Ray made our Big Day a Big Breeze! My wife and I were on different pages when it came to color/style of my tuxedo. While telling Mr. Ray our color scheme he had three tuxes picked out before we had even finished explaining our vision. His knowledge of how different style tuxedos fit different body sizes/shapes and how certain colors match the best with others, is no match. Worked directly with Ray Boudreaux throughout the entirety of our wedding planning process and he was able to (with flying colors) juggle a wedding party of 15 - most of which were from 6 different states other than Louisiana. I was wrong to expect issues due to our special challenging situation, because they were absolutely terrific. I didn’t exactly provide as much lead time as most likely would, but that was no issue at all for Ray and his team. Would refer him to anyone looking for a painless wedding planning task 10 times out of 10.

New Orleans Tuxedos is TOP NOTCH! From the moment we called to book them for our wedding to after our wedding they were spot on! My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in March but due to the pandemic we had to reschedule to September. We were so happy with the tuxedos for our bridal party. Ray Ray and his team made sure we got all of our pieces with no trouble even during the hurricane Barry weather scare when businesses were closing left and right. They made sure we were taken care of, even when we needed a size change the day before the wedding. They were wonderful and so easy to work with. Mr. Ray was an old friend of my husband's family, but the amazing service and personal touch had nothing to to with that!! He was helpful when choosing tuxedos because we wanted grey and not too fitted. He was happy to help us choose the perfect one. When the ties I picked were no longer available when it was time to order, he offered a similar color/style and had us come it to verify it - a potential catastrophe which he handled smoothly. The location is convenient, and there is always a free tux for every so many rented.

We had our groomsmen get their tuxes from New Orleans Tuxedos and they looked awesome!!! We had 5 groomsmen 3 ushers and 2 dads and because we had a certain amount of people my husband received his tux for free! It was very easy all the guys got measured at any tux place that was convenient for them (we had a lot of guys from out of state) and they called Mr. Ray (the nice gentleman that helped us out) and he ordered everything! Ray even called us before he ordered anything to confirm and he matched my bridesmaids dresses EXACTLY ( they were from david's bridal). We picked the tuxes up all at once the day before but groomsmen could get the tux themselves if they wanted. The tuxes themselves were soooooo nice! All the guys looked great! Thank y'all so much again for everything for our big day! I will definantly be using New Orleans Tuxedos again for any type of formal event!

My husband and I got married March 15, 2014. New Orleans Tuxedo's gave us the best customer service, options, quality, and price. Not only did they gave us the best prices you can find for tuxedo rentals in the New Orleans area, but for every few tuxedos you rent, you get one free. We had a total of 12 guys that stood in our wedding and 3 were given a FREE tuxedo rental. Our tuxedos were brand new & a top of the line brand and the cost was $165 plus tax for the whole get up (shoes and all). They gave us such a southern warm welcome, was excited to work with us, and we were honored to work with them. We will def recommend and use them in the future! none of our tuxedos were mixed up or messed up for our wedding and they kept their word when they said they would take care of us. My husband has been in over 3 wedding in the past year and none of the other businesses were as price savy, welcoming, and efficient. Every time we got a tuxedo from anywhere else, the order was always messed up (too short, too big, falling apart, etc..). so it was a big sigh of relief when our order was correct, came in on time, and everyone had a great experience. Thank you so much for making sure everything went smooth for our wedding!!

New Orleans Tuxedos, Inc. and Mr. Ray were phenomenal from day one! When my now husband and I walked in he was there to assist us any way possible. We started with the basics... What colors? We knew we wanted grey and purple... but there are many shades of both!!! He walked us through all of the books with so many styles to choose from to match everything perfectly! Great customer service, abundant choices, made everything very easy. There were no issues with the 7 tuxs rented. Much more personable than the large convey belt type tux rental places. Definitely should be considered as a choice if renting tuxs.

We only went in one time to choose tuxedo style, I didn't know the difference between styles and they explained the difference to me and my husband to be and answered all our questions perfectly! We had a large wedding party we needed to rent tuxedo's for, 10 groomsmen, 4 ushers, two ring bearers, two fathers and the groom!!! The pricing was wonderful and competitive compared to other companies around the area and the quality was way beyond my expectations!! The Tuxedo ][ cost $115 for the non tail Tuxedo. The Tuxedo with the tails was $85 because he owns those. We rented 12 Tuxedo and received 2 Tuxedo free. When you walk in the owner is there to wait on you and insures everyone is fitted correctly. Every time I walked in whether it was to check on which Groomsman still need to be fitted or a special request. I was always greeted with a SMILE and a willingness to try and help me from Ray Boudreaux the owner. He made the whole experience pleasant, worry free, and easy. While we were still taking care of and worrying about other things the Tuxedoes were not one of them. Every ones Tuxedo fit perfectly even the Groomsmen that were fitted out of state and sent in their measurements. With costumer service like this it's no wonder New Orleans Tuxedo has been in business for 50 years.

I used NOLA tuxedo for my wedding because we had used them before for other events and the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Ray helped me create the look I envisioned and made it very easy for the guys to get measured. My dad was even able to rent a vest, shirt and tie as he already had a tuxedo. Ray took care of my Husband and the groomsmen. He offered different styles to help my husband choose his unique look. I also had other special guests who wore tuxedos. Ray helped us choose the right combination of looks so all of the guys looked great! The guys could be fitted at their leisure and the tuxes were ready when Ray said they would be. Everything fit well for each guy. Ray even keeps the measurements on file for future use. (This was convenient for the guys who needed a tux at a later date). We've used big chain tuxedo shops, like Men's Warehouse, for our friends weddings and have had nothing but problems everytime. When it came time for our own wedding we new hands down that Mr Ray was going to be our guy. He's one of the nicest, most helpful men you would ever meet, and as a panicked bride, he made picking out/picking up tuxedos for our out of town wedding a breeze! It's a family owned business with that New Orleans feel, and hands down would be my first choice for tuxedos.
