New Era

I chose Rich and his team after viewing one of his sample videos on the web! It actually brought tears to my eyes and I knew right then that I had to have New Era do our video. Rich was by far the easiest vendor I had to deal with! I gave him my time line and locations and they were there on time and ready to go. During the whole wedding they kept themselves discreetly out of the way but still where I could have constant contact with them if needed! My husband and I truly enjoyed working with New Era because we felt completely at ease that they are going to produce a high quality-fun video, they are not pushy, they are very accommodating-even when issues arise and they are not a "needy" vendor. Tell them where to be and at what time then just watch them go to work! We haven't received our final video yet (but that's because of time delays from us) but we are confident that it will be worth every penny we spent on it! If you are getting married you have to at least meet with Rich and see his work-trust me, it will be worth your time! Well, this was my opinion BEFORE I received my final video. I hate to report that I am somewhat disappointed with the final video. Although the audio is excellent and the over all the editing is done well the quality and clarity of the video is just not up to the standard that I expected. In this day and age, one would expect a nice clear picture but this is just not the case. I have watched the video on several TV's and different video screens with the same result. The picture appears fuzzy/blurry/ out of focus through out the whole video. When I spoke to the company regarding this, I was told at first that it was a lighting issue, then that it was just because I am too used to seeing HDTV, then that it may have to do with how the video is burned to CD, and finally that this is how they have shot video for many years and nothing could be done about it. I have old VHS videos that have sharper clarity. So, in short, I just expected a much better picture quality! I am still happy that I chose to do a video but advise that you find a vendor that uses more advanced equipment.

Two of my friends highly recommended New Era. After seeing thier wedding videos I chose them as well. I wasn't even thinking to do a video intil I saw my friends. I can't wait to see how my video comes out. I'm sure it will be excellent. I met with them and booked the my wedding. They were great at going over exactly what will be done and what I can expect. Lou
