Matilda, Julia, Jonathan, and the whole New Image team was a pleasure to work with for our wedding and engagement shoots. Their product was amazing, the album is spectacular and we have gained friends for life. I’d like to share a review from my Mom who doesn’t know how to leave reviews. Magical is the first word that enters my mind when reflecting on my experience working with New Image Photography. Jonathan came to my house in the morning before the ceremony and stayed with me and my family until the end of my reception to get all the amazing memories I will have for a lifetime. New Image Photography maintains focus for the entire day on you and your party and does not deviate from your party’s wishes- there is no question…they truly value their work because it is their passion. As the bride, I truly enjoyed working with Jonathan and Marina & Matilda and feel so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with them. Jonathan is extremely attentive to all the details that you want to be included and does so in a way that is smooth and natural in the pictures. There is nothing forced or unnatural in his creative process because Jonathan isn’t the typical photographer- he is unique and has a style of his own which he mends to meet the bride’s needs to make her the most beautiful on her most important day. Not many individuals can capture the essence of a bride in a photograph, but Jonathan can because he is passionate about his work and values his brides.

We would have changed our venue and date if we could not have Jonathan Koslen and his talented group at my daughter's wedding. He is "hands down" THE BEST wedding photographer that I know. Jonathan has an eye for detail and lighting and will go to great lengths (crawl, lay down, etc...) to get "the shot" - That Perfect Image! We knew we wanted extraordinary photographs and I have seen some great pics, but none of them come close to the quality only Jonathan can deliver. We were looking for a professional who could take a landscape, a column, a fountain or feature and turn it into a "magnum opus!" Not only were we looking for the skill of a photojournalist , but we wanted a fine art photographer who could capture the moment, the beauty, and the emotional response shared between the bride and groom. Jonathan's team really had the ability to interpret our vision. What a gem we found in Marina, who also just "got" us and helped to recreate the romantic old world Italian wedding look we so desperately sought. Matilda also shared the same vision and we knew that we had struck gold when we found out she would also be with us for the day! We are extremely happy with this company and would like to give it our strongest recommendation. John and Saige were our wedding photographers and they were perfect from beginning to end. They were extremely kind, professional, and focused on making this experience an enjoyable and memorable one for us. It felt like they were sharing the happiness of this day with us. Best Photographer hands down! Jonathan and his team are spot on and soooo great to work with! My husband and I live in Michigan while getting married in Cleveland plus had to postpone our wedding due to covid and there were zero problems changing dates or planning from a far. Hire new image for your wedding !!! They were easy to work with and made our day so much better ! They got us out of our comfort zone and our photos are amazing . Johnathan was very flexible especially with the pandemic and my family being abroad . They were able to get every aspect of our wedding on camera and I am forever grateful we found them .

John and Marina shot our wedding last October. They were there for over 12 hours and we received over 1,000 photos in our album (and we received all the photos super quick!). They were great at instructing us how to pose and stand, and we absolutely love our photos. However, we did experience two issues. First, we asked them if they could edit the color of my husband's mother's dress (a silvery white dress we were blindsided by), and they said yes but never made the edits. Second, they sent the album link and download code to my husband's parents without our permission and despite them not paying a cent towards those photos. I am including this in my review because although I think they are wonderful photographers and a great value for all-day photography services, I would recommend speaking up or being cautious if this is something you are worried about.

I am so happy we hired New Image Photography for our wedding! Jonathan was so very accommodating and easy to communicate with during the planning process - which was done from afar during a pandemic. He made sure to capture the "look" we wanted and brought along Matilda and Marina who did amazing job capturing the most important details of our wedding day along with the candid moments we are so happy we have to treasure. After our wedding, a close family member passed away - I contacted Jonathan to see if there were any pictures of our family member from our wedding day, as this was the last time we were all together. Jonathan sent me over all of the files immediately and worked quickly to edit our portfolio. We are so very grateful that they captured our wedding day but also our loved ones so perfectly. Jonathan takes great pride in his work. When we had our initial consultation with him, he showed us several photo books of his work and we knew that his style of photography was just what we were looking for. When we set-up our engagement photos, Jonathan made it easy for us to include all of our dogs which meant a lot to us and made us even more sure of using New Image Photography for our wedding. Best photographer ever!!!! It is hard to put into words how happy we are to have found Jonathan at New Image. Jonathan and Sarah shot our engagement shoot and wedding, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. They are wonderful human beings and so much fun to be with, which immediately sets the vibe for the entire shoot. Their photos are incredible -- the PERFECT balance of classy and interesting. The church where we got married is technically difficult to shoot because of the color of the marble and the sheer amount of it, and our photos turned out breathtaking. Professional, Personable, Pricey and Perfect. Trust me, this is what you want in a wedding photographer. These images will last a lifetime. Spend a little and be happy. I had many wishes, they all came true. Location, lighting, backgrounds, color, mood, etc. Perfect and it just gets better after the wedding when you learn about the special details like access to photos, photo album creation and the overseas printing process. Flowers and cake last a day, the look on my wife's face will last forever, her mom's too.

Jonathan took pictures for my sister's wedding a few years ago, and the pictures turned out gorgeous! When I got engaged, there was no question of who we wanted to use for our wedding pictures! Jonathan took our engagement pictures last winter. My husband and I both were amazed by how quickly he worked and how great the pictures looked! On the wedding day, he and Paula were there with us from morning until night! He suggested some of the spots for our bridal party pictures after the ceremony, and all of those pictures turned out to be stunning! Throughout the day, he and Paula kept us all moving, and were very flexible and helpful when we had some unexpected issues with our bus during the day! We are incredibly happy with the pictures we've seen so far, and we can't wait to see all of the rest of them!

Working with Jonathan for our wedding was just the best experience. He was able to make me comfortable in front of the camera and found the perfect locations in our venue to take pictures. When we got the photos back, we were blown away by his use of light and different angles...they were a work of art and we look like models! Personally, Jonathan was fun to have around during our wedding day. He was laid back and easygoing, but also able to keep things moving along so that we got all the pictures we wanted. Jonathan was great and did an excellent job capturing our favorite moments of our wedding day. He went above and beyond to get full group shots and family photos throughout the evening. He was easy to work with and accommodated our schedule when we wanted engagement shots taken in Chicago - where we met and live full time. He was reliable and stayed the entire wedding day (10AM - midnight). He is truly an artist - we were able to get our traditional wedding pictures, rustic downtown and classic in our venue.
