New Image Studios - Photography, DJ, and Photo Booth

were so kind and walked us through everything. It was such a plus to have the DJ and photogs on the same page and they were able to handle everything and made the night go smoothly. Our DJ was awesome and really kept the party going. He took the time to record our final private dance and now we have that special moment forever. They really were the cherry on top to our perfect wedding. If you are in the area, BOOK THEM!!! You will not regret it!!

Steve was a pleasure to work with and did a great job both at the event and with the pictures we received back. Thanks for helping making our special day that much easier and special.

for. Finding a photographer can be so overwhelming. The entire process from booking, discussing the vision, to the actual wedding day photos was so seamless and easy.

m energy to the entire event. She made everyone feel comfortable and captured the day perfectly. Highly recommend!

p to our engagement shoot and day of in a timely and appropriate manner. We loved how our engagement photos came out and it got our hopes up for how our wedding day photos were going to turn out as well. Sadly we were not as thrilled with our day of photos. They did get both sets to us in a very timely manner and accessing them was very simple along with being able to keep all of the photos that were taken. With that being said they only do batch editing, so while they got back to us quickly it is hard to judge a photo that has not been edited, when to begin with the photo not being good. Most of my self portraits the flash made me look like a ghost and I don't even like looking at them. This also was the theme with a lot of the photos especially in the church where everyone was white washed. When I asked about this I was told they had to do this due to the shadows, but many of the photos also did not have the same flash used and they look wonderful. The church was beautifully lit during the whole ceremony and was honestly just disappointing that it was made to look bad. There were also a couple posed shoots that I was excited about and during that time I was made to believe that everything was looking great and then I get the photos and my dress is positioned terribly and my leg is weirdly exposed and I would not have been able to tell this in the moment, so more shots that are just not useable. Then when I finally go to purchase the photos, which they "included" a $300 print credit for the package that we chose for $2000. I placed the purchase and the next day I get an email that stated that the owner was on vacation and that he would not be able to get the photos printed until the 13th of that month, this I totally understood and was fine with. Skip to over a month later and I still have not heard anything or received our photo prints. I emailed the contact and I get an email back saying that "I'm so sorry...sometimes these print orders end up in my junk folder for some reason. However, I found it and I'll get it out tomorrow." normally I would totally understand and be okay with it, but he did respond to me the day after acknowledging that he had seen the order. So overall just everything was okay, but the customer should never be made to feeling like they could have done better with their phone than what they were paying for.

are so thrilled that we found Steve! Both the highlight video and full length video are absolutely amazing! There were so many details that we missed during our day, that we were able to watch on video, and we would have never known if we didn’t have Steve. He and his wife did an amazing job capturing our day and our videos are edited in such a beautiful way. We highly recommend not only having a videographer for your wedding, but having Steve be the one who captures it all! Thank you for much so giving us these beautiful memories for us to be able to relive our wedding day.

g form online to organize everything, and they were very responsive throughout the entire process.

e places for perfect shots. We just got our gallery, and I am in awe at his work. I'm never really pleased with pictures of myself, and my husband certainly doesn't like his picture taken, and Steve made the whole process so quick and smooth. I would definitely hire him again for future photography needs.

!

ighly recommend!

s, and friends. All of my guests raved about how polite and friendly Steve was. He was on time, captured all the views I wanted. His outdoor shots were amazing! There were no surprises, which is a relief for an event you’ve planned for months.

at relief for planning such a large and special event for the first time. Having photographers and a DJ that know one another, communicate, and already have a plan together is an understated advantage to making your wedding day a positive experience. New Image Studios and their coordination allowed us to relax on a busy day. In addition, everyone was so polite and easy to work with: Melanie and Diana, our photographers, and Austin, our DJ, were so easy to trust due to both their kindness and experience levels. They were great sources for advice and to simply talk about everything going on, and they worked hard to make sure we got everything we wanted and reassure us when something seemed wrong. The photo turn around time was amazingly fast, much quicker than expected, and we are so pleased with all of the shots we got. Looking back on them now fills us with joy! A big, sincere thank you to New Image Studios and all of the people who worked with us on our wedding day, we appreciate you all so much!

hotos, etc. Can't recommend this team enough!

