amazing cook! Our guests seemed to really enjoy doing something a little different and several said they plan to try the recipes Lynn had demoed! Additionally, they accommodated dietary restrictions and made sure that all of our guests had an amazing meal/experience!

allowed us (the bride and groom) to participate in the cooking process which really led the way for some great jokes and photos. This usually goes with out saying in New Orleans, the food was fantastic! Our guests went up for seconds and formed a line to get that shrimp artichoke soup (i'd like to think it was my stirring skills). Scheduling process was a breeze, the school was very accommodating. Apparently, my guests drink a lot because we did hear that several times, but we took it in stride, it was such a great time for everyone there. It was unique, personal, delicious and (most of all) New Orleans.
