th the hair after sitting through dinner and having it fall out so I decided to go with a different style. I emailed to confirm that my stylist could do the new style (big volume updo bun) and scheduled another trial. I expected they would have the donut bun or extensions (or tell me to bring them) if they felt I didn't have enough hair for the looks I sent, however the stylist did not. she did what she could but only scheduled 30min for the second trial and couldn't spend more time because she had another appointment. I confirmed that if I brought a donut that she'd be able to get the look I was desiring. Unfortunately on the day of the wedding she could not follow through with that promise. I had her take out the bun 3 times and eventually just went with a simple bun that I could do. She teased my hair as desired though. The salon owner Leslie was nice and offered suggestions to the stylist Taylor, but I think the owner should have stepped in once she detected the bride was unhappy and the stylist was not performing to expectations. My makeup was done here by Erica Eligesee and it was beautiful! All bridesmaids and mothers had great makeup by Erica or Taylor. All bridesmaids and mothers had great hair styles by Leslie and another stylist (I forget the name). It just seems that Taylor may not be best-suited for Up Do styling. Great prices ($55 for hair, $57 for makeup)! They also provided room for our mimosa bar which was fabulous!
