Booking New Image Photography is the best decision you will make for your wedding! Jonathan and Saige were INCREDIBLE in capturing our day. It was so much fun spending the day with them and their attention to detail sets them apart. Even with our 18-person bridal party, they made every shot we requested and the spacing was perfect. My now-husband is not exactly one to enjoy posing for photos, but he had a blast because they made it so fun and comfortable! We also had a very early wedding so it was a long day...Jonathan and Saige kept the energy the entire time. I can't thank them enough! We absolutely loved working with Jonathan and team. From start to finish they were super responsive, upbeat, go with the flow, and so easy and enjoyable to work with. On what proved to be the best day of our lives - working with Jonathan and Marina was one of the highlights. They are such tireless artists, full of joy and verve and creativity. Neither my husband nor I are natural models but they coaxes some truly stunning works of art from us and from our family members. Matilda, Julia, Jonathan, and the whole New Image team was a pleasure to work with for our wedding and engagement shoots. It’s very evident in working with this team that photography is a true passion for the group- and they are certainly experts. The team was incredibly flexible and accommodating to travel to Columbus to shoot for our wedding- and were able to capture incredible moments- from the morning preparation to the late night dancing and everything in between. Jonathan came to my house in the morning before the ceremony and stayed with me and my family until the end of my reception to get all the amazing memories I will have for a lifetime. Luckily, we were blessed with a perfect sunny day and was able to go to the three desired locations after the church ceremony before the reception dinner. New Image Photography maintains focus for the entire day on you and your party and does not deviate from your party’s wishes- there is no question…they truly value their work because it is their passion. As the bride, I truly enjoyed working with Jonathan and Marina & Matilda and feel so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with them. Jonathan is extremely attentive to all the details that you want to be included and does so in a way that is smooth and natural in the pictures. There is nothing forced or unnatural in his creative process because Jonathan isn’t the typical photographer- he is unique and has a style of his own which he mends to meet the bride’s needs to make her the most beautiful on her most important day. Not many individuals can capture the essence of a bride in a photograph, but Jonathan can because he is passionate about his work and values his brides.

We would have changed our venue and date if we could not have Jonathan Koslen and his talented group at my daughter's wedding. He is "hands down" THE BEST wedding photographer that I know. Jonathan has an eye for detail and lighting and will go to great lengths (crawl, lay down, etc...) to get "the shot" - That Perfect Image! We knew we wanted extraordinary photographs and I have seen some great pics, but none of them come close to the quality only Jonathan can deliver. We were looking for a professional who could take a landscape, a column, a fountain or feature and turn it into a "magnum opus!" Not only were we looking for the skill of a photojournalist , but we wanted a fine art photographer who could capture the moment, the beauty, and the emotional response shared between the bride and groom. Jonathan's team really had the ability to interpret our vision. What a gem we found in Marina, who also just "got" us and helped to recreate the romantic old world Italian wedding look we so desperately sought. Matilda also shared the same vision and we knew that we had struck gold when we found out she would also be with us for the day! Working with this trio was just so easy and natural and we enjoyed every second of the time we spent with them! It was chance that we met Jonathan and we were lucky to have been able to work with someone with his background and caliber.

We are extremely happy with this company and would like to give it our strongest recommendation. John and Saige were our wedding photographers and they were perfect from beginning to end. They were extremely kind, professional, and focused on making this experience an enjoyable and memorable one for us. It felt like they were sharing the happiness of this day with us. They took beautiful pictures, with a great level of attention to details and an artistic touch. They were never overbearing but found ways to take pictures of everyone involved in our wedding. Afterwards, we quickly received access to a personal website with all our pictures, which was easy to navigate and to use to prepare an album. Best Photographer hands down! Jonathan and his team are spot on and soooo great to work with! My husband and I live in Michigan while getting married in Cleveland plus had to postpone our wedding due to covid and there were zero problems changing dates or planning from a far. Once our wedding finally arrived both Jonathan and second shooter were on time, made themselves at home with us and kept us organized all day to get all the best shots! Matthew and I celebrated our wedding on a beautiful Sunday in June at Bella Amore Enchanted Acres. The day could not have gone better! From the outdoor tuscany terrace to the earthy intimate ceremony location in the woods; to dancing in the clouds under golden chandeliers, the whole experience was out of this world. When we started our search for wedding photographers, we heard from multiple people how amazing Jonathan and his team were and after our initial meeting with them, we knew they were the ones we wanted to photograph our wedding. Hire new image for your wedding !!! They were easy to work with and made our day so much better ! They got us out of our comfort zone and our photos are amazing . Johnathan was very flexible especially with the pandemic and my family being abroad . They were able to get every aspect of our wedding on camera and I am forever grateful we found them .

John and Marina shot our wedding last October. They were there for over 12 hours and we received over 1,000 photos in our album (and we received all the photos super quick!). They were great at instructing us how to pose and stand, and we absolutely love our photos. However, we did experience two issues. First, we asked them if they could edit the color of my husband's mother's dress (a silvery white dress we were blindsided by), and they said yes but never made the edits. Second, they sent the album link and download code to my husband's parents without our permission and despite them not paying a cent towards those photos. I am including this in my review because although I think they are wonderful photographers and a great value for all-day photography services, I would recommend speaking up or being cautious if this is something you are worried about.

I am so happy we hired New Image Photography for our wedding! Jonathan was so very accommodating and easy to communicate with during the planning process - which was done from afar during a pandemic. He made sure to capture the "look" we wanted and brought along Matilda and Marina who did amazing job capturing the most important details of our wedding day along with the candid moments we are so happy we have to treasure. After our wedding, a close family member passed away - I contacted Jonathan to see if there were any pictures of our family member from our wedding day, as this was the last time we were all together. Jonathan sent me over all of the files immediately and worked quickly to edit our portfolio. We are so very grateful that they captured our wedding day but also our loved ones so perfectly. Jonathan takes great pride in his work. When we had our initial consultation with him, he showed us several photo books of his work and we knew that his style of photography was just what we were looking for. When we set-up our engagement photos, Jonathan made it easy for us to include all of our dogs which meant a lot to us and made us even more sure of using New Image Photography for our wedding. I got to work with John Kieger, Jonathan Kolsen and Jonathan's wife Marina. John did our engagement photo session during a pandemic (May 2020) and he was so kind, professional and easy to work with. It was our first time doing a shoot and we couldn't have asked for a better guy to do it for us! All 3 of them did an absolutely wonderful job capturing every moment of our wedding. John and Jonathan shot photos and Marina shot video. Such a talented group of people! We absolutely loved all of our photos and can't thank them enough for everything! My daughter’s wedding was in June. Jonathan Koslen and his team were exceptional! I loved the free engagement shots that were given to us when we chose this fabulous vendor. Jonathan shot our wedding 3 years ago and did a phenomenal job! I’m here today to say that when your computer is eaten by a virus and your wedding album goes with it, Jonathan will be there to SAVE THE DAY! Jonathan and his team did an amazing job at my wedding in September at Shoreby Club! The pictures turned out so well and we are thrilled!! We especially love the drone shots and the night pictures. We also did a winter engagement photoshoot with Jonathan and those pictures are also wonderful.