cited as we were throughout the entire process! The photos turned out excellent and we had several candid's from the wedding that captured us in funny moments as well as our guests. The DJ did an amazing job keeping the flow of the wedding going from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the speeches and dinner, and finally to the reception. We even had some day of song requests that the DJ played without question! The photo booth included props and created a free photo album with all of the strips that our guests took! This is an amazing company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone getting married soon! It was great to have an all-in-one company that did it all! :)

ay to explain everything and gave us some tips. He knows his stuff. The photographer Melanie and Amy were so professional. They kept us right on track and took the most beautiful pictures. They paid attention to all the little details and it showed in the pictures. The videographer Marc added just the right touch to the video aspect. He captured all the highlights from the wedding, speeches and everyone's dance moves on the floor. The D.J. Jack was one of a kind. He kept the floor full of people and really interacted with the guest. The music he help Lizzie with was spot on. The guest could of danced all night. Thanks Jack. The photo booth made it an enjoyable event for the guest. They helped get people in and made sure they signed the book. Steve was a huge help even after the wedding. I can't say enough about this company. If you book them you will not be disappointed. Don't wait, book them

h the music for the ceremony and the bride and groom walked out and being announced as husband and wife to silence (he didn’t even attempt to play a different song). He did not play the bride and groom requests for songs during the reception and repeated songs constantly throughout the night. One groomsman asked him to change the son as he was playing it for the third time, and he looked at the groomsman and restarted the same song. I would caution any brides and grooms attempting to book this company to ensure that Jermaine is not the DJ you book as he was a huge disappointment to this wedding day.

o many stunning shots that we will cherish forever!

of!

to Diana, she was so nice and took the nicest pictures we could've asked for.

cial shout out to our photographer, Diana Gutknecht. She was amazing and really helped capture our big day. Diana went the extra mile by having several planning conversations with us in advance of our date, coming to our venue the evening before-hand to scout out photo locations and angles and being super engaging and friendly during our ceremony and reception dinner. Diana captured our event perfectly. The photos were amazing and we couldn't be happier with the results. She really captured the spirit and joy of our celebration. Highly recommended!

at we were looking for. He visited the venue way ahead of time, then offered some helpful suggestions for a basic plan to get our special pictures after the ceremony with minimal time away from our guests. At the wedding, Steve was friendly and struck the right balance between offering occasional reminders about the poses and group shots we asked for and staying behind the scenes most of the time. The quality of the pictures is excellent, and they were posted online for us to download within 2 days of the event. We will be ordering some extra prints. We highly recommend New Image Studios.

t get a decent first look shot, and we only had one option for most people in the bridal party, My hair was in my face or my husband was talking in most photos. The family photos took 25 minutes over time, and most importantly... ...she did not get a photo of us kissing at the altar. She didn't pose us well and gave very mild and meek instructions. Seemed more like a beginner and didnt have much confidence in directing people. I think she would be fine with help, but they sent her to us alone really upsets me. I would not book with them again.

DJ was also great, but communication ahead of the event could have been better.

ocessing the images after!

r DJ was absolutely amazing from the start. He was kind and very helpful. I’m in medical school so he was highly understanding that things were not the most put together when we first spoke. He got there early and made sure our harpist had a sound system and then checked in on us to see if we needed anything during photos. He made sure we didn’t need food or water or anything and constantly checked in with us for the schedule as things moved quicker than expected with some guests not showing up. I’m a type 1 diabetic and come to find out Austin was too. So during toasts he made a special toast to my husband, Seth and how much it means to have a partner who is supportive in this life with diabetes. It brought tears to our eyes and I couldn’t have thanked him enough for it. Our photographer left way too early and Austin made sure we got a short video of our last private dance and sent it to us the next morning. I would a million times over recommend Austin, his heart and his DJ skills. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about the music or him that night!!

from beginning to end. We used the photography and videography services. Our package including engagement photos, guest photo book, wedding album, social media recap video, and full wedding day video. You can't go wrong with this business. We love loved everything! Thank you Team! Mr. & Mrs. Rome #ATrueROMEance 7.13.24

e guys! Thank you so much! We love our photos and video

wedding. Even prior to the wedding she went above and beyond, being very open to communication about what I was looking for. She even joined my Pinterest board to look at what I had in mind. She literally improved our big day with her sunny disposition and kindness to us and our guest. She felt like family while being professional in every way. The pictures came out better than we could have asked. Everything about working with this vendor made me feel less stressed about my wedding. I was in good hands and appreciated it very much. I obviously strongly suggest going with this company- especially with Diana!!! Thank you =)

y. Jermaine, our DJ, was fantastic! Absolutely would recommend 10/10!

and did great at getting the guests to participate! He also took many requests at our description. Would highly recommend!

