New York City Bride offers fabric swatches for each wedding dress, allowing you to see and feel the quality of the fabric before making your final decision. On the product page for your desired dress, simply choose to “order a swatch.”

In addition to standard sizes custom size option is also available. Once you select the “custom made” option, you will be asked to provide your measurements—and there is a video guide with instructions on taking your measurements properly. If you are unable to provide custom measurements right away, you can send them within 15 days of purchase to info@nycitybride.com.

I am getting married February 22, 2024. In my search for a reasonable, reliable bridal boutique I came across NYCityBride. I live in Bermuda and scheduled a virtual consult. They responded quikcly with an appointment time and the details around the consult. I was very pleased with the help I received during our meeting and discussed potential styles. Marie was very helpful. An in store fitting and viewing of dresses was the next step. I had to travel from Bermuda to New York to make final selection of my wedding dress. This is where the disappointment started. I arrived at the shop for my scheduled appointment time and was greeted by one of the consultants. She had no knowledge of the dresses I had previously discussed and was not prepared for my arrival. After a few phone calls she was joined by a second consultant and they started pulling dresses from the designer I previously discussed. The visit was saved, we did a fitting and final dress choices were made despite the unorganization. I can say the dress arrived ahead of time once ordered which made me VERY happy! Shipping was discussed when I visited the shop but and I was told it was part of the original price, only to have to pay extra on top of dress price. After a week of no response by email or phone call to get my dress shipped I had to call a friend in Brooklyn to collect the dress and ship to me.
Its been almost 2 weeks- I have requested a refund for the shipping paid- no response. I have called- No Response.
Be cautious when buying from them if you are an international buyer. I have not yet seen the final dress, but I am hopeful it is beautiful. I really wanted to love my experience with them as they have an amazing selection of dresses. Organization and quick responses to email could be better.
This place is Amazing !!! Thanks to Amy I found the dress of my dreams !! I was able to customize my dress and the results were breathtaking. Their attention and communication were excellent. BY SOME DIVINE MIRACLE, I found this bridal boutique. I had been to several midtown shops (I won't disgrace them by naming them) and felt like cattle. Other shops are sensory overload but this boutique is calm and positive. Other shops will tell you that you have to have anything custom within 3-5 months before your event...these ladies work with your schedule at basically half the price. The quality of the pieces rival any place in Manhattan.
Amy was a God-send. She has an eye for body-types and isn't pushy. She is frank, but accommodating. Her taste in quality was unlike any other sales person I've worked with in this process. She is also hilarious and warm. I won't have another wedding, but I will strongly push all of my engaged friends to this boutique and her specifically.
Stop whatever you're doing and go to this bridal boutique. You won't regret it.

I loved my dress from New York City bride! They were so communicative and easy to work with. My dress was elegant and so many people told me they had never seen anything like it, which is why I ordered from them. I was worried about ordering a dress online but except for some minor alterations, the dress was amazing! So glad I took the chance and shopped online with New York City bride!
The dress was so beautiful, the perfect measurements for my body, the fabric very delicate but resistant, the style very classic and elegant for a modern bride and a classic at the same time. I FEEL IN LOVE with my dress when it was altered and fitted to my body. It was effortlessly chic, classic, simple yet still glamorous. First and foremost, during a pandemic, i was so nervous on shipping and timing. Natalya (owner of the boutique) shipped the dressed with in 1 month. Having it in my possession 6 months prior to my wedding date, was a relief in itself.
Second, the PACKAGING was lovely! Bc i wasn't able to go to a wedding boutique in person due to the strict guidelines in NYC, when I received the package I was surprised and thrilled at how lovely and nice it was packaged that also came with a lovely garment bag.
Third, the quality of the dress was nice. That's always the biggest concern when ordering online. I also loved how bright white the dress was. Any questions I did have, Natalya responded right away. The communication was SPOT ON. I ordered a SIZE 4 and the dress was still very big on me which i was thankful, so I could tailor it to my exact body measurements.
It was a beautiful day and the dress was glowing as I was too! Highly recommend ordering a dress from Natalya.

