bad. I was not the bride. She is a close friend of mine so I was helping her out by being her day-of-coordinator. This review is solely about the current on-site coordinator and has nothing to do with their golf facility and everything else. According to the couple, this wedding coordinator always ignored their phone calls and did not get back to them in a timely fashion and sometime would even blew them off on the day when they were supposed to meet her on the site. RED FLAG. My friends are really nice so they didn't want to say anything to her. The day before the wedding was the rehearsal. The wedding coordinator scheduled a time with the couple but decided that she couldn't make it the day before the rehearsal. She sent an email to the couple to reschedule (how ridiculous is that? Does she expect people to change rehearsal time just because she couldn't make it? Why can't she tell the couple earlier instead of one day before the rehearsal? RED FLAG). Of course, she didn't show up at the rehearsal AT ALL. Now on the day of the wedding, you would expect her to finally show up right? Well, she did, but a couple hours later than she promised. When I first met her, I was shocked at her attitude towards the bride. She was not cheering and not excited at all. I understand this could be a job that she doesn't enjoy...But that was a big day for my friend! Please treat people with respect! I figured I should deal with her instead of having my friend deal with her since she was already very stressful. I would go look for the coordinator and ask her questions about the venue when things needed to get done. Especially a lot of the decorations, we were not sure if it was ok to do certain things so I wanted to be respectful of the site and asked her before we could do anything. But guess what, she just straight up disappeared for a good 2 hours! (I think she went to do her makeup cuz when she first came in the morning she had bad hair and no makeup) Well, since I have NO ONE to ask, we did what we wanted to do for example putting flower pedals on the floor and using a cart for the cake. Then after 2 hrs, she finally showed up and she was mad at me for not asking her for approval before we did those things. She was super angry and said we were not allowed to do certain things. But excuse me, you were not there? Who was I supposed to ask? Things need to get done! It's a wedding day! I just feel so bad for whoever that needs to deal with her, especially future brides! Eventually she gave in and started doing her job. I saw her walking around holding alcohol or drinks in her hand. She approached me a couple times and told me how things were not happening the way the bride described to her. She was not flexible at all and told me this was our fault and not her responsibility to make it right. Lady, can't you just be understanding and be accommodating to the bride's need? No one is perfect and we all make mistakes especially when it comes to events like weddings. She left before the wedding was over and never said congratulations to the bride and the groom. I hope for those who are seriously considering having your wedding here on this site think twice before you make the final decision. I would recommend you using this site if you are getting another coordinator.
