Thanks to This business my wedding day was a disaster. I got everything from this business from Coordinator, to my dress, my decor, and even me and my bridesmaids bouquet. The bouquets were thrown together the day of and started falling a part before we even left the bridal suite to line up. My guest started arriving around 4 and was not able to enter because Tijuana was still decorating. She did not fulfill all the terms of our signed contract. She left before fulfilling everything listed in our contract and no one even knew she had left. Everything I asked her not to do was done and I was highly upset and disappointed on my wedding day. She claimed she felt threatened and did not even return to get her decor. She sent some big 300 pound guy as if we was supposed to be intimated by him. Food was horrible but she did refund the money for that since it was prepared by "her friend" who by the way did not even show up. First time bride and wedding day was a disaster thanks to Neva's bridal. Future brides beware and please don't use any of the vendors she recommends. With the exception of Melinda who is a photographer and is wonderful and reasonable. This is a honest review. I would never try to destroy a business especially a black owned business with lies

I found this company on Bark website. I spoke and met with the owner Tijuana about my vision for my reception several times. In the beginning she was professional and communicated well. However, On my special day she totally disrespected me, my husband and all my guest. I wish I could post the pics I have. Seeing is believing. 1. All of my table linens were wrinkled, the linen had visible stains on top, one stain was the size of a grapefruit. 2. All of the sashes were wrinkled. 3. The chair covers were dirty and had visible spots and holes on them 4. The backdrop was wrinkled 5. The head table linen and overlay was wrinkled as well. 6. I purchased floating water beads for each vase for her to add water them. She did not do it. She only added to the head table only. Why did I even purchase the beads? I did notice some of beads added with no water. They are just laying at the bottom of the vase. 7. My colors were purple, lavender and silver. All of my napkins were pink. She said it was a different color lavender. Really ma’am!! Oh no it was pink. My reception started at 5pm and she was there at venue 10am. One of my host called her and informed her, and she said it was nothing she could do about it. She had already left. She stated that I liked the pic. Yes of course, when you stand far away and snap a pic. You can’t see all the discrepancies. All 4 of my host waited til the event was over to tell me everything. They did not want to upset me. The host said they had to dim the lights to try to hide all the issues. They didn’t even get a chance to do the job I requested them to do, because they were busy putting the cleaner looking linen on the front tables and dirty on the back tables. Some of the linen was the wrong size for the table. Earlier that morning my husband and his friends over there to help her organize the tables. My husband said he ask could he use one of the linen on the floor to wipe the rain off a table he bought. Therefore, I assume she used the dirty linen from another event and was trying to determine which linen was less dirty🤔. I emailed Tijuana and told her how extremely disappointed and embarrassed I was. She gave me money back for the pink napkins and table linen. I paid her over $1300. I received $325 back and was supposed to receive $150 as well. I emailed her and told her I didn’t see that credit and stated after looking at the pics from photographer I should be compensated for the wrinkled sashes, runners and some of the dirty chair covers. Guys she never responded to my email. Please please have someone check your decor that morning if you decide to use Neva’s Bridal. I wish I could post the pics because people need to see exactly what I mean. However my email is takiladouglas2001@yahoo if you need to see them. I have no reason to be dishonest. I’m just being transparent and don’t want people to make the mistake I made.

I'm so thankful I found Neva's. It was hard for me to find a dress my size that I felt beautiful in. They had the perfect dress just for me.
