We had such a wonderful experience with Newport Travel Trolley Co! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly, and Todd and his team brought such care and professionalism to the day. We truly felt in the best hands. The trolleys were beautifully maintained and added such a special touch to our celebration. The all-white interior was a stunning surprise, and both of our drivers were absolutely fantastic — kind, attentive, and a joy to work with. We’re so grateful for the seamless service and highly recommend them!

My daughter’s wedding on Friday, June 21, 2024 was full of disappointment which it’s awful on the most important day of your life. But not with Newport Trollys, the driver was professional, helpful and on time driving through traffic and managing to get everyone from the hotel to the wedding on time. Not to mention Kirtley who works in the office was always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your wedding or any event you need shuttle service for.

on the trolley, and he even helped us out with things we didn't know we needed help with, like finding somewhere to put my cascade bouquet so it wouldn't get damaged and I wouldn't have to hold it the whole time. Russ was great working through the contract set up, and making sure that even though we were getting married in the winter and there might be snow, we would still be able to work around it. The trolley was well maintained, comfortable, and offered some great photo opportunities!

en made sure to send a driver from the town our wedding was in, so he would be familiar with the route! He took some photos for us and made sure to remove things that might look bad in the background and was extremely friendly and professional. The trolley itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean - we loved being able to play our own music on it. Also, the price is one flat fee which includes the tip. This may not sound like a big deal (how hard is it to figure out a tip?) but the morning of our wedding when we were nervous and jittery enough, it was nice not having to figure that out or worry that we had given the right amount. If you are looking for a trolley, definitely use Newport Travel Trolley!

Even when Carlos was not available, another from his team--Russ took over seamlessly; working with me in the final days leading up to our event to finalize the pick-up and drop-off schedule. Russ did a great job shuttling our guests and was prompt on picking-up the wedding party from the hotel. Very professional; I highly recommend this company!

Last minute, we had to have another trolley run from the hotel (due to issues with the hotel) and the beauty of it was I knew nothing about it until the day after; they just went with the flow! I would absolutely recommend Carlos and his team, they were also quite affordable for the services we requested!

late, beautiful white wedding trolley is the way to go. Calm and patient, kind and courteous, Carlos met all of our requests, working with us on our timed-itinerary of guest transportation. Stylish and comfortable, our friends and family loved both the ride which happened to be very scenic across Aquidneck Island to our wedding venue, as well as the kindliness of the driver who gave a small tour-overview in the process. ut also incredibly clean and new looking, plus it had AC so that was great. All of our guests loved the driver. He didn't have to but along the way to the venue he would tell tidbits about Newport and the historic sites, the guests really loved that. I definitely recommend booking with Newport Travel Trolley Tours.

Wedding planning can be stressful, but Carlos honestly made this so easy! The trolley arrived exactly on time and ran as scheduled. The service was incredible. The price was also very reasonable. Truly a great value!
