Jeanine LaMacchia is known for being one of the area's most talented bridal hair stylists, with over 20 years of experience. Her career started in an upscale boutique in Manhattan's Trump Tower. After working in New York City for years, she moved to Florida to establish her own hair salon. She relocated to New Jersey when she started her family, and in 2004, she created NJHAIRDESIGNS with a focus on in-home services.
Besides hairstyling, NJHAIRDESIGNS offers makeup applications to complete your wedding day look. Prior to your event, you can arrange a consultation and trial session with Jeanine to discuss your overall vision. Whether you want a sleek updo with full glam or loose curls with natural makeup, she can make it happen. What's more, this professional offers hair coloring and cutting services.

We all have different kinds of hair (long, short, straight, frizzy (me)) and she worked her magic for each of us. I went to Jeanine for a trial and it was completely worth it as it put my mind at ease. Jeanine gave me a fantastic up-do that lasted the entire night (and even the next morning). Both my mom and I wore our hair up for the next day's brunch! Jeanine also worked with my veil and headpiece. She was EXTREMELY flexible and easy going. She brought a sense of calm to the bridal suite. Her hair lasted in cold and humid weather. I just can't recommend her enough. If you chose Jeanine, know that you are in extremely kind and capable hands!

ter the second trial, I knew we had it. Jeanine showed up bright and early on my wedding day and started setting my hair. She was able to get all three of us done in a few hours, including trimming my mom's bangs, and our hair stayed put all day long. My wedding was the day before Sandy and at times the wind was really blowing. Despite all the wind, my hair did not budge or fall at all. My moh had her curls in for two days after the wedding. Jeanine really is a wonderful person and does such a great job, I cannot recommend her enough.

id need 2 hair trials before the wedding, as I had a mostly not so great response from friends and family to photos of my first trial. I had to pay extra for this, which I felt a little hesitant about, and so overall the amount I paid was probably more than I should have. However, Jeanine was really eager to help me find something I liked, and on the wedding day she did a great job!

ble. The day of my trial I got stuck in really bad traffic and I had to cancel on her last minute. She worked me into her schedule for 2 days later. Also, I got married in the middle of a hurricane, but Jeanine still traveled to the venue to get the girls and I ready for my wedding day.