Buying dress online was little nerve-racking but I'm glad we went with this dress. We bought a standard size and the only custom measurement was the length. The dress arrived fast and was gorgeous. My daughter loved it and it fit perfect. She wore it straight out of the box, nothing needed. She received a lot of compliments.
I do not even know where to start in terms of gratitude for Natalya and this beautiful bridal store. Things always go wrong on the wedding day but my veil was forgotten over an hour away and my ceremony was supposed to start in minutes. My incredible bridesmaids called Natalya at this amazing bridal store and she did not even flinch. The veil (that couldn't be more perfect for my gown) was sent by uber straight to my venue about 20 minutes away. Keep in mind she was only sent one photo of my gown and the beading couldn't have matched more perfectly. There are very few people I have met in the bridal industry that truly have a passion for the art of bridal wear and wedding. After my wedding, I spoke with Natalya and she was the kindest, most thoughtful person I have spoken to throughout my wedding process. I am eternally grateful to this shoppe. The dress is just amazing. It looks exactly like on the picture and perfect in all details. Customer service is on the top level. I'm really grateful to NYcitybrides and Natalia for the nice experience, the great selection of the most beautiful dresses in the world (different styles, it was so difficult to choose one because all of them beautiful), fast shipping, help with measurements, even packaging was perfect. Finally, the dress arrived even earlier than expected. Stores in Boston asked for at least six months to prepare a dress which was going to cost much more and would require modifications at the end. On the other hand, this breathtaking dress was made in Europe and arrived in less than two months! It was actually made in about a month if I count the holiday break in Europe and the shipping time! Again, miracle workers!

Please proceed with caution. I feel like an outlier with my experience not being very well – What was I thinking buying a dress online without having tried it on!?
The shop does not take your measurements, nor do they recommend a tailor to support you if you have issues. Buying online is truly a big risk. I followed the instructions perfectly to submit my measurements. Hoping the custom dress I purchased would be a perfect fit; it arrived and it was a disaster. I was devastated, thinking there was no way to fix the dress in time for the wedding.
The only positive thing I have to say was that Natalya was very responsive regarding my order status, that is it.
I found this gown on a site that sold used and sample gowns, the pictures were of the gown in the cappuccino color, but the gown listed was white. My daughter fell in love with the gown, but wanted the cappuccino color instead of the white. I had told my daughter that the gown was probably a sample, and that I doubted we could afford one made for her in the cappuccino, but I would message them and ask about the cost. I cautioned her not to get too excited, but we would ask. I sent a message and Julia quickly got back with me and quoted the price for the gown. Much to my surprise, the price she quoted was slightly lower than the one listed! Julia explained that they offered a better price to me because people were struggling financially right now due to the pandemic. The gown arrived today, only ten weeks after ordering, and IT IS STUNNING! This gown looks like it cost thousands, the beading is generous and sparkles like crazy. I neglected to send the length so we will be having it shortened and the netting on the top will need to be taken in just a bit, but we are delighted with this gown. Even after alterations I will still have saved a small fortune. If you have any doubts, put them aside. This gown is even more gorgeous than the pictures, I did not think that could be possible. We will be telling every bride to be we know about NY City Bride. Oh, and they even supplied a blush colored fabric garment bag to store the gown in. Thank you NY City Bride for making my daughter’s dream wedding gown. We will attach a picture of her in the gown after her May of 2021 wedding.

Let me start out by saying that my dress has a lacing on it that is incredibly unique and I was having a hard time finding a veil that could compliment my dress without over powering it. I found a couple of shops that had nice things, but the contacts for the shops were unwilling to accommodate any customization. When I stumbled upon this veil I was shocked to see that the lace was almost identical to the one on my dress. Because the lace is large and a huge focal point, I asked Natalya if they could start the lace lower so it didn't end up distracting from my dress and she was more than accommodating. I ordered the veil on 2/28 and even with the current global crisis, it arrived today, beautifully packaged, and just as I had hoped.
It is stunning and very well made. I can't wait to wear it!

