Brian and Laurel are absolutely amazing. We drive by here daily and were recommended by friends to stop in. We felt comfortable the entire time, and never felt pressured to buy. We...
didn't walk in with plans to purchase that day, but we were blown away by the selection and service, so we did! We are so happy with the beautiful rings that we got, and can't wait for our wedding day. The personalized service is amazing, we really felt special. We are now lifelong customers! Thank you so much.
Brian is the best! His knowledge and sense of fashion and design were really an asset for us.
My fiancé and I have been proud, loyal customers of New England Gold and Silver Jewelers for over a year now. We pass by the storefront on a daily basis and decided to stop in one...
day during our search for wedding bands. We had a wonderful shopping experience; Brian and Laurel were extremely warm and knowledgable, and had an excellent selection and recommendations. After visiting one more store on our quest, we were positive that NE Gold & Silver were the jewelers for us! Brian offers high-quality jewelry at a fair and affordable price, and the personalized service he provides cannot be beat! I can’t imagine going to any other jeweler in the area, rest assured you’ll have a world class experience here!
I have had a fantastic experience with New England Gold & Silver Jewelers. They were beyond accommodating when scheduling times to meet with my husband and I. They were always will...
ing to work around our busy schedules no matter what. Their choice of rings for my husband were beautiful and they were very informative when it came to any and all questions we had. The ring I had received as a wedding gift from my husband was stunning. We received all jewelry in a timely manner and were always pleased with the outcome of our purchase. The atmosphere at New England Gold & Silver Jewelers was very professional and enjoyable. I would recommend them to any and all of my family and friends as well as anyone who is interested in wedding rings, bands or other fine jewelry.
I came upon New England Gold and Silver due to an unfortunate event buying my wedding rings from an Etsy scammer. Brian, the manager, gave our situation great attention without as...
king anything in return. Not only was he a comfort during this difficult situation, the knowledge he shared with me about the rings helped me get a refund from a dishonest/argumentative vendor. He had a better eye during inspecting my poorly made rings from Etsy than any of the other 4 jewelers (including 1 GIA gemologist) I spoke to. I highly recommend NEG&S for their years of experience, high quality jewelry that deliver at their pricepoint, and, most importantly, they can be trusted unlike many in the gold industry (something I learned the hard way).