his own touch reading the vibes perfectly, all while not taking any limelight from the bride and groom. He also practiced our introductions as we were doing some fun things and did a perfect job. Steve was a great contact to book everything through. Money well spent!

ent and directed us so well. Chris did listened so well to everything we wanted and didn’t want. Steve captured our entire wedding day and made THE BEST wedding video for us to cherish forever. Not to mention they did my mom’s wedding years ago, and my aunts just last year and they did just as amazing for theirs. I can’t recommend this company enough!!!!!

e, and easy going. The wedding photo's are stunning and everything I hoped for. Our family and bridal party are still talking about how great he was to work with during the wedding and how efficient and fun it was taking photos. He herded us when he needed to, made us laugh, and took amazing photos. I highly recommend booking with Steve, you will not regret it!

re so grateful to have someone with the experience and passion that he brought to our day. Our Photo Booth was also wonderful and the attendant was so great at helping our guests and making sure we got copies of all the pictures. The experience was professional and exceptional, I would recommend their DJ and photo booth services.

ow great he was. Very personable. We highly recommend Steve.

nd appreciate the attention to detail and help through the process. They definitely have an "eye" and I would hire them again! The Romes~7.13.24

few kids with special needs in our party and he worked so well with them too. I didn't have a lot of ideas of photos I wanted and Greg was able to provide the perfect amount of guidance. Greg also stayed longer than our contract to make sure he got pics of the bubble send-off. Our photos came out beautifully and the turnaround was so fast! I got married July 13th and I already have my photos back. Couldn't recommend New Image more highly and especially Greg!

bout their attention to the photographer. Steve was immensely patient and went out of his way to make sure it was a positive experience for everyone. And the images were just lovely. They will be treasured for a long time to come.

had and what I wanted from the day. That day was awesome! They were so friendly and happy and upbeat. The day went so smooth even though the wind was not cooperating with some of our attempts. You will not be disappointed if you hire this firm and these wonderful individuals!!

provided helpful direction. Would definitely recommend.

photo dash, where during the reception you go through to each table and get a picture so you have one with every person - HIGHLY recommend doing this. We were able to capture a picture with every single person. I don't even know where to begin with how grateful we are that we hires New Image Studios for photography, DJ and the photo booth. From the initial meeting, meeting before the wedding, the day of and the pictures - everything was PERFECT! I highly recommend doing all 3 services with New Image Studios and you will NOT be disappointed, not to mention the cost is affordable and you definitely get your moneys worth. Steve did our photography and walked us through every single step. We had absolutely no idea on what to expect, timeline or how things should go and Steve had every single answer for us. He was very professional and informative and made sure our day was captured perfectly. By the day of, we didn't have any question anything because Steve was able to answer our questions beforehand and we had 100% full confidence in his work. We were able to enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests due to his prompt and efficient timeline. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. Not to mention, he had our pictures back to us in less than 5 days and they were nothing short of amazing! I can't stop going back and looking at the pictures and reliving the day. He brought Diana along to assist and show the ropes to, and she was very helpful and so sweet! She helped me fluff up my dress, made sure my hair was out of my face and nothing was messed up. TJ was our DJ and let me tell you... he was spectacular! Once he arrived and got set up, he ran the show. I did not have to worry about anything concerning the timeline of events or music that was playing. He took control of it all and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. It felt like he was family and someone we had known for awhile. He made the reception flow without a second thought. He was funny, timely, informative and very welcoming! I cannot thank him enough for his work and professionalism. The Photo booth, I unfortunately do not remember the name of the lady who ran the photo booth but she also, was nothing short of amazing! With the photo booth, you get a picture album of all the strips of pictures that were taken and guests are able to leave a note and this is something I will cherish forever. We got back from the honeymoon and was able to see all of the pictures and read the comments and it was just wonderful. I am so so thankful that we included this service because it gives you a memory that you can always go back to and re read and relive the moment. We cannot thank New Image Studios enough!! They will be out first recommendation to our friends getting married and anyone else we hear about getting married!

J was a fantastic DJ and we had people on the dance floor all night! Would highly recommend them both!

al! When We Renew Our Vowels New Image Will Be Taking The Pics Thanks Again Steve And Staff The Best💯

ob with the playlist, timing and communication. My wedding day was truly amazing and perfect, made possible my New Image Studios. The photographers made me and my family comfortable, with a professional touch. Steve even took the time to help me navigate a photo that was initially left out of the gallery. He allowed me to advise which photo I liked best. Steve edited and returned the photo in less than an hour of our zoom call. My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with the photos and DJ services.
