We hired New Arts (harp and violin) to play our wedding ceremony in Statesboro. I worked with Kristin to pick all the songs, their website has really helpful sound clips, and I requested one or two songs that weren't on the list that they could accommodate. Their travel fee was very reasonable. The music was beautiful! I've always dreamed of having strings play at my wedding and Kristin made that happen! Highly recommend!
Kristin was awesome! My wedding was Nov. 19th & I got a Violinist and Harpist for my big day. They did an amazing job, I got compliments on them all night!
thank you Kristin, you where organized from the start! your response time was wonderful, you're playing was wonderful. Again thank you for being part in making our special day.
This music made our ceremony so special! We had a harp and violin duo. They were so kind and professional. They sent us a detailed questionnaire to make sure everything went just how we wanted it to. I listened to each recommended song on YouTube to help me pick (I don't know much about wedding music apparently), and they played each song beautifully. I highly recommend selecting from their talented pool of local artists!
We booked a harp + cello duo from New Arts Ensembles for our June 2022 wedding ceremony and it was outstanding. Before the wedding the booking process was extremely simple and Kristin was helpful in finalizing our song selections. We had a couple song contenders that New Arts hadn't played before, but they were more than happy to learn them ahead of time, if needed. For pre-ceremony music we didn't make any specific selections-- but everything they chose to play perfectly complimented the ceremony music!
All around an amazing experience and we would highly recommend New Arts Ensembles for any event. Thank you!
New Arts Ensembles made my daughter's wedding ceremony just perfect. I can not express enough how helpful Kristin was in planning for this day. My daughter wanted to have "Wouldn't it be nice" for the recessional song and Kristin made it happen! The ceremony was just that much more beautiful because of New Arts Ensembles. Thank you!
Working with New Arts Ensemble was super easy!!! I knew before my wedding that I wanted to walk down the aisle to "Georgia on my Mind" the Steve Gadd version instrumental so I contacted Kristen to find out what she recommended and she was able to listen to the song and recommend exactly what instruments we needed to pull it off for my budget. We had an organist and saxophone and it was truly magical. I was married on December 15th, 2018 and it still gives me goosebumps thinking about walking down the aisle to them playing the live version of that song under the mossy oak trees at the Old Roberd's Dairy Farm. I would highly recommend these guys for whatever musical style you are looking for!!! Thank you for making our wedding magical!!!
How fortunate I was to get to work with New Arts Ensemble and specifically Kristin. She made the entire process of picking music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour a breeze. Her creativity and thoughtful suggestions made our event even more wonderful. Kristin had the perfect idea for our processional music for the wedding party and gave me total peace of mind throughout. She made everything easy, smooth and effortless. And beyond that, the music was beautiful! I could not have asked for more beautiful music and perfect for the occasion. She made it all fun and relaxed which is a feat when planning a destination wedding!
We had a trio (harp, cello, violin) play at our wedding and it really made the entire ceremony. The played non-traditional songs that we picked out, but they also had a ton of standards to perform. Everyone was talking about how special they made the day. Highly recommend!
We had a stringed trio play at our wedding and it was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Reasonably priced and worth every penny!
Kristin with New Arts Ensembles is a wealth of knowledge! She sat down with us almost a full year prior to the wedding and discussed what our needs were. She helped us decide on a single violin for a ceremony on the beach in Tybee Island. Not only was she able to recommend songs we might like she also was able to help us find other local vendors for our wedding. Since we don't live in the area this was extremely helpful! Kristin was in contact with me all the way up till the wedding day and ensured that the violinist had all the needed information. The violinist showed up on time and played beautifully for the ceremony! It was truly perfect! I highly recommend going with Kristin and New Arts Ensembles for your music needs in the Savannah/Tybee Island area!!!
My husband and I used New Arts Ensembles for our wedding in Savannah, Ga on Jan 29, 2011. They were perfect! We had a string trio, and could not have been more pleased. They even learned a song per our request for our exit! They were absolutely amazing and are very talented musicians. You will not be disappointed with New Arts Ensembles!!
I loved the guitarist we booked through New Arts. His playlist was great and the sound was perfect for our outdoor ceremony.
I'll be honest, as the bride I didnt get to hear much of our ceremony music but I was told by guests that Bill Smith, the guitarist we hired through New Arts Ensembles did a great job. He had a wide range of music he could play which suited our needs very well. We did have some communication problems prior to the wedding (people were on vacation and we didnt actually speak with Bill until a week before the wedding) but he still managed to learn a few special song request we had, which was very appreciated.
We arranged for an acoustic guitarist through this company and he was excellent. Beautiful acoustic music and there was an ease with working with a broker to find the right individual
