Hiring New Pace was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day! From our initial consultation to receiving our final photos, the entire experience was flawless. The team at New Pace were so great to work with for our October 2023 wedding. We were obsessed with our engagement photos as soon as we got them, and couldn’t wait to see our photos and videos from our actual wedding. Zach and Brian were efficient on the day of the wedding ensuring we got pictures of everyone we had listed on our shot list, while also capturing a lot of candid content, which is exactly what we wanted. Though never having shot a wedding at our venue before, they both immediately found spots on the property they knew would make for great photos/video opportunities, and they were 100% right. We haven’t stopped raving about our photos, social media sneak peek video, and full video trailer since the second we got them. We can’t thank New Pace enough for capturing our favorite day of our lives so beautifully.

We absolutely loved working with our photographers Laura and Bill, and our videographer, Eli for our wedding 10/22/23. They captured our day so beautifully, were fun with work with, and navigated the family chaos like pros. Tanya did a great job helping us formulate our timeline, and Jen did a great job putting our videos together. This is a great company and a great team, and our photos and videos turned out absolutely perfect. We loved that New Pace included everything we needed- photos, trailers and raw footage all in one place. They are reliable, fun, professional and experienced, and we are so happy we chose them to capture our special day! 10/10 Recommend!

New Pace did such a fantastic job with the videography for our wedding! We had a Hindu ceremony and a western/American ceremony, as well as a welcome dinner needed them to film, and their videographers worked tirelessly to capture all the action. They talked through our plan for the events ahead of time to help them prepare for the big day(s), and the filming was accomplished smoothly with no interference in the events. They worked with our band's sound engineers to collaborate on capturing audio, too, which helped minimize the number of mics and equipment needed. They were true professionals! We also can't recommend their editors enough, who worked patiently with us to craft the videos we were envisioning. We had to balance many different demands on the final cuts of the footage from various family members and their editors were happy to make adjustments as we brought them up. On every count, New Pace were stellar.

As a wedding planner, New Pace is a company I recommend A LOT....and this past weekend it was my turn to use them for my own wedding. All the videographers are great, but I have worked the most with Eli and I knew I especially wanted him to be there on my day. He is funny, laughs at my terrible jokes and just knows how to have a good time. He captured everything...my family was joking the next day that Eli somehow always ended up appearing in the background filming something. He was across the room and then somehow ended up next to them in th next second!! He was unobtrusive, yet was present to get every little detail. I am so grateful for Eli and the New Pace Staff. I cant wait to see the videos! Thank you guys so much!!!

New Pace was amazing to work with! From the initial meeting, check ins, and day of videographers were professional, fun, and knowledgeable. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, photographer, and social media content creator. We loved how they had extensive music options to choose from, where we even were able to support and use a song from an indie artist we loved. The end result was perfect, exactly what we wanted and beyond. Also, their platform to download and view your final products was so easy!

New Pace did an amazing job capturing our wedding day. They caught every single detail we wanted to capture that day and then some. The video quality and sound were outstanding and we even got to pick a great song for our video as well. Our sneak peak, trailer and raw footage were sent over so fast as well, got everything within two months after our wedding day! Highly, highly recommend them for your wedding day or any event you'd like to capture on video!

