. The staff did a wonderful job on everyone's hair and makeup! Overall, it was an amazing experience and the perfect start to my wedding day!

I had all of my wedding day beauty services done with Neroli at the Downtown location. Before the wedding we did a hair/makeup trial and I was pleased to see that on the day of, the stylists remembered me, listened to my feedback from the trial, and made adjustments that made a big difference on the day of! Not to mention they accomodated my rather large bridal party (8 girls in total) within a 2 hour timeframe, and still executed on time when the fire alarm went off in the middle of our appointment! We had to wait outside for about 15 mins or so and they still finished early. Working with Helena and Alexandra was great for getting everything setup - they were very patient with my persistent questions and answered everything completely & quickly. On top of that the prices are very reasonable for downtown Milwaukee, I highly recommend them!

They also took care of my very large bridal party on our wedding day (Helena was great to coordinate with). I was extremely happy with services and scheduling on my big day. Loved working with Neroli! Helena and Alexandra were so helpful when it came time to setting everything up for my wedding. I had my hair/makeup trial, pre-wedding mani/pedi, and my actual day of hair and makeup at the downtown location and it was fantastic! My Mom, Mother-In-Law and all of my Bridesmaids went here for their hair and makeup as well. Everyone at the downtown location was super nice and helpful and made my day that less stressful for me. My hair and makeup was amazing! I would have not gone anywhere else and totally would recommend going here for your wedding day!

I had pretty much all of my pre-wedding and day of beauty services done with Neroli-Downtown. Everything from hi-lites to mani-pedi to hair trials and final formal finishes and airbrush makeup. Every step of the way was flawless! This salon beyond exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond to ensure I was happy.

My bridesmaids, mother, and I were all beyond impressed with Neroli-Brookfield. Helena made the scheduling process a breeze, even through many last minute changes. On the big day they had a beautiful arrangement of bagels and fruit for us, kept our food plates stocked and our drink glasses filled, we had even forgotten orange juice for mimosas and one of the hostesses ran to the store for us!!! I highly recommend Neroli to any bride, I was 100% blown away by their service.

My bridesmaids and I had an excellent experience with Neroli - Bayshore! We came in for their first two waves of appointments on a Saturday morning and the stylists made each of us look so fabulous. They were also super helpful in accommodating our schedule for the wedding so girls went in waves to ensure makeup could be done in time. Some of the girls were even able to scoot over to Collectivo (across the street) to grab coffee and breakfast for the girls in the chairs (so great!). And best of all - everyone's hair stayed the entire day and into the evening (hair was done by 9am/10am and lasted into the wee hours of the night/3:30am).😀 Big thanks to Kate (stylist) and her team as well as Helena (group coordinator) for leading the way and making us look fabulous!

Had a great experience with Neroli - Downtown Milwaukee. They provided a detailed schedule and pricing of services that conveniently included gratuity for my wedding party. I had such a positive experience with scheduling my bridal party's hair appointments, that I scheduled my a blowout and style and gel manicure for my rehearsal. The only complaint I have is that the "blow-dry and style" service is a bit vague. I learned from my stylist that the services only include styling with a hairdryer and not a curling iron - which I think is misleading.

So happy we used Neroli for my wedding weekend. The best part is having just one contact to work with for any accommodations and to book multiple appointments through. We started with nails at the bayshore location on Friday, a great way to relax and feel pampered. Then Saturday morning, the bridal party and the two mothers got our hair done and had breakfast together in the back room. I was so happy with my hair and nails, and the fantastic service start to finish. We felt pampered and well taken care of all weekend.

I went to Neroli for my wedding hair and makeup needs. I LOVED Maggie who did my hair and makeup trial and hair and makeup the day of my wedding. I don't wear a lot of makeup on a normal basis, and Maggie did such a wonderful job ensuring that I still looked like myself, but enhanced (instead of a completely done-up version that no one would recognize!), for my wedding! She also did a great job with my hair - I got compliments all night long. I liked working with Neroli, because I was also able to easily make appointments for my bridal party and my mom and mother-in-law. We had a section of the salon where we could sit, relax, and drink mimosas as well. I would definitely recommend to any bride-to-be!

I had such an amazing experience at Neroli! As a bride, it was important for me to feel special and I certainly felt that way at the Bayshore location. Liz did my hair in in amazing up do. She was very sensitive to my needs and together we found the best wedding day hair for me. My great experience is no surprise to me since I go here for my hair cut needs and never leave less than happy.

The women at Neroli at Bayshore did an amazing job on my wedding party and I's hair, makeup and nails! Just the pampering we were looking for, and for a great price. True spa feel with amazing people! Definitely going back just because :)

My large wedding party of 12 women got their hair and makeup done on the day of our wedding. We had the opportunity to have catering for the long morning, which worked out beautifully. The hair and makeup of everyone in the wedding party looked amazing. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with the final product and felt truly taken care of. Thank you SOOOO much Neroli for making my wedding day absolutely perfect.

Neroli assigns you a consultant to work with, coordinating everything which was super helpful. The day before my wedding my entire bridal party got manicures and pedicures, they all turned out good and the service there was nice, this was at the Bayshore location. The only little hiccup was that once your service was done they kinda pushed you out to the waiting room and the bridal party couldn't be together, and they really pushed for a quiet environment. This was hard with 7 girls all excited for a wedding. All of the girls who did our services were nice, but there was a consultant who was doing private services and she didn't seem happy to have us in the room, which offended me a bit. I would definitely recommend talking to someone about having your bridal party be able to stay together during services prior to booking(for nail services that is). As for the hair and makeup done at the brookfield location- I couldn't be happier, I worked with Shauna who was amazing, and all of my girls looked great as well. I did do the hair and makeup trial prior to the wedding day and recommend this for sure- it is pricey, but helped me feel more calm of the day of the wedding. Overall I am satisfied with neroli!

Myself, my eight bridesmaids, my mother, and mother in law all got our hair done at Neroli in Bayshore. We had a tight timeframe (had to be out by 10am), and the stylists came in early to accommodate. They did an absolutely amazing job! We all looked picture-perfect from the time we left the salon in the morning until midnight. The only thing I was disappointed with was the necessity to cater through Neroli, but that being said, the food they provided through catering ended up being delicious!

I got my hair done for my wedding at Neroli. I had an initial trial with Lauren and it looked beautiful. She worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and on my wedding day, my hair was perfect! On the day of the wedding, my bridesmaids also got their hair done. Everyone's hair looked amazing! Neroli also let us bring in champagne and they poured mimosas for us. All of the staff were very accomodating and made our experience wonderful.

I went to the Brookfield location where I have always gotten my hair done. My makeup and hair girls both came in on their days off, which was so generous of them. My mom, sister, and neice all had great experience and were happy with how everything looked.

Manicure and Pedicure - so so. If I did it again I would go no chip for my wedding day. Hair - AMAZING!!! Loved loved loved! Make up - LOVED! Overall, really happy with my look for my wedding day. Nails were chipped by the end of the day but no one noticed since the rest of my look was flawless.

Josef, Ruth, and Erica were all fantastic!! They each contributed a unique personal flair to my hair and my girls! Out of the box thinking, creative solutions made each of us feel so amazing and look absolutely stunning! Dani did our makeup and was fantastic!!! My airbrush makeup application was awesome and even through tears of joy, I still looked amazing!! I can't thank you all enough!! Madison did my hair and Elyse did my makeup downtown. I loved what they did. I got tons of compliments and I know it had to do with them. They worked with me and my party and even had catering and wine to serve us. Great place to get ready and very relaxing.
