us. We got married on October 22 and the property was beautiful. The food was incredible as well - we received a ton of compliments about the cocktail hour food. Lori was our bridal attendant and she was amazing the whole time. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scenes photos so I could have photos of the day while waiting for the professional shots! I couldn't recommend this venue enough.

They are there with you every step of the way. We received endless compliments about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how much fun our wedding was. We even had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! We cannot express enough how much we enjoyed having our wedding at New York Country Club and we would recommend it to anyone we know! No need to look any further, book with them ASAP!!

rs to the golf course views, the entire club makes for a stunning wedding venue. We were so lucky to have beautiful weather on our wedding date, and the sunset over the city skyline was magnificent that day... we have heard from so many of our guests that they couldn't get over the impressive view during cocktail hour. Plus, the lovely grounds made for a wonderful backdrop for our photos -- we got great shots by the weeping willow tree, lake, in front of the club's fountain at night, and even within the bridal suite by the fireplace & gorgeous oversized window. Aside from NYCC being such a beautiful venue, it also has GREAT food. Our guests loved all of the food throughout the entire night. We added on a bunch of extra cocktail hour stations along with a pasta course for our guests between their salad course & entree course, plus, we added the gelato bar & fondue station for dessert and mini pizza exit station -- NYCC made sure that all of the food we had added to our menu was delicious and all of the courses during our reception were timed perfectly. As the bride & groom, we can say that we actually got to eat the food at our wedding -- Julie Ann and Lori made plates of cocktail hour food for us and left it in the bridal suite while we were taking pictures. I also have to comment on my main course -- I ordered the sea bass and it was phenomenal... I would definitely recommend including that as your fish option on your entree menu if you can. I also have to mention how great all of the staff at NYCC is, especially Julie Ann and Lori. Julie Ann made sure everything was set up exactly as we had wanted it and she helped ensure the entire night ran smoothly. She was also a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. Lori, the bridal attendant, was fabulous as well. She constantly made sure we had drinks/food throughout the entire night and even took a ton of pictures for us on her phone which was so awesome -- we loved looking at those photos while we waited for the pictures our photographer had taken from the day, plus, she got some shots we wouldn't have had otherwise. We could not be happier with our wedding at NYCC!! We truly had the most perfect day & just wish we could keep reliving it over and over again! We wholeheartedly recommend NYCC to all couples!

for our first tour, we felt so welcomed and knew immediately that was our choice. The catering director, Julie Ann, is a pro at what she does and she made everything very easy and straightforward. Leading up to the event she was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She made sure everything was perfect on the day of, I had no stress at all and was able to enjoy my day! All the staff is incredible, including Lori, the bridal attendant. Our needs were met all day long without even having to ask. I cannot say enough good things! The food was so delicious and there was SO much of it. You really get your moneys worth here and you can see the love and passion they put into their events. Our guests raved about the food and how much there was. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully displayed. We had the best day of our lives thanks to the New York Country Club and their amazing staff. I highly recommend checking this venue out, it is a hidden gem. Brian and I cannot thank everyone enough for making our day perfect in every single way!

l venue fell through. Julie Ann is amazing at what she does. I was so happy with the service we received. And THE FOOD. Just incredible. Several of my guests said it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We also felt like we got a lot for what we paid for. So much is included in the base price. Some things that were important to me when looking at venues: this is a single event venue and we had access to the bridal suite for the whole day. The cocktail hour room was big enough to accommodate all of my guests with plenty of seating. We had access to outdoor areas for guests that wanted to step outside. There was not one thing I could point to that I wished was better. It was a great day.

As soon as we left after our first visit to NYCC, my husband and I both looked at each other and said "I think we found our venue!" After visiting a few other venues that were on our list, nothing else compared and we knew NYCC was everything we were looking for. I was worried about all of the stress involved with wedding planning, but I cannot emphasize enough how much Julie Ann did for us. She helped us so much throughout the entire process and provided an abundance of recommendations for vendors. Everything ended up running so smoothly the day of our wedding, thanks to Julie Ann going above and beyond to make sure our vision had come to life. She also made sure we were able to enjoy the food from our cocktail hour and brought us a ton of food and anything we wanted to drink into the bridal suite where my husband and I decided to take some alone time before the reception. Our guests said that the food was incredible, the entire staff was amazing, and the venue was gorgeous (we also got very lucky with the weather and had a great view of the city skyline). I cannot recommend NYCC enough and I hope to attend an event as a guest there sometime in the near future!

