This photo bus was such an incredible and unique component of our wedding! I’ve been to so many weddings that have the traditional Photo Booth (which is fun) but this really went above and beyond!!! It looks amazing from the outside. It has such a pleasant aesthetic. They also can collaborate to make it fit your vibe. My absolute favorite part is the lighting. They have this magical light on the top that shined onto the trees and made the forest look like it had fire flies. That probably sounds crazy but you have to see it! Truly magical! The photos came out great and my guests absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!
Just had Madison and the photo bus at my 100 person wedding 10/14/22 and he was the biggest hit of the night!!! People have been raving to me all week about how much fun it was and how unique. Madison was so great to work with and his energy is amazing!! My parents already said they want him at my brothers wedding so we can’t wait to see him again!!
I was blown away by how much this enhanced the party! You're getting a photo booth anyway, may as well get something that will literally take your party to the next level.
Madison is the man! He listened to the interests of my wife and me, and tailored the experience to them perfectly. During the reception the photo bus was an extension of the party without taking away from the main event and dance floor.
When my wife first found the photo bus I was skeptical; but looking back, I couldn't imagine our wedding without Madison and the Photobus!

I hired this vendor pre pandemic and had to cancel my June 2020 wedding. Unlike other vendors, they did not give back any of my deposit. Considering the situation and the customer service, I would not go with this vendor.
I want to thank Madison, New York Photo Bus, for the best ever party inside a party! When my daughter and I called New York Photo Bus, Madison instantly made you feel comfortable. He took his time talking with us about our event (wedding) and what type of vibe my daughter was looking for. We sent him ideas, music type, anything we thought would be helpful. He showed up on time got the party started right away. The guests absolutely loved, loved, loved, this unique photo bus! What a blast. Madison, I cannot thank you enough. You truly went above and beyond. Truly a night to remember.
If I could rate Madison and his team six stars, I would in a heartbeat! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NY Photobus delivered more than I could have imaged when I first found them through my wedding venue, Red Maple Vineyard. I had heard that NY Photobus delivered unique, tailored experiences for their clients, and my goodness, did they deliver. I knew I wanted a unique photobooth and was hoping to find a service that I could use all throughout the wedding, and into the after party. When I spoke to Madison and shared my thoughts, he knew exactly what to deliver. I was looking for something a little less shiny, less boho, that had character and would help play up our disco after part theme. Madison suggested the (brand new at the time) Patina Red bus, and it was exactly what I envisioned (and fully loaded with the exact amount of disco balls and decor I was hoping for). For the after party, we were given the Enchanted Forst Lighting Package, which helped turn our after party into a full on, disco rave theme. Our friends and family haven't stopped talking about how much they loved this bus experience!
I truly cannot say enough great things about this vendor. The experience was A+ from beggining to end. I've recommended them to all of my friends who recently got engaged, and would love to use them again for a future event given the opportunity.
Madison went above and beyond for my partner and myself. We not only shot a music video using one of his vans he also showed up to our music video release with the same bus! I'm obsessed with Volkswagen vans so when I saw NY PhotoBus at a wedding show I knew I had to have them come to our wedding. Our guests had so much fun in the bus and our photographer captured some really beautiful photos of us in front of the bus too! The ambience was so cool and I loved how they printed out two copies of each photo strip- one for the guests and one for our guestbook!
If we could give them ten stars we would! If you are looking for a truly special and unique experience to add to your wedding this is it! We had researched adding a photobus for our special day but thanks to selecting New York Photo Bus we got so much more then we ever expected. After researching multiple vendors, Madison was the only one who asked to speak to and get to know us over the phone. From the very beginning he was personable and understood exactly what we wanted - he cared enough to ask questions and made sure he was in touch to finalize all details throughout. After we saw pictures and spoke to him we knew it would be a perfect fit. As our wedding was at a beautiful venue in upstate New York having this awesome retro VW bus outside gave our guests the options to explore both indoors and outdoors. In fact, due to the great music and beautiful lights that were included in the package, most of our guests ended up hanging outside all night. The team who worked our event were both professional and fun to work with, and we heard the same positive feedback from all of our guests (most of which have already asked what is the next event the bus can be part of). New York Photo Bus truly helped make our day something we will always remember - we are so grateful for their team and cannot wait to work with them again!
NY Photobus was a HUGE hit at our wedding! Guest of all ages had the best time piling into the bus and taking photos. We have received so many messages after the wedding raving about much fun and how unique the Photobus experience was. Also, the lights! So so cool, really made a fun statement. Madison was also so great to work with, very accommodating, offer suggestions, and responsive to all my question - zero stress which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding! I just hired New York photo bus for my upcoming wedding and could not be more excited! From the first time I spoke with Madison I immediately felt like I was chatting with an old friend about my wedding. He went over every detail about the photo bus, and the details of the logistics of booking that I was left with no questions unanswered. Planning a wedding is so stressful, planning a wedding during Covid has been even more complicated. Talking with Madison and booking his photo bus for our big day was so easy and stress free and it has even made me more excited for our wedding day to be able to celebrate with our loved ones and have an a awesome Photobooth to party in. Our original wedding plans were impacted by Covid, and as our plans changed, Madison was super flexible and really worked with us to create a new plan. Staff was professional and provided a one of a kind experience. The vintage VW photo bus was a perfect addition to provide our guests with entertainment throughout the night. The level of detail was appreciated, Madison went above and beyond to match the atmosphere of our wedding.

