e always received prompt responses whenever we had questions or concerns. Jon came out and did a site visit with us and had plenty of recommendations that helped us tremendously. Once we had our guest count, number of tables, and seating chart, Jon helped us with the tent setup based on our specific needs. Day of, the setup was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional. The tent itself was beautiful and looked exactly like we pictured it. One section of the lights within the tent went out prior to the start of the wedding. Newport Tent sent someone out right away to fix the issue after a very brief phone call. The issue was resolved within an hour after being discovered. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Newport Tent and Peak together.
Hired Newport Tent for our Fundraising Gala and I don't think I'll use another tent company again. They were on top of their game with our large tent (had to fit 400 people).

planning process, setup, and take down, they were extremely professional and flexible with our constantly changing demands. We even had a big snafu where we had to get the tent setup TWICE (long story), and they were very accommodating when we were at our most stressed. Though we were by no means a large job for them, they took a lot of care with us, and answered all our questions, large and small. Once we signed, they were great. They gave us no trouble when we called to lower the number of chairs/tables that we wanted to rent, and without a mumble discounted us that amount of money.
They came, set up the tent, tables, chairs, and dance floor--we did not have to lift a finger. It was exactly as we wanted it. The day after the wedding, they took it all down again, again with no effort on our part. The tent was great--clearly durable, beautiful, clean. The flaps were strong enough that it could have withstood rain; luckily, the day was sunny. We had shade, but we kept the flaps up and light and breeze came through. It did overheat.
This company is expert at what they do--and they do it professionally with excellent service. It isn't cheap, but we hired them on a very small budget, and are glad we did. Totally worth it.
