2024 for our July 2025 wedding. She seemed like a great fit and we were thrilled to have found someone who had coordinated a Maroon Bells wedding before. Everything was fine leading up to the wedding. She voiced some concerns on our meeting one month out that the sheets she provided hadn’t been filled out, which was promptly fixed. Going into our last meeting Hannah seemed to understand our wishes and our final call was only 14 minutes long, seemingly like there were no issues and everything was ready to go. The day before our wedding Hannah texted me to ask me for our guest meal selections. She said it was an error on the part of our caterer but she didn’t know enough about our wedding to tell our caterer that our event was buffet. She texted me the day of my wedding less than 2 hrs prior to her needing to be there to request my violinist number. I responded with her contact info in less than 10 minutes. My violinist was already out of cell service and they were ultimately unable to connect. Hannah showed up an hour late to our wedding, a location where there was no cell service, so no one knew where she was. She ran in citing issues meeting up with the DJ and later citing a personal emergency. According to my violinist, when she had called her at noon Hannah had said she would be there at 3, which was an hour late. I’m not really sure what to believe. She was tasked with meeting the DJ to pickup the microphone for our ceremony. Because she was an hour later, our guests had already arrived and our violinist was already playing. There was no discussion if we wanted her to try to hook up the microphone. She cut off the violinist and attempted to hookup the microphone, which ultimately didn’t work, cutting out violinist set short. Hannah then proceeded to cue everyone incorrectly into the ceremony. Proceeding into our ceremony during Canon D was in her coordination sheets. Ultimately it would have been fine without the microphone I wish it could have been sorted prior to guest arrival. My husband and I ran back to our room post ceremony to grab a few things and get the debris I accumulated on my skirt out. Our guests had arrived at our reception space at 5 and we were standing at our reception space doors at 5:30 ish. I was looking forward to cocktail hour and mingling with our guests, getting to squeeze everyone and say hi. Upon our arrival we were asked if we were ready for our grand entrance, which was confusing to me because our grand entrance wasn’t supposed to be done until 6. If it was 5:30 ish I had hoped to still partake in half of cocktail hour. I figured it made sense to do our grand entrance now, but it was never explained to me that we would be telling everyone to sit and thus ending cocktail hour. Guests were told to sit prior to our entrance and salads were served no less than 5 minutes after. Hannah has told me that I created a hostile environment. I guess she wanted me to be all smiles while she was actively stressing me tf out. I feel like I tasked her with so few things, for example, I emphasized that I wanted my candles lit 5 minute prior to dinner. They were lit prior to guests arrival. At least she put some candles into boxes at the end of the night? She ended up refunding $ but I’ll never forget how she made me feel the day of my wedding

Hannah came to the rescue when she heard that our previous planner fell through. She attended a walkthrough with my venue, built my timeline, coordinated with my vendors, and provided me with a specific to-do list to ensure our wedding day goes as smooth as possible. All of those things she did within 30 days of the wedding. Hannah would occasionally check in with me via text message to make sure I didn’t have any pending concerns or stresses in the days leading up to the wedding. If you are newly engaged and beginning the wedding planning process, I highly recommend hiring a planner as your first step. I personally did extensive research on wedding planners in the Colorado area, so I can tell you firsthand that Hannah is definitely one of the best. I regret not hiring Hannah as our full-time wedding planner from the very beginning. Not only will she be there for you and take care of the coordinating, but she will help you find a venue, find vendors, organize your bridal shower and/or bachelor/bachelorette parties, and she has her own inventory of decorations that you can either pay an additional fee to access, or they may be included in your planning package pricing depending which one you get. I only had Hannah for the wedding weekend and I feel like she did so much for us. Thank you for everything, Hannah :) we will be forever grateful for you and everything you’ve done for us.

I can't tell you how grateful I was for that extra icing on the cake that she provides for her brides & grooms. Hannah knows what she is doing and is very experienced. Hannah was the perfect person to make that a reality. She celebrated all of the little details that made the wedding feel true to us, organized details with the vendors that never would have occurred to us, and even worked her magic to get a coffee stain out of my dress before the reception. By the end, she felt like more of a friend than a vendor, and our wedding was an absolute dream.
