Most of our couples travel from out of town and choose New Waverly Manor for its rare combination of privacy, elegance, and flexibility — a full estate experience rather than a single-day event. The property features a grand main house, expansive outdoor ceremony spaces, a finished commercial venue building with a professional kitchen, multiple lounges and gathering areas, a pool and spa, a gazebo, a scenic pond, and beautifully landscaped grounds that serve as a breathtaking backdrop for weddings and celebrations of all styles.

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures can describe. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking — peaceful, elegant, and so romantic. Every corner of the venue feels thoughtfully designed and naturally stunning, which made for the most amazing photos and memories.
One of the things we loved most is that we never once felt rushed. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day, spend time with our entire family, and soak in every moment without pressure. The overnight accommodations were amazing — being able to celebrate all night, then walk just a few steps to the house and relax was such a blessing and made the whole experience feel like a true getaway for everyone.
Our family had the best time, and we are so grateful to the New Waverly Manor team for making our wedding day so special and stress-free. If you’re looking for a venue that is stunning, peaceful, accommodating, and truly cares about your experience, this is the place. We couldn’t recommend it more highly ❤️

turned into the driveway it was welcoming, it’s out in the country with beautiful scenery. Ashley and LeAnne made planning a breeze for us and I can’t thank them enough for their flexibility and extreme kindness throughout the process. If you’re looking for a flexible, gorgeous venue out in the country I’d recommend New Waverly Manor time and time again.

The property itself is stunning — the views are absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel like we were in a dream. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the time we spent with our family, especially those who traveled in from out of town. The Manor home created the perfect environment for everyone to connect, relax, and celebrate together.
Evenings were filled with laughter and memories we will cherish forever — from intense games of pool and poker, to unforgettable karaoke nights, and simple family games that brought everyone together in the coziest way. It wasn’t just a venue… it felt like home.
