Second, the PACKAGING was lovely! Bc i wasn't able to go to a wedding boutique in person due to the strict guidelines in NYC, when I received the package I was surprised and thrilled at how lovely and nice it was packaged that also came with a lovely garment bag. Third, the quality of the dress was nice. That's always the biggest concern when ordering online. I also loved how bright white the dress was. Any questions I did have, Natalya responded right away. The communication was SPOT ON. I ordered a SIZE 4 and the dress was still very big on me which i was thankful, so I could tailor it to my exact body measurements. It was a beautiful day and the dress was glowing as I was too! Highly recommend ordering a dress from Natalya.

ot take your measurements, nor do they recommend a tailor to support you if you have issues. Buying online is truly a big risk. I followed the instructions perfectly to submit my measurements. Hoping the custom dress I purchased would be a perfect fit; it arrived and it was a disaster. I was devastated, thinking there was no way to fix the dress in time for the wedding. The only positive thing I have to say was that Natalya was very responsive regarding my order status, that is it.

I had told my daughter that the gown was probably a sample, and that I doubted we could afford one made for her in the cappuccino, but I would message them and ask about the cost. I cautioned her not to get too excited, but we would ask. I sent a message and Julia quickly got back with me and quoted the price for the gown. Much to my surprise, the price she quoted was slightly lower than the one listed! Julia explained that they offered a better price to me because people were struggling financially right now due to the pandemic. The gown arrived today, only ten weeks after ordering, and IT IS STUNNING! This gown looks like it cost thousands, the beading is generous and sparkles like crazy. I neglected to send the length so we will be having it shortened and the netting on the top will need to be taken in just a bit, but we are delighted with this gown. Even after alterations I will still have saved a small fortune. If you have any doubts, put them aside. This gown is even more gorgeous than the pictures, I did not think that could be possible. We will be telling every bride to be we know about NY City Bride. Oh, and they even supplied a blush colored fabric garment bag to store the gown in. Thank you NY City Bride for making my daughter’s dream wedding gown. We will attach a picture of her in the gown after her May of 2021 wedding.

When I stumbled upon this veil I was shocked to see that the lace was almost identical to the one on my dress. Because the lace is large and a huge focal point, I asked Natalya if they could start the lace lower so it didn't end up distracting from my dress and she was more than accommodating. I ordered the veil on 2/28 and even with the current global crisis, it arrived today, beautifully packaged, and just as I had hoped. It is stunning and very well made. I can't wait to wear it!

ress, I cannot be happier with my choice. I chose this dress but asked them to custom made with closed back and 3/4 sleeve. I also asked them to make it a round neck and they made the dress as exactly I wanted it to be. Another thing that surprised me was that the dress fit me perfectly as if they took the measurements themselves! Overall, the material is nice and the whole dress looks 3-4x more expensive than the actual price. I purchased the veil with it, received white instead of ivory colored as I ordered but Natalya agreed to ship the new one right away. Overall, I will give NY City Bride A++. sharing my own experience, I had so many ideas for my wedding dress from mermaid to ball gown and then to A- line. I kept on trying and trying dresses, which has made it even more complicated to decide what I really want. When I felt completely undecided, stressed and tired, my coworker suggested why don’t I purchase it online. My coworker had similar experience in choosing her dress and then decided to give it a try purchasing online and ended up liking it so much. She recommended New York City Bride. While hearing her story I thought maybe she is right and buying online can be less stressful and much more affordable and if I completely hate that dress I can always return it. Honestly, I had very hard time deciding whether I should take the risk and purchase my dress online. Eventually, I decided to purchase my veil first, so I would get the feeling from purchasing online. I am so happy that I did, when I received the veil it was made from very gentle, silky material with little bit of lace all over it. I got the ivory color, which looked gorgeous. However, what most surprised me was that such an excellent quality veil was sold at a very reasonable price. And my only explanation to it was that this is new and developing business and they probably want to build their customers network. And so, I rushed to purchase my wedding dress from them. Again, my dress came exactly it showed on their website with no surprises. My dress looked amazing on me, I truly felt special and beautiful on my wedding day. If you decide to purchase your dress from New York City Bride, I urge you to give them your exact measurements and order it at least 6 months before your wedding day because all the detailing is made by hand in Europe.
