My wedding is at the Crescent Hotel, and I was told the Salon could do my makeup. I’ve been trying to contact them for months. Not a single email back. They wouldn’t answer my calls. When finally I got ahold of somebody, they said they wouldn’t open the salon before 9 for any reason. Not sure how they’ve done weddings in the past because all the weddings I’ve been apart of the makeup starts way before 9. So now I’ve waited so long to get a single response that most other makeup artists are booked. If I could give this place negative stars I would, horrible experience, and just overall disrespectful.

For a whole YEAR I kept calling to check if they could confirm my appt on the day of the wedding and every time they kept saying their books haven’t opened up yet to tell who was going to be working that day. I called ONE MONTH before my wedding in a last attempt to see if they got their shit together and had people to work, where they informed me they never even had me down. And that only a hair person would be available that day and not makeup. So I had to rush around and find someone else at last min. Since then I have read where MANY other brides have been disappointed with them. They can’t find employees, and when and IF they do, they suck. I ended up going with Blossom Beauty in eureka springs and they were fanstastic! I would recommend them for sure.

They did a great job with my hair! I showed them a picture of how I wanted it, and I honestly feel they did a better job than the picture! I also had them do my bridal parties pedicures. They did a great job. The pedicures were 45 and the updo was 55.
