er group, I needed something larger than a vintage yellow cab. I found New York Trolley Company, they checked all my boxes, and created such a wonderful experience for our special day. I worked with David to schedule the trolley. He was extremely responsive and very helpful in answering any questions I had. He offered really competitive prices for the NYC area, and the booking process was quick and easy. On the day of our wedding Allen (our driver) and Dolly (the trolley) showed up on time. Allen was so nice and an excellent driver. Dolly was clean and comfortable --both temperature and seating wise. I had a bigger dress and was able to sit with plenty of room and no worries of the dress getting wrinkled. Having the trolley created such a wonderful photo op. Our photographer captured some of my favorite photos while we were on the trolley. Our guest have said not only was the trolley was such a great way to get them from our hotel to the venue, but such a unique and fun experience for them. The New York Trolley Company accomplished all that -- and was adorable and fun. Our driver was so kind, prompt, and excellent on the road. He managed to navigate tiny Brooklyn streets with many double parked cars and a protest on Flatbush -- and still got us to our reception early! He also had an excellent selection of music, turning our wait time as guests to trickled in for the final trolley ride home into a dance party. I would absolutely recommend them for weddings or any event where you want to get from point A to B in style.

What a nice gentleman. On the way to the church we played and sang wedding songs via an I-phone plugged into the trolley's sound system. The trolley seats 34; it is unique and comfortable and we all had a blast. My granddaughter, who was the flower girl, proclaimed that it was the best part of the entire wedding. We had a somewhat complicated route we needed him to follow to take us around to all of our photo locations then to the venue. He had no problems driving where ever we needed him to. We had to change our route a few times during the day due to various bridal party issues and he happily changed where he was going and got us everywhere on time. This man's driving skills were top rate. There were a few tighter streets he had to drive down and he had no issues! Love love love this company. It made our wedding day extra special.

He let us get on and off the trolley whenever we wanted for pictures and was willing to drive through congested areas (like Times Square) without a complaint for us to get cool pictures. He was so friendly and held out his hand for some of our older guests and assisted with my dress on and off the bus. His personality was super fun! The trolley was on time. It was safe, clean, and had a great connection for fun music while we danced. I couldn't ask for anything more! THANK YOU for making our wedding so special! Highly recommended!

We used it to shuttle both our wedding party and the guests back and forth from the hotel to our venue. Our guests absolutely loved it, and it was a lot of fun to have everyone together. Dave made the booking process easy and answered all our questions. The driver, Reynaldo, was prompt and courteous. They were also very flexible (let us decorate the trolley with a "Just Married" sign, bring on food and drink, etc.) Their sound system even worked with my iPhone, so we could play my wedding playlist through the speakers!

ne of the trolleys was out of service , however the trolley company worked with our wedding coordinator to find alternate transportation for the guests who were to be in trolley 2. The drivers showed up on time, were very polite and went out of their way to rectify the situation. My only disappointment was having the 1 trolley vs two but it all worked out in the end - otherwise would definitely give 5 stars.

My husband and I wanted to check out the trolley prior to booking and David made it easy for us to visit prior to signing on the dotted line. We did have some concerns with the overall upkeep of the trolley post our visit which I vocalized to David (chipping paint on the interior, mismatched doors). He assured me all would be fixed before our wedding and kept his word. The trolley pulled up 45 mins early to pick us up on our wedding day. It was clean (with the exception of a cooler someone left behind from a prior trip) and our driver, Reggie, was kind. He didn't know his way around Jersey City very well but willingly took directions from our photographer. We booked the trolley for 4 hours and while I felt the cost was high, it was much lower in comparison to other trolley rental companies in the area. While the trolley didn't come with all the bells and whistles other companies were offering (waters, champagne, red carpet, TVs, fireplace, padded seats as opposed to BYOB and that’s pretty much it), the price point sealed the deal for us. Word to the wise though, check out Groupon before booking. Post signing our contract I did find a deal for the trolley which would have saved me $600.00! My only complaint would be the trolley needs a new sound system. I would recommend an upgrade or request one before booking. We weren't in the trolley a ton and our stops were close to one another so not a huge deal for us but if you are traveling a distance, it could be annoying. Otherwise, I would recommend NY Trolley Co to anyone looking for a unique ride for their wedding! Thanks David!!

ere a little apprehensive in advance, as the booking etc was all done over the Internet, however we needn't have worried as we had an absolute ball, my daughter and her husband describing this part of the day as perfect. The Tram was stunning, and Gerard was the perfect driver, caring, patient and professional. Gerard took us to exactly where the bride had asked, and offered advice along the way, ensuring we managed the photographers time at each location and arrived for our dinner cruise exactly on time. David made the booking easy and was always on hand in the lead up to answer my queries. 10 out of 10 service, and way exceeded our expectations