Highly recommend New Pace! We used them for videography for our 6/24/23 wedding and everything was a breeze, plus we LOVE our videos. Laura was our videographer day-of and she was great - kind, professional, and captured every highlight of our day. We got married on 05.06.23 at Water Works. Our decision to work with New Pace was an easy one. After meeting with other vendors, New Pace had the most comprehensive photo/video package, lots of beautiful sample photos/videos to look through and fair pricing. They were flexible with us as well. We didn’t want one thing that was included in our package and they allowed us to trade the value for drone footage, which worked out great. Furthermore, knowing that they’re a preferred vendor for Cescaphe and have shot at Water Work many times, it put our minds at ease that they’re comfortable shooting on the grounds there. New Pace’s communication leading up to the event was clear and they were patient when answering all of the questions that we had. Our lead photographer, Lora, and lead videographer, Eli, both reached out leading up to the wedding and put any concerns to rest. We absolutely LOVED both of them. They arrived on time and handled everything seamlessly with our event coordinator for the day. They were so much fun to work with all throughout our wedding day. Lora and her assistant got the most beautiful portraits of us and our families, the ceremony, and amazing photos from the reception. Eli and his assistant captured all of the highlights of our day that we’ve been rewatching over and over. Everyone was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and just made the overall process super easy for us and our familiar. After the big day, the communication from New Pace was amazing. Valeri was in touch with our photo sneak peak while we were on our honeymoon then a full gallery of photos a few weeks later. The photos are absolutely stunning, we couldn’t be happier. Jen shared our 1 minute teaser while we were on our honeymoon and it was so exciting to relive the day. They edited the moments that Eli captured perfectly together with the music that we selected. We later got the full video trailer, ceremony and reception footage and we’re thrilled. Additionally, we had an album included in our package that Jen seamlessly took us through the process of designing. Overall, New Pace’s final products are more than we could have even asked for. They delivered as promised and I would recommend them to anyone. All employees that we worked with on the day-of and communicated with from start to finish are efficient, patient, and kind. 10/10 for our overall experience. We got married back in September (this review is long overdue!) and absolutely loved working with New Pace. We used them for our videography and they were so easy to work with. They stayed behind the scenes and got footage of everything we wanted. The turn around time was so quick and our teaser & trailer came out beautiful. I loved being able to pick our own songs for them which was a huge reason why we went with New Pace and I'm glad we did! I often times watch our videos and it brings a smile to my face each time! Highly recommend!!

We used New Pace for the videography at our wedding, and they were amazing!! New Pace was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. All of the members we interacted with were professional, informative, and excellent communicators. We had Eli as our videographer on the day of our wedding, and he was awesome! He arrived early, and from the time he got there, he was ready to go with a plan. The whole day he was in the background capturing all of the amazing moments, and we could not have asked for a better final product. I love that they offer a trailer (where we got to pick our own music) AND the raw footage. This was definitely the perfect package. We worked with Sahvannah during the post-production phase, and she was also incredible! Our trailer is beyond perfect! It literally felt like we were reliving the day in only 5 minutes. I highly recommend New Pace!

Working with New Pace was a dream! We hired them for photography and videography. It was/has been seamless from start to finish. We also did our engagement shoot with the photographer who would be with us day-of so it was awesome to develop that relationship ahead of time. Do NOT hesitate to book with New Pace!

It took us ages to find a videographer who fit our criteria: consistently high-quality audio capture (across multiple events and venues), a journalistic style that had enough candid shots and movement (not boring), and packages that included a variety of video lengths (including edited raw footage). We also needed extra coverage time because our reception and ceremony were an hour’s drive apart. New Pace was flexible and communicative about how to stagger our two videographers so as to maximize their time. Our wedding films turned out spectacularly, and the 9-minute feature in particular was brilliantly paced. From the first point of contact to the final delivery of our films, we were impressed by how thorough the team was and how straightforward the process was. We knew exactly what to expect because they anticipated our questions and were extremely quick to reply. The two videographers themselves were efficient and unobtrusive. We would recommend New Pace, 10 out of 10.

New Pace is literally the BEST. They were super easy to work with, extremely organized and provided us with beautiful wedding videos that we will cherish forever. Jen helped us with our video package and allowed us to get the footage we wanted while staying within our budget. She also provided timely updates throughout the entire process both before and after our wedding. On the day of our wedding, we had Eli and Shawn who were AMAZING -- super kind and SO easy to work with -- they were the absolute best. Our photographer loved them. We actually ended up recommending New Pace to our friends who are getting married this year, and we got a $50 gift card for the referral! Caroline was the one who informed us -- who was also easy to work with. Overall, New Pace is AWESOME -- I highly recommend. PS: If you're on the fence about adding on the drone footage - DO IT. You won't regret it. :)

Scheduling an engagement session was easy and we really enjoyed the wedding video social media teaser option. Our photographers and videographers were great on our wedding day.
