(Including when I emailed her on a holiday, not thinking I would get a response then because it was a holiday.) Mindy and her crew made my husband and I feel very comfortable taking the pictures...even in the ones that feel very awkward. :) They were all very professional. Everyone that worked with them had nothing but good things to say. After the wedding, I put the CD with all the wedding pictures she sent in a "safe place". I ended up forgetting where that "safe place" was and freaked out thinking I lost all my pictures. I emailed Mindy to see if there was any chance she could send another CD, and I would pay for it, she told me she definitely could, and she wouldn't charge anything. New Morning Weddings is a GREAT company, and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

ding. Since we were getting married in Costa Rica it gave me comfort to know I'd be dealing with an American with whom I shared the same spoken language. I, like any bride was nervous about my decision as I was flying into Costa Rica from Canada and wouldn't be meeting Mindy until the actual day of the ceremony. Mindy did not disappoint! Through the whole process she answered any questions we had, was wonderful with our family members and guests, including my now mother-in-law who suffers from Dementia and required extra patience to get the right shot. This really meant a lot to my husband as our time with her where she still remembers who we are is limited. Mindy even offered to stay for additional time to capture pictures at sunset leading into our reception. When the pictures were finished and ready for us we couldn't believe how beautifully they turned out. Friends and family have said the same. I even had one co-worker after posting the photos on Facebook tell me she ended up looking at the photos for hours because she found them so beautiful she couldn't stop looking at them! If you have the opportunity to have New Morning Weddings photograph your wedding - jump on it! You will not be disappointed.

ng my photographer through email and teephone there would have to be a connection. I was immediately drawn to New Morning weddings because of Mindy's style of beach photography. I emailed her with questions I had, and she responded very promptly. Mindy was so easy to talk to and extremely professional. She offered everything I was looking for and the prices met our budget. I was finally able to met Mindy in person the day of our wedding, and she was wonderful! She was friendly and down to earth. She made everyone feel at ease. The whole family enjoyed having her and had nothing but positive things to say. We opted to have a photobooth set up and she was so much fun to work with. The rain changed our plans of having the booth outside, but Mindy was able to be flexible and make it work inside and it turned out great! I absolutley love ALL my photos; from pre-ceremony to the reception, to the very end of the night where she was able to capture the bridal party and myself making our splash into the pool. Chosing photos for our album was difficult because there were so many that I loved, but working with Mindy to get the finished product I wanted was so easy. I would recommend New Morning weddings to everyone! I hope one day we will get to work together again.

In addition to the New Morning Wedding team's consummate professionalism, their flair for creative photography is unmatched, in my opinion. When I was "shopping" for a photographer, I got so tired of seeing generic bridal portraits, but when I saw what New Morning Weddings could do, I was floored. Their attention to color and light makes for breathtaking photos. What I think stands out, though, is their knack for turning an ordinary portrait into something extraordinary. For example, my bridal portraits were taken at a botanical garden that has a children's park with an extremely large chair; Mindy thought it would be a great idea to have me sit in this ridiculously large chair for one of the portraits (think whimsical, à la Alice in Wonderland). The end result is amazing and my wedding guests still ask me about that particular photograph! If you want your portraits to stand out and capture the beauty and fun of your wedding, New Morning Weddings is the best!

d accepted my request and drove hours to meet from Charlotte, NC. She is so easy to work with and made the two hour shoot seem like no time at all. Her photos are very artistic which is what I was looking for, the last thing I wanted was a boring studio shot. The shots are great and make those who are not necesarily models look like they have been doing photo shoots for years. Some of the shots looked like high fashion and I couldn't have been more happy. They are so cool! I really felt beautiful in my protraits which is what all brides should feel. Thanks Mindy!