't a venue we originally looked at, however after making the choice to change our venue and finally coming across NYCC we are so happy we did...and happy we made the change. Julie Ann, the wedding coordinator, was so great to work with. From the first day we met her, she handled every moment with ease, a great attitude and professionalism. She understood our vision and was able to work with us to make our special day come to life. What impressed me the most about Julie Ann was that she was open to new ideas and was very flexible with changes or alterations we wanted to make to the aesthetic of the space or alterations to our menu. As for the food, we were very impressed. Being big foodies from Irish/Italian families, food was very important to us and our day. Its a bit daunting to have to book a venue prior to tasting the food but everything we selected from the very generous options were nothing but delicious. The food was tasty, plentiful and served within a timely manner. And not only that but the hot food was served hot and the cold food served cold (which was also very important to us). I honestly have nothing bad to say about the NYCC and would recommend this location to anyone and everyone who is looking for an elegant venue that is not over-the-top but is well priced and worth every penny. Thank you Julie Ann, NYCC and all of the staff that made our day special!

bination of everything NYCC offers is undeniably the best- from the NYC skyline views, the beautiful outdoor photo-ops, the outdoor/indoor spaces that flow seamlessly, the open ballroom with huge dance floor, the amazing food from cocktail hour through dessert, and the entire staff. We had to reschedule our wedding 2 times and Seth made the process so easy on us every single time, we enjoyed working closely with him throughout all of the planning. Julie Ann is 110% the person you want coordinating your wedding day. She understood our vision perfectly and I knew from the first time I met her I could trust her with every little detail (before, during, and after our wedding day). Lori was my bridal attend and she was always at the right place at the right time! As an added bonus she captured the most beautiful behind the scenes pictures throughout the day. 0, but due to the pandemic, had to postpone. Seth and Julie Ann were so accommodating, supportive, and helpful through the very sad, and hard process of having to postpone. When we finally got to celebrate our wedding day, it could not have been better. The venue was set up beautifully, the bridal suite to get ready in was perfect, the food was delicious! We were lucky enough to have a beautiful summer day, with our ceremony under the covered patio, with the waterfall and New York City skyline behind us. The cocktail room is so unique- feels like you're outside, without being outside. The ballroom was beautiful, with neutral colors, high ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. Very large bar in the ballroom- we got a lot of compliments from the guests on the bartenders! The photo-op spots around the venue and on the golf course are so pretty! Julie Ann was very helpful to myself and my husband throughout the night- making sure we ate, put separate food aside from cocktail hour for us, making sure we had drinks, and always asking if there was anything we needed. We truly could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. We would recommend the New York Country Club to anyone!

NYCC always reassured us that they would be up to date with safety policies and procedures, and they most certainly were. The wedding day was absolutely spectacular. Julie Ann and my bridal attendant Lori did not let me worry about a single thing. The vendors got all set up and ready to go and I didn’t even realize! I just got to enjoy my day thanks to the ease and efficiency of NYCC. My guests cannot stop telling me how delicious the food was, and how much food there was! We didn’t even include any add-ons to our menu because there is so much food already (although we really toyed with the sushi station and the ice sculpture add ons!) My husband and I enjoyed all of the cocktail hour food intimately in our bridal suite on a beautiful charcuterie tray. How lovely to have a private moment right after the ceremony! We also got to keep our things in the locked bridal suite the night before the wedding, and could have left things until the next morning if we had chosen. It was so great to have that private, safe space, and to be able to give the key code to select members of family and bridal party. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Julie Ann was in helping us coordinate the best day of our lives. There isn’t a single thing I would have changed! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

t is beautiful & elegant, yet intimate and warm. We weren’t at the cocktail hour (we didn’t want to do a first look) but our guests raved about the food. The entrees and cake were beyond delicious, too! We got beautiful romantic portraits on the golf course (there’s a dreamy lake/weeping willow/field area!). But I think the best part of NYCC is the service. We met Seth at our initial tour of the venue and he walked us through each part of wedding planning in an organized and calming manner. He provided excellent vendor recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Julianna, our bridal attendant, made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. They provided light refreshments and water for my bridesmaids and me in the morning (we got ready there - the bridal suite is beautiful!) and she decorated the space in a way that was even more beautiful than I had envisioned! We had to postpone our 2020 wedding during Covid and had heard horror stories from friends who were going through the same thing at other venues. We were so grateful that NYCC was so kind and understanding! Best decision we made for our wedding was to have it here with such a warm, wonderful team!

The waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were top notch and made sure that the guests felt comfortable and tended to - lastly, the management team of the New York Country Club was very accommodating to our requests. We hosted an Indian event, and they were willing to work with us and our vendors at all times! We would recommend this venue to ANYONE looking to host a big event. We had a great experience!

