Newly Wedding Productions

I hired Newly Wedding Productions for my photography, videography, DJ and photo booth for my wedding. Alex and AJ were very professional and responsive until I paid them. Now they ignore my calls and will not respond to emails or text. It has been over a year since my wedding and I still have not received my full video or access to photo booth pictures. Requested edits were not made to my photos, and they shared my photos on their social media in violation of our contract. Truly disappointing. If they want to contact me and fulfill their contract for which they were fully paid and over-tipped I would be happy to update this review.

We cannot be more thrilled with our decision to use Newly Wedding Productions as our videographer for our big day. The were incredible to work with on every level. My husband and I decided pretty last minute that we wanted some video footage to document our big day, and the Newly team bent over backwards to go above and beyond for us at the most important time of our lives. I did some research early on in the planning process on videography, and the package Newly ended up providing was far better than anything I had found, and their finished product was on par with the best I’ve seen. They got our highlight video to us SO QUICKLY, and it was absolutely incredible. We were able to share with our family and friends so that everyone could relive the day again. :) If you’re looking for an amazing company at a great price with unparalleled customer service, do not hesitate to book Newly!!!

I was engaged for 4 years and finally we decided to have the wedding of our dreams. Once we made the decision and started looking at venues, I only had 5 months to make our dreams a reality. The only reason I pulled off the perfect day is due to Newly Wedding Productions. I was fortunate to work with Alex (photographer) Hector (videographer) and AJ (Officiant). I couldn’t be any happier. AJ handled all the madness leading up to the wedding as well as performing the ceremony. We are not a traditional couple at all, AJ came up with the perfect vows for us and helped us add a little of our own flair to the vows. He made everything so easy and took away all the stress by being so responsive to every silly question that I had. It also helps that he has a great sense of humor and a calming influence. Alex and Hector spent the whole day with us. They were a blast from the time they arrived at the hotel for “getting ready “shots to the very last shot of the day as we were leaving the reception. I was thrilled with how the day went and stunned to receive so many gorgeous pictures so quickly. I knew these guys were talented but I loathe being the center of attention and taking pictures so I figured that would come through in the pictures. Boy was I wrong, the pictures blew me away, there are so many beautiful pictures, I don’t have enough wall space in my home for all of them. I received the highlight video very quickly as well and a week ago I received the full video. All I can say is WOW. Newly Wedding Productions really captured the essence of our day. I will be forever grateful for the pictures and I can never thank you enough for the video.

Hector and Alex are truly amazing to work with. They made my booking process so easy and even gifted us free drone footage. We couldn't have been happier!
