We hired New Haven Pizza Truck for our wedding, and we can't say enough good things about them! Our guests have been raving about the food, and for good reason.
From the very start, their team was incredibly accommodating. I have a dairy allergy and gluten intolerance, but they handled my needs with ease. They delivered gluten-free pizzas topped with dairy-free cheese straight to my table, and even prepared cappuccinos with oat milk just for me. It was such a relief to know my dietary restrictions were taken seriously and perfectly catered to.
Working with Kelly during the planning process was a dream. She patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that they could manage our food sensitivities. They even created a beautiful charcuterie board for our appetizers, which was a lovely touch.
On the day of the wedding, their punctuality and friendliness were impressive. They were a huge hit with our guests! Before they left, they took the time to congratulate us in person, giving us heartfelt hugs and well wishes, which made us feel so special.
And let's talk about the food! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the cappuccino, espresso, and gelato were the perfect finishing touches. We hired New Haven Pizza truck for our wedding and could not be happier with our decision! All our guests had so much fun trying all the different pies, that just kept coming! A favorite was definitely the spicy shrimp! The charcuterie board was also a big hit, as was the gelato and Italian coffee, which was the perfect accompaniment to our wedding cake. The service was also exceptional—friendly, adaptable, and efficient. I recommend them highly for any kind of event.

Get the pizza food truck! Your guests will love you. All of our friends and family raved about our menu selection. We loved having the opportunity to bring one of our favorite foods, pizza, to our wedding. Also, DELICIOUS!! The food was so good, everyone commented on it and we were able to enjoy the leftovers. The process and coordination was also very simple and straight forward. I greatly appreciate having all the details and inclusions in the first document I received. Thank you Kelly for all your help!

New Haven Pizza Truck catered our wedding rehearsal dinner and our guests loved the food and the experience! The pizza is excellent - wood fired - and they also provided salad, gelato and coffee. They provided gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian pizza as well which was super helpful for dietary restrictions. A great option for an outside venue especially.

We do not have enough kind words to say about New Haven Pizza Truck! The people we worked with both before our wedding, and the day of were wonderful! The food was incredible, and our guests could not (and have not) stopped raving about it! Not only was everyone happy (and full) after dinner but they even boxed up the pizza that was left at the end of the night for anyone who wanted to take some home. This was perfect, so we had a late night snack once the party was over, and they made us a special heart shaped pizza, which was amazing! The gelato and coffees at the end of the night were a perfect sweet touch to round out the evening’s delicious and savory food. We appreciate everyone at New Haven Pizza Truck! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so special!

I used New Haven Pizza Truck for a December Welcome party that I hosted at the Mark Twain Museum. We had more than 100 people, the majority hailed from Chicago, which lays claim to its own pizza as being superior. Our guests found the new Haven Pizza to be uniquely delicious! What's more, the serving process was well organized. The food was very good and the gelato and the cappuccinos were a nice finishing touch. It was a delightful kickoff for my daughter's wedding weekend. Kelly was the best in helping me orchestrate my party. I highly recommend New Haven Pizza Truck.

We loved having New Haven Pizza Truck for our rehearsal dinner. They are affordable, easy to work with, and make amazing pizza. The staff were super friendly and flexible. Imagine a seemingly endless variety of fresh pizza followed by gelato and espresso! Our guests were very happy. Pro tip -- order some extra pizzas to be made/left at the end of the evening for late night snacking after the wedding!