If you are looking for a fun and unique addition to your party/wedding/or really any event, look no further! Madison has created such a wonderful company not only with his creative VW twist but is also an all around wonderful guy to work with! Typically within the wedding planning business, us brides (in my case) find nothing but pushy and money hungry people, Madison actually wanted to get to know us and genuinely wanted to share in our celebration. Everyone - I cannot recommend NY Photo Bus enough for your event, my fiance and I look forward to using him again in the future!
If you are looking for a WOW moment that you and the guests will talk about long after your wedding, then you need to book New York Photo Bus! Madison was such a pleasure to work with during the entire process, and he was incredibly helpful the week of the wedding by providing options for set up since it was expected to be a chilly day. Guests were so amazed by the bus outside! From the smoke machines to the lights and amazing music, Madison created an amazing experience for all of the people that were outside that they didn't even care it was cold! In addition to the Photo Bus, he also brought a cool GIF generator that he went around using indoors. Hands down it was the coolest element of our wedding, and Madison really knows how to elevate any event. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!

Our wedding had alot of moving pieces, and quite humbly, a lot of things that could easily make people say "WHOA". Even with all that, the one remark we continuously got was: "COOL PHOTOBOOTH.. no PHOTOBUS!" "I love that thing". That bus stayed busy ALL NIGHT.
Madison had to travel a pretty decent ways to get to our location - NO PROBLEM. And even with that traveling, got there EARLY. He is a consummate professional.
While we had no intentions, initially, to do a photobooth - after speaking with Madison, and seeing his VW BUS, we knew we had to incorporate it on our deal. We are super glad we did, and super appreciative of Madison for making the photobus magic happen.
AMAZING!!!! I could not have imaged a photo booth could be this much fun for the guests. Madison was easy to work with, responded quickly to emails, professional, and very fun during the wedding. We had the "modern" photo booth in the corner of our ballroom (the other option is a really cool grandfather clock booth) with a pink sequined backdrop and a small selection of props (I opted for less props rather then more). Before the event, Madison went over every option for props, backdrop, and set up to help pick the best fit for our wedding, Madison was inviting to guests, custom designed the art on our photo booth strips at our venue to reflect our flowers, printed many copies of each strip, and offered email delivery to guests. He also sent me a sharable online gallery after the event. Madison was incredible easy to work with, his booth was beyond great quality, and very reasonably priced for the area. Also, his photo booth can fit easily into a tight corner (we had a large guest count) and face out (no backdrop) if space does not allow a full set up. If I ever need a photo booth (or bus) again, I will be calling Madison!! Thank you for making our wedding even more memorable and fun.
The NY Photo Bus is truly the most unique part of any wedding!! All of our guests were asking how we got a bus inside our venue, and let me tell you the pictures did not disappoint! Madison and his colleague, Harmony were organized and efficient and created such an amazing experience of an otherwise “typical” photo booth. Everyone was raving about the bus and it’s unique flare!!! :)