My wedding dress from New York City Bride has exceeded my expectations in every single way. The stitching is unique and gorgeous, the tulle is excellent quality (the whole dress is outstanding in quality), and I asked to place additional sparkles which were done exceptionally. Furthermore, the customer service Natalya provides is undeniable- she responds promptly, and works with you to get you exactly what you envision. I could not be happier with my dress! Also, I went to several bridal shops prior to learning about Natalya, and dresses that were $6k and up were of lesser quality than my dress I purchased from Natalya (and much more cost effective). Beautiful dress! The flower details are intricate, the material is amazing quality, and it is well made! It came in a nice material bag within the plastic package to protect it in transit and delivery was faster than expected. Also it came with a veil. If you are hesitant to order your wedding dress online, do not hesitate anymore. I was the same when I was looking into the New York City Bride dresses but now that I received my dress, I cannot be happier with my choice. I chose this dress but asked them to custom made with closed back and 3/4 sleeve. I also asked them to make it a round neck and they made the dress as exactly I wanted it to be. Another thing that surprised me was that the dress fit me perfectly as if they took the measurements themselves! Overall, the material is nice and the whole dress looks 3-4x more expensive than the actual price. I purchased the veil with it, received white instead of ivory colored as I ordered but Natalya agreed to ship the new one right away. Overall, I will give NY City Bride A++. Thanks so much for making my dream wedding dress come true!

Wedding preparation is the most beautiful and joyful experience in your life however it can be very stressful, especially when it comes to choosing your perfect wedding gown. While sharing my own experience, I had so many ideas for my wedding dress from mermaid to ball gown and then to A- line. I kept on trying and trying dresses, which has made it even more complicated to decide what I really want. When I felt completely undecided, stressed and tired, my coworker suggested why don’t I purchase it online. My coworker had similar experience in choosing her dress and then decided to give it a try purchasing online and ended up liking it so much. She recommended New York City Bride. While hearing her story I thought maybe she is right and buying online can be less stressful and much more affordable and if I completely hate that dress I can always return it. Honestly, I had very hard time deciding whether I should take the risk and purchase my dress online. Eventually, I decided to purchase my veil first, so I would get the feeling from purchasing online. I am so happy that I did, when I received the veil it was made from very gentle, silky material with little bit of lace all over it. I got the ivory color, which looked gorgeous. However, what most surprised me was that such an excellent quality veil was sold at a very reasonable price. And my only explanation to it was that this is new and developing business and they probably want to build their customers network. And so, I rushed to purchase my wedding dress from them. Again, my dress came exactly it showed on their website with no surprises. My dress looked amazing on me, I truly felt special and beautiful on my wedding day. If you decide to purchase your dress from New York City Bride, I urge you to give them your exact measurements and order it at least 6 months before your wedding day because all the detailing is made by hand in Europe. I was also pleased with their customer service, they always available via phone or email and quickly respond to all your questions.

I don't even know where to start. Natalya was an absolute delight and life savior. My husband and I decided to plan a small ceremony in a very short amount of time. Natalya stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way, sending me measurement details, letting me know when they were running promotions and shipping most importantly.
I, like most people, was very skeptical about ordering my dress online. I I wasn't willing to spend an excessive amount of money, however, I wanted my pictures to be pretty and of course still look like a bride. JUST DO IT. I was so happy. The dress had needed no alterations when it reached me. The cathedral veil was so incredible, and I truly felt like a bride.

Natalya is a dream to work with! She answers every question (and I had several!) promptly, professionally, & courteously. She provided the tracking number so I would know when to expect my gloves, and she messaged me the day after they were delivered to confirm that I had received them. The gloves are lovely, soft and elegant, packaged beautifully and carefully (in a sturdy box), and were shipped Priority Mail. Through no fault of the seller, I decided to wear a totally different dress. When I asked to exchange my gloves for a different color, she agreed with no questions other than to ask if I needed help selecting something else. After I attached a picture of my dress, she suggested several items from her shop that would be appropriate. Then (get this!!) SHE SHIPPED MY NEW GLOVES BEFORE SHE RECEIVED THE FIRST ONES!

I carefully review this charming online store in the search of a wedding veil. And… I had bought my dress earlier, and only needed a veil to match. 🙂 Easier said than done! After my inquiry about more veil styles, an advisor of NYC Bride suggested they would make one especially for me (yahoo!). It was simple, all I needed was to give my description and measurements. So NYC Bride veils was handcrafted from the best lace, and looking absolutely adorable.
