We had our ceremony and reception in the beautiful Hudson Room. We got so many compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue was and how amazing the food was. There was a ton of food and it was incredible! We loved the big balcony, guests enjoyed being out in the fresh air. Karisa the banquet manager was amazing! She met with us before the wedding several times and arranged everything we could dream up. She was with us both evenings for the rehearsal and the wedding day. I feel like she was our personal wedding coordinator! She couldn’t have been more helpful and available for our every need. She was bringing us drinks while we got hair and makeup done in the bridal suite, putting on boutonnières, in the midst of making arrangements for all the vendors and managing the bartenders and servers. The service from all the staff was excellent! I’m so glad we chose this as our wedding venue!

I always dreamed of my wedding being at NYBP back when there was only the Lockport location in Buffalo (where my husband and I are both from). When we got engaged in 2024, we heard of the new location in Orchard Park and decided to make it a part of our tours of venues. My initial dream came true when we decided to book NYBP OP; I could have never known then how much more of a dream the actual day would be! Karisa and the staff were very organized, detail oriented, attentive and kind through the whole process. The tables were set exactly how we envisioned and the food was AMAZING (that’s not a shocker since it’s always amazing when we go to eat in the restaurant). On top of all of this, we were very satisfied with the pricing; for us having just moved a month before the wedding and being saddled with many bills, that meant the world, and along with a great price came with an even better value of everything. Every expectation was exceeded and I can’t think of one negative thing about our day. I would recommend Karisa, the team, and NYBP to anyone and everyone. One last note: the day after, we came to grab an order of chicken wings since my husband didn’t get to eat our “midnight snack” at the wedding😂 on our way out, we saw the manager and he remembered my husbands dance moves and the energy of our day! That’s just to say how amazing the culture is at NYBP. Again, I can’t recommend the place and everyone enough!