Madison was a joy to work with. This photo bus was easily the biggest attraction at my wedding. It is such a unique idea and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to add a little extra to their wedding. He worked with every single one of my vendors to make sure it was decorated and placed in the most convenient way. I think every single person at my wedding was on line at one point or another to get inside! It is immaculately maintained and Madison was very professional and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend him not just for weddings, but any big event where you want to add some extra fun!
NYPhotobus was freaking awesome! This is what your wedding needs as the final touch. Not only were my guests so in awe of the adorable baby blue VW Bus decked out with a vintage rug, light up sign, and other adorable decor items, but they had so much fun in Madison's whip rocking out to music and taking photos with friends and family. The photos they collected throughout the night will be cherished forever! I love that we were able to give that gift to our guests instead of sending them home with matches or some other corny throw-away-favor.
Madison from NY Photo Bus took our wedding from great to spectacular. After dinner, when guests left the reception area and wandered the grounds, they were drawn in by a vintage VW Bus with fun music and lights that were the perfect accent to our farm setting. Everyone loved getting in the back seat, using the props, to take fun and memorable pictures. Can’t tell you what a hit this was...and Madison himself was perfect! A must for any wedding!
We had so much fun working with Madison and the New York Photo Bus! We were first enticed by the aesthetic of the old school Volkswagen bus, but it is so much more! The photo bus came with props, was an additional aspect of the wedding that my guests had so much fun with, and Madison even included a guest book with pictures from the photo bus that people actually signed. Not only was the photo bus a hit with our guests, but Madison also stepped up to save the day with his portable spotlight and microphone when the generator stopped working. Madison was a key part that made a stressful situation clear up quickly and we could not be more thankful!
The NY Photo Bus is A+++++. It's its own little secret room for your friends and fam to hang out in and take memorable pics. It also brings a magical vibe to the space and looks gorgeous. I had the NY photo bus at our Brew at the Zoo event at the Bronx Zoo and it was a huge hit! Seeing it in a different and unique setting like the Bronx Zoo, was magical and picturesque. The gentleman operating the bus was super friendly and enthusiastic to meet people and excite them with the hard work he has clearly put into making the photo bus look amazing! The pictures we took came out fantastic and high quality. I highly recommend using the NY photo bus for any event from a wedding, party, festival, etc.
Madison has a totally unique and thrilling Photo Bus experience to provide. Not only is he kind and easy to work with, but he is professional and turns out a sweet party vibe. He has helped my non profit business with showing up, rolling out the red carpet, providing a totally fun and unique experience with professional lights, sound system, and excellent photos that are both printed on site as well as digitally e-mailed or texted. He was willing to work with our custom needs, setting up sound and photo systems both around his bus and inside our venue.

I highly recommend the New York Photo Bus for any wedding or event, it is so much fun! This is not a regular photo bus; this vendor offers a whole experience: guests are able to take by themselves their own photos in the bus (you feel free to be spontaneous, nobody is in front of you watching!) and people can stay chilling / hanging out at the photo bus area since the owner plays the best Ibiza vibe music from the photo booth while projecting, to different spots around, amazing lighting / fog effects. All this creates a super cool ambiance. Cheers!
We recently had NY Photobus at our wedding and the cute bug really was a hit! All of our friends and family LOVED the bus, the photos and the music happened to also be on point! Madison Reyes and his team were professional, very pleasant, totally prepared, and a pleasure with whom to work. In fact, Madison's expertise and larger generator capacity saved the day when we had a generator capacity problem and the lights went out! The photo van was a big hit for young and old, and Madison's photos beautifully capture the great fun and spirit of the evening! He brought excelllent understanding, electronic problem solving skills people skills and an overall terrific attitude, making it a fabulous wedding !
Working with Madison and his company NY Photo Bus was fantastic. His photo bus and his personality added a great element of fun to a wedding I was producing at Fox Fire Mountain House this summer.
Not only did all the guests enjoy getting their photos taken in such a cool bus but Madison added a few extra fun features with his great sound system and incredible light show. It is truly a party in a bus!
Even when the wedding ended the fun did not...Madison stayed for the after hour party providing everything we needed to keep the fun going.

Madison saved the day! Not only did they provide an exceptionally cool vintage photo bus, but Madison swooped in to save us when the generator blew and we lost power! He had backup everything and kept the party going with a mic for speeches and even music to dance to! HIRE THEM!!!
I don't think I can say enough great things about Madison and his NY Photo Bus. If you're looking for a vendor that will go above and beyond for you and your guests...than look no further. From communication, to punctuality - all of it. The bus MADE my entire wedding in a way I can't describe. Not only were guests elated to get all dolled up and snap silly photos (with custom picture frame he designs for you), but continuously complimented the lasers. That's right folks LASERS. I know what you're thinking...how tacky. But I kid you not, they are the coolest addition to any affair. We got married in an outdoor wedding in Catskills, NY. and the lasers just added so much to the natural mountain surroundings. They projected all over the trees and the night sky in a way my small lexicon will not do justice. Book it. Just do it. And the after party addition. You won't stop thanking yourself I promise!
We loved the idea of having a Photo Booth at our wedding but didn't like the traditional set ups. When we saw the NY photobus we fell in love with the idea and knew our guests would love it. It was a very unique photobooth experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone. Also, Madison was amazing! When we didn't know if our venue would allow the bus in the outdoor space we were having our venue he did a site visit (the next day!) to confirm with our coordinator that it would fit the size and weight requirements.