My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite, which was perfect. There were 9 girls total and 4 hair and makeup artists. We felt like we had enough room to enjoy the day and the pictures we were able to capture while getting ready were so nice! I wish cocktail hour could have lasted all night, but then dinner arrived, and it was just as delicious. Everything was seamless and Julie Ann and the other attendants were quick to make sure we were happy and cared for! I really couldn't have asked for a better day and that was all thanks to everyone at New York Country Club. I highly recommend this venue to all future brides looking in the area and would get married again here again and again in a heartbeat!

t NYCC was friends with my husband and had reached out asking if we wanted information and to schedule a tour. Neither of us had ever been so we scheduled one and went. As soon as we came through the gates I knew that my "rustic" wedding ideas were out the door. It was the first and only venue we went to and walked out that day with plans to book. The remodel that they did there is outstanding and gives the ''wow" I wanted from my guests. No one we knew had ever gotten married there and we wanted that, we wanted somewhere no one had been before. During our planning process, our maitre d had taken another position elsewhere and Seth stepped in. I've heard horror stories about situations like this so we set up a meeting just to go over the contract and Seth was amazing. The transition from Eric to Seth was seamless and everything about our day went perfect. I didn’t get to eat food, as all brides never do, but Julie Ann did fill our bridal suite with a bunch of items we chose from the menu. Both Seth and Julie Ann were extremely attentive, professional and organized from the beginning and I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if it weren't for them. Also, the views at NYCC are amazing. Guests loved that you could see the NYC skyline from the back deck. 110% would recommend NYCC for your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

Soooo much food, I had a lot of family and friends visiting from Jamaica and Guyana and the country club was able to create a station that represented our cultures. A major plus! The wedding day was smooth thanks to our attendant Julianne. I can’t sing NYCC enough praise. They delivered all that was promised plus! Thank you !!

Eric also had fantastic suggestions for local vendors that we used and loved. On the day of our wedding he was there from start to finish making sure everything was running smoothly. He was always available and no task was too big or small for him to take on. He also worked with us to have an after-party in the clubhouse post-wedding which our guests loved. To this day we get compliments on the location, scenery, staff and food from the wedding. Highly recommend the vendor and Eric for anyone looking to have their wedding in the area!

ried here before but that didn’t stop us because the maitre d, Eric, was so focused on helping us have the best possible day from our very first inquiry meeting with him. New York country Club allowed us to bring in decorations for the whole venue. They set up everything exactly as we wanted them to and even used their own creative judgement. Everything was perfect! Eric was so easy to get in contact with which made planning that much easier. Our wedding ended up having 214 people in attendance and the room fit everyone perfectly. The food was outstanding - better than any traditional catering hall!!!! They allowed us to do a food tasting before we even booked with them - which no other venue allowed us to do! This is how you know they have great food! The service was impeccable. The bridal attendant, Christina, was always right there if we needed her. Everything was perfect on our beautiful day! We could not be happier with Eric, Christina, and the whole staff at New York Country Club for helping to make the day successful and beautiful.

The grounds are incredible for pictures, and all of our guests could not stop raving about the views. Even with having our ceremony inside, we still got to appreciate all of the fall colors with the amazing windows everywhere. I know that it was because of Eric and Christina that our wedding went off without a hitch! We had the wedding of our dreams and would not hesitate to do another event at NYCC in the future.

"rain option/Plan B" was, we weren't thrilled. What we loved about NY Country Club was that we could have the ceremony outside even if it rained because they have an overhang. Not to mention the beautiful views of the golf course, fall foliage (We got married in October), and the view of the NYC skyline also helped our decision. In addition to all of this, NYCC had just gone through a renovation, and the finished product was even better than when we saw and liked beforehand! The maitre d', Eric, was a pleasure to work with. He was always so responsive and accommodating to all our questions/requests. We never had a concern that our day would not be perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic, and what was nice was we were able to do a food tasting prior to solidifying our decision, which no other venue that we saw did (We had seen 11 venues in total!). Overall, we were incredibly happy with our decision and had an absolutely perfect day all thanks to NY Country Club!

I am still receiving compliments to this day on my wedding at NYCC. The grounds and views were beautiful and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were nothing short of perfect. The food was amazing and our guests are still raving about it all! Eric and the staff were there throughout the whole night every step of the way. Eric was behind the scenes making sure everything was going exactly how it should. He even went out of his way to get a very picky eater something different when she wasn't eating her meal. The day of the wedding we were able to get ready in the beautiful bridal suite and Eric was there all day checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He continued to do this throughout the whole night. Eric and his staff also worked with the florist to set up my centerpieces and and made everything look exactly how I envisioned it. I truly could not have asked for a better team to have on my wedding day. My husband and I are so happy with our choice to have our wedding at NYCC. We would recommend Eric and the venue to everyone!!!

There weren’t many venues that couldn’t compare to the amount of cocktail hour stations and endless food options for the reception courses we had available to us. Our guest are still raving!! The day of we had the beautiful bridal sweet all day to ourselves and the bridal attend Christina was exceptional! In addition to Eric, Christina really made our day that much more special. Christina and Eric kept our drinks filled all night, made sure we ate and checked in with us to make sure all was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.
